Grand Hyatt Beijing

Amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt — pure luxury and comfort. We stayed on the 17th floor with Club Access and were so happy with all the facilities at the Grand Club. Happy hour was fun, and the all-you-can-eat buffet was completely free. The Club Oasis was great too, with a beautiful indoor pool. The gym was spacious and equipped with Technogym machines. Make sure to enjoy the hot tub and steam sauna in the changing room — super relaxing, especially in winter. Breakfast had so much variety: Chinese dishes, Western options, desserts — everything! Definitely make sure to get breakfast here! Prime location too, 3 mins walk to Wangfuqing!

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch.||||Service: Staff were professional, courteous, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and any requests were handled promptly.||||Facilities: The indoor pool and fitness center were excellent, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was elegant and peaceful.||||Dining: The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both international and Chinese options. The on-site restaurants also offered high-quality dishes.||||Areas for Improvement:||||Since i am strictly vegetarian (do not allow egg, sea food, meat) but allowed milk, butter and cheese. It was really tough to found some local traditional vegetarian dishes. Hotel can add some more options especially Indian guests. Also recommend to have that counter totally separate with dedicated utensils to avoid any contamination with restricted food items. Hope you will consider this recommendation.||||I have paid 3000 RMB as a deposit amount though my room was pre-paid. However, till today i haven't receive my money back. It is really surprise that after more than 48 hrs. this transaction has not been completed.||||Overall, the Grand Hyatt Beijing provided a memorable and comfortable stay. I would definitely consider returning and recommend it to others visiting the city.

Service quality has room for improvement! It’s not bad, but for a Grand Hyatt and its international standards it was rather average. Room size, cleanliness and amenities are top! I can recommend anyone to stay at the hotel, it fulfills most of the expectations. The hotel’s location is perfect and connects to a shopping mall, making it easy to access stores and food courts. Nearby there are very good restaurants. The gym and the spa is amazing 10/10. The gyms serves newest Technogym equipment and the whole gym is superb and clean!

We love this hotel, especially the club lounge on the 17th floor. My husband and I stayed in Beijing for 1 month in September-October, and we had a great time. The food is great, the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff on the 17th floor is so friendly and make it a home away from home for us. Harry, Andy, Alice, Chef Jerry and Tom and all of the servers are so incredibly friendly. We love staying at the hotel.

Check in was extremely quick, the entrance is a little bit chaotic sometimes, because of didi and taxis. The bar has good drinks, breakfast has a great variety of food. All the staff we encountered was helpful and friendly. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the main building and it was great, clean , it had a washer/dryer machine . The furniture was slightly outdated but not a big deal. The restaurant made in china was also amazing. Overall Great hotel!

Wonderful service and a truly dedicated team We had a great stay at the Grand Hyatt Beijing. The service was outstanding — warm, professional, and efficient. Special thanks to Cecilia, who went above and beyond to help us recover a lost wallet. We’re still amazed by how quickly and kindly everything was handled. The breakfast buffet was another highlight: incredibly varied, with both Western and Eastern options, all fresh and delicious. The rooms are a bit dated, but honestly, that’s the only minor downside in an otherwise flawless experience. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in good location with easy access to subway and also shopping street Wanfujing Avenue behind. Stayed in 2 bedroom deluxe, and room was spacious, cleaned and well maintained. Had problem with one of the WC during the stay but was promptly fixed. Staff was very polite and tried their best to help, even when some of them not fluent in English. Would stay again

Couldn’t be happier. I came with my son and the service was unbelievable. The transport to and from airport was huge. Because of an event someone had to come and meet us 20 minutes from the hotel and walked us to the hotel. Carrying our bags. Security was complicated but they helped us each step. Hotel was gorgeous. Food was excellent. We loved the breakfast buffet. Really a great experience. The staff should be complimented - they made the stay unforgettable. Plus the attached mall and location to all the cool sights. We could see the forbidden city from our hotel room!
