Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas

We don’t often leave reviews but we just have to do it for Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas.||We’ve stayed in many ICs across the world and IC Seoul is easily the best! The hotel is fantastic, from checkin experience to the room itself. The Club InterContinental lounge is the best lounge we’ve had access to by far, not just within IC but of any hotel chain we’ve experienced. The food in the Club Lounge is like no other lounge we’ve experienced, it is truly superb. Our compliments to the hard working chefs behind the scenes and the hard working, and always smiling, staff that look after guests. ||We’ll be back.

It was a grand hotel and wonderful experience. Comfortable room, bed & hot shower. Aircond was cooling. It has very warm hotel staffs that always ready to serve. Breakfast was amazing with delicious Korean food and fusion style too. Calling an uber was easy. If you wanted to travel with subway metro, it was also nearby which can easily guided with Naver map. Overall it was a pleasant stay for me.

Updated: 7/29 The hotel front desk head managerJosephine had contact me with an apologies about the lack of service and offered an upgrade. I am glad to know that IHG still care about the feeling of the member. Thank you for listening to the voice of the customers. I used my IHG point to book the hotel for 3 person 4 nights, and I am the diamond member of the IHG. I am surprise to know that I don’t have the access to the lounge. There is also no upgrade….and this is really blow my trust to the IHG program. The staff said that there is no upgrade because it is a reward redemption. Furthermore, the room description state that it is for 3 person, but there is only one couch in the room without any blanket or sheet. I guess the hotel think the 3rd person may sleep anywhere in the floor. I have to ask the guest service to bring an extra blanket. Overall it is a disappointed booking. Fortunately, I made another booking at the park Hyatt and it was also a reward booking. The park Hyatt room has been upgraded to the suite, so that I can feel the big difference.

Family of 3 from Boston MA, stayed 3 nites. We are Hyatt Globalist and stayed in various Hyatt hotels, including Park Hyatt ( across the street). We wanted to try Intercontinental this trip. The location is absolutely convenient being physically connected to Coex and Hyundai Mall. The Park Hyatt even one street over is not, so you have to walk in the open to get to Coex. The room we got was a larger size at the end of 12 floor. Two beds. Despite all the people and activities, the room was super quiet. Intercontinental seems to cater to business travelers. One sign is at the breakfast meals there is little to few kids. Of our party of 3, only two gets free breakfast. We purchased the third. Another comparison with Park Hyatt is the main hotel entry driveway is large. So taxis and cars can freely come and stop. This makes a difference when several guests and outside waiting to cars to queue up. Second sign of business travelers catering: swimming pool is height restricted to 150cm. Which rules out most young children. On the flip side , it becomes quiet and clean. The easy access to coex and shops at the basement level is the crown jewel of this hotel.

Rooms were modern, fabulous and nicely sized. Enjoyed city view. Impeccable staffing and service. Good upscale location.. next to shopping mall and steps to subway system which is easy to navigate. Starbucks across street.

Hotel room was clean and staff was nice. In-hotel food options were very good. No complaints. The hotel is connected to COEX + Parnas + Hyundai + Samseong station so it was very easy to get around, shop, and eat. A little pricier than surrounding options but you definitely get what you pay for.

This hotel is excellent-convenient, clean and safe. It is located near iconic landmarks and close to shopping malls.|During myself recent stay, It's found the hotel service to be of a very high standard. The staff were consistently polite, attentive and efficient, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout the visit.

Our stay at InterContinental Grand Seoul Parnas was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. What truly made a difference was their kindness in allowing us to check in super early after our overnight flight. We were completely exhausted, and being able to rest right away made all the difference—thanks to them, we had the energy to explore and enjoy the city later that afternoon. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced—like sleeping on a cloud. Every detail of the stay exceeded our expectations, and we felt genuinely cared for the entire time. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!
