Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas

My husband and I recently stayed at the InterContinental Seoul, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. While we are loyal IHG guests and have enjoyed other InterContinental properties, this stay in Seoul felt truly special and unique in the best way. First and foremost, the staff deserve the highest praise. Every single team member we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us. A special mention must be made about their language skills—most staff spoke English very well, which made communication seamless and made us feel so welcomed. They always tried their best to assist with any request, and their warmth was a highlight of our trip. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. It provided a perfect sanctuary after busy days exploring the vibrant city. We made great use of the facilities, especially the steam room and sauna. They were clean, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind. The staff in the wellness area were also incredibly helpful. Overall, this wasn't just another hotel stay; it was a memorable part of our Seoul adventure. We loved everything about our time here and will undoubtedly choose the InterContinental Seoul again on our next visit. Thank you for such a wonderful and distinct experience! Booked a room for family for vacation in Seoul. The entire hotel was decorated in lovely, and festive Christmas decorations. The moment you enter the hotel there's a pleasant perfume smell, which may either be good for others but not necessarily good for more sensitive guests. Our room was a suite which by standards could not be upgraded to a better room with our membership, so the view from our room was not spectacular. The amenities offered were rather substandard, the provided body care (shampoos, conditioner, and body soap) were rather lackluster in terms of quality, it just did not live up to Korean standards who are known for their skincare. Moreover, we found that the amenities were not truly free/paid for at the time of visit, one such example are the toothbrushes and toothpastes. The service from staff can get rather hierarchical, please ensure you're at least a paid membership otherwise they will not treat you as nicely as one would expect in paying for a 5 star hotel. Overall, it's a good hotel with key tourist attractions that make it very appealing to book a stay based on proximity. Would I necessarily recommend this hotel for others to book with vacation and site seeing in mind? Not really.

fantastic service and a wonderful front desk staff. It was snowing when I arrived, and I was quickly greeted and escorted inside. The check-in process was smooth and flawless. My guest room is beautiful and the Byredo bathroom amenities were very much appreciated. Room service was also peak as was the breakfast offered in the downstairs restaurant. This hotel is located in the Gangnam District of Seoul very close to lots of popular establishments. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had across all of my travels. As an Amex Platinum cardmember, I was able to book thru amextravels and receive a 4pm late checkout, free daily breakfast for me and my wife and a $125 food+beverage credit. Their breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge variety of foods ranging from traditional korean foods like soups and porridges to more traditional Western breakfasts. ||I also loved their gym facility that was open from 6am and available at no extra cost to hotel guests. Loads of machines and free weights and squat racks. ||Super pleased with the option to select your pillow thru the stay as well from about 10 options! ||10000/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back

This is either one of the best or actually the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve had better rooms but the overall experience here was amazing. I have the Club Lounge access, The breakfast at the Grand Kitchen was really good. The variety was excellent the Club Lounge food left me surprised, not only did they have an amazing variety but the quality and flavor of the food was so good, I feel the need to tell everyone staying at Seoul to try the Club Lounge. The staff was so friendly I was staying at the hotel on my birthday and they took the time to sent a cake and a congratulations to my room. I was not having a good day and they made such a big difference with that small gesture. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I don’t usually review hotels. Everything was great but one thing was exceptional which is why I’m giving this review 5 stars. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and intercontinental hotels in many countries but the breakfast at this hotel was amazing. Great salad station, lots of choices and the best thing; proper coffee made by hand and not just by machine. I can’t say if all breakfast buffets are good in Seoul but at this hotel it is our favourite so far. We will definitely return.

I have not even finished my stay, but I felt compelled to leave a review already. This has by far been the best experience for an IHG and InterContinental property I have stayed at. Although I have previously been to Seoul and the surrounding area I felt like I would have much rather stayed at the property all day long. Thank you to the management and all of the staff who make this property great. I look forward to my next visit back. -No issues at check in; acknowledged IHG status, went over all the benefits & amenities. -No issues with the room; well maintained and spot on with the cleanliness. -Fitness center on the 3F is by far the best one I have experienced in any hotel property. -Club Intercontinental Lounge to include all the offerings throughout the day were amazing. Excellence starts right from the reception. Amiable and helpful front desk makes routine check in a pleasure. The room is immaculate clean in comfortable condition and temperature. The club lounge offers top-notch dishes reminiscent of fine restaurants that are not easily found in the vicinity. Ovation for the good work and congratulation to the management for having such a great team!
