Grand Josun Busan (Busan, Korea) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Grand Josun Busan is grand indeed, enjoying commanding views from a high-rise façade over Korea’s perennially popular Haeundae Beach. Glass, marble, and Art Deco lighting fixtures lend a touch of opulence to public spaces, including an exquisitely furnished all-day lounge and cocktail bar. There’s also an indoor-outdoor pool and onsite sauna for more private relaxation than the beach can offer. Contemporary, clean-lined rooms feature luxe touches like parquet flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows." - Tablet Hotels

This hotel is gorgeous, centrally located, and right on the beach with a strip of restaurants and bars. Across the street is a main food cart and shops area, and there's X the Sky and a wonderful aquarium a 5 minute walk in either direction. They have complimentary washer and dryer combo on the family level as well as a convenience store, and their pools are wonderful. It was the highlight of trip in multiple cities across Korea.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and really enjoyed the location—right by the beach with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the main tourist spots. It’s super convenient if you want to be in the middle of everything. The area does get a bit loud during the day with all the activity, but that’s expected in such a busy spot. Great place to stay if you’re looking for fun and convenience by the water!

Our three-night stay at Grand Josun Busan was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us with a warm smile — even the housekeeping team was incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone we interacted with spoke excellent English, which made communication smooth and stress-free.Each day we returned to our room, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The service was outstanding, and every detail reflected their commitment to comfort and hospitality. The only small downside was the bathroom design. The layout made it easy for the floor to get slippery, which could be a bit dangerous. However, aside from that, everything else was simply perfect. This hotel will definitely be our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Busan again. If I could give six stars, I would. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Kids’ room. Rooms were nicely decorated and beddings were comfortable. We had access to the washing machine and dryer for free too. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because, for some reason, there is no “dimmer” lighting options in the room. When you switch on the toilet light, it goes full on, and you become wide awake. The location is perfect, close to everything but yet quiet enough because of good sound proofing. The best part about this hotel is the warm outdoor pool which overlooks the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Josun Busan. The location is perfect—right next to Haeundae Beach, just a short walk to the sea. There’s an eMart and Starbucks on the 4th floor, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks or coffee without leaving the buildingOur room was spacious, bright, and quiet, with a great view from the window. The bed was soft and very comfortable—we slept really well. The only small downside was the lack of hooks for hand towels in the bathroom. Also, I was a bit surprised that the minibar in a five-star hotel only had water and Pringles; I expected a bit more varietyThe staff deserve special praise—everyone was extremely polite, attentive, and caring. It was a real pleasure to stay here and feel so welcome

The hotel is beautiful with great amenities and the staff is absolutely wonderful. However, I don’t recommend for a couple going on vacation. There are 99% kids and families and only 6 chairs on the outdoor pool deck where people just leave their belongings to swim, so you’re unable to sit and enjoy the sun. The hotel is right on the beach so there’s an alternative to get sun, however a pool day or 2 would have been nice but was nearly impossible to enjoy.

Had an amazing stay here - location was very good, beside the beach and a short walk away from Haeundae Market. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. But what really made it outstanding for me was the convenience that the hotel brought for parents. The lending library allowed for us to borrow a stroller, potty seat and bed guards, with free washer-dryer facilities. And when we called to ask for extra hangers as the dryer was down, the staff even brought a mini laundry rack. Would definitely be back again, if we visit Busan again!

Amazing location with very friendly staff. You feel yourself nourished when you step into the premisses of the hotel. Very nice design and rooms, however there is no coziness in the place. I believe that the there is a lack of some elements in the rooms that makes you feel as at home. Maybe some carpets or vases. The quality of the breakfast was midlevel for the 5 star hotel and the value of the rooms.
