This Grand Hyatt is easily one of the best Hyatt properties in Beijing, especially considering its relatively reasonable price. The check-in process at the club lounge was incredibly smooth, and the front desk staff were attentive, friendly, and immediately understood my needs.
The room was spacious, and as a Lifetime Globalist, I was upgraded to a suite—over 1,000 square feet and extremely comfortable. Breakfast on the second floor offers a wide range of selections, all well executed. The gym is very clean, equipped with modern machines, and well maintained, though it gets crowded even around 7 a.m. I suppose guests here are just very committed to their workouts.
One thing truly worth mentioning is the massive indoor pool on the ground floor, called the “Oasis.” It feels almost surreal—you really have to see it in person.
Overall, an exceptional stay and easily a top choice in Beijing.
