Grand Lux Cafe at The Venetian is a solid, reliable brunch option in Las Vegas—especially if you’re looking for great portions at a reasonable price point. I ordered the chilaquiles, and they were flavorful and filling—layers of scrambled eggs, black beans, tortilla strips, fresh avocado, and a tangy verde sauce. Not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely satisfying and well-executed for the price. We also tried the beignets, which were soft, warm, and dusted with powdered sugar—served with three dipping sauces (chocolate, raspberry, and vanilla). That was the clear standout and a fun treat to share! I sipped on a refreshing herb and lime spritz, which was light and crisp—great for a mid-morning cocktail without being too heavy. Service was quick, the space is gorgeous and comfortable, and it’s a great spot if you want something casual but polished. Not a “must” in Vegas, but a dependable, enjoyable choice—especially for groups or travelers who want good food without breaking the bank. This spot has become our go-to place for brunch, especially when we can’t decide what we’re in the mood for. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so there’s always something for everyone. Most of the dishes we’ve tried have been pretty good—nothing too fancy, but definitely satisfying. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, which makes the dining experience even better.

I’m seriously tempted to go back and reduce every meal I’ve ever rated by one star—because this experience just redefined perfection. 🥇 Chicken Madeira – Rich, creamy, loaded with mushrooms, and perfectly seasoned chicken over a bed of angel hair pasta. Every bite felt like a hug from an Italian grandmother I never had. 🔥 Cajun Jambalaya Pasta – The flavors exploded with every forkful! Juicy shrimp, tender chicken, and sautéed bell peppers dancing in just the right amount of spice. It’s bold, colorful, and addictive. 🍩 Beignets – Pillowy soft, warm, and dusted with powdered sugar… served with both vanilla and chocolate sauces. I honestly teared up a little. 💯 Service was excellent, ambiance was warm, and the marble table made it feel just that much more indulgent. Palazzo Grand Lux Café didn’t just serve food—they served a memory.

Did not get to try the French toast I came for, since they didn’t have it, but tried this pasta which lacked a lot of flavor. It looked better than it tasted. Otherwise the service was fine but would not go again.

We stopped by the Grand Lux Cafe at the Palazzo and were pleasantly surprised by both the food and the ambiance. The Chicken, Mushroom & Brown Butter Pasta was a standout—rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. The rigatoni was cooked al dente, and the combination of chicken, mushrooms, and brown butter created a deep, comforting flavor that felt indulgent without being too heavy. The Bourbon Street Chicken was equally impressive—juicy, well-seasoned, and served with a flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of kick. It paired beautifully with the sides, and the portion size was generous, as expected from a restaurant with Cheesecake Factory roots. Service was friendly and efficient, though the restaurant was quite busy. The decor is upscale yet relaxed, making it a great spot whether you're grabbing a late-night bite or enjoying a more leisurely dinner. Prices are reasonable for Vegas standards, and the menu is extensive enough to please just about anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Google
The food and service here is amazing! Everything we ordered was superb. We are still taking about the Chicken Parmigiano sandwich 2 days later. It was so good. My kids got cheeseburger sliders, amazing flavor, and the Alfredo pasta, perfect amount of sauce. I got the sandwich combo with 1/2 BLT, garden salad, and cream of mushroom soup. All excellent. Shout out to our waiter, Jake. He was just the friendliest guy and was on top of all our needs. Great job, Grand Lux Cafe!

Google
This was only average for me. I was excited for the eggs Benedict, but one came out broken, and the hollandaise was bland. The French toast was good, with a soft center, and large portion. If you go here, be prepared to wait. They're very busy. Maybe that's why eggs benedict was only lukewarm.

Google
Place can get SUPER crowded, get there as early as you can. I left breakfast at around 9ish and there was a line of nearly 30 people waiting to get in. The buffet was okay, just needs a little love. The guy making omelets was super nice

Yelp
Diane and I ate here again recently, and enjoyed another excellent dinner. A half loaf of complimentary crusty bread and butter was a nice start, followed by a large platter of Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Peanut Sauce and Mustard Sauce. The cubes of chicken were fresh and plentiful, and the lettuce leaves fresh and shaped well to hold pieces of chicken and liberally spooned sauces. Pot Roast Cheese Fries were tasty with Cheese Sauce and gravy, but there was little gravy. Diane asked for, and fairly quickly received more. I finished with a big portion of thinly sliced breast of Madeira Chicken. The chicken was lean and tender. And the Madeira Sauce was distinctive and flavorful. Once again, service by Manny A. was friendly, professional, and helpful. And booth seating was very comfortable.

Yelp
I order biscuits and gravy a lot. And I'm frequently disappointed. However, my biscuits and gravy breakfast at Grand Lux Cafe was just perfect. Three small biscuits, tender and not at all dry, covered in a generous (but not overwhelming) serving of delicious spiced gravy. I don't like when "the gravy" is just a milk gravy. This was filled with lots of sausage, peppery but not spicy. And tucked in there was an over easy egg and crispy fried wedges of potato. Just the right amount of everything. My companion had a Florentine omelet stuffed with filling. Our wait staff was friendly and checked with us often.

Yelp
Haven't been here in a long time, but decided to give it another shot as I was gambling right by there and they didn't look busy at all. I got the food to go and you order in the little room right next to the entrance to the main restaurant. They said food would be ready in about 15-20 minutes, but it took about 30-40 minutes, but that's not that big of a deal. Huge menu with so many different things, but I got the chop house burger, fries, and a salad. Really big burger patty and it was good, although the bun was a little burnt and would have been better if it wasn't so hard. If you're looking for a somewhat fast casual place with a lot of different things to choose from, decent portion sizes, and decent prices, can't go wrong with Grand Lux.

Yelp
Had sliders and fries and they were super good. Pretty basic item to order but super delicious. The chicken tenders on the other hand, my husband didn't like the flavor and the Mac n cheese was lacking flavor. I didn't try the chicken since I wasn't too hungry to begin with. Overall will continue to come back.

Yelp
We stayed in the Venetian and went to Grand Lux cafe for breakfast. There were a variety of menu options to chose from. We ordered the French toast and chicken and waffles. Both meals were fantastic; the French toast was thick, yet fluffy and so flavourful. It was probably the best French toast I've ever eaten. The portion sizes were huge, providing great value for money. Our waiter was quite friendly; we told him we were in a bit of a rush to get to the airport and he and provided quick and efficient service. The inside of the restaurant had a European feel to it and was very elegant. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
When they say this is rebranded Denny's, I am not surprised. What I do know is that this is a bit fancier, as reflective of the prices and ingredients they used. There was a minimal wait of 5 minutes for the host to show us the table at 10am on a Monday, but the line grew exponentially when we left at 11am. We tried the smoked salmon scrambled eggs and opted for English muffin for the accompaniment on the side which came with packaged jam and butter. We also tried the short rib benedict. For the smoked salmon scrambled eggs, they do give a good amount of smoked salmon, and the scrambled eggs were decent with the diced onions. It comes with hash brown that I can't tell if they are crispy or not since it felt a bit stale, but it is prepared with so much oil. The English muffins were a bit stale. For the short rib benedict, are you sure it is short rib benedict and not mushroom benedict? Each one had one super tiny piece of short rib and the rest of the filling underneath the poached egg is purely mushroom. Charging up the roof for just a tiny sliver of short rib is a bit of highway robbery. I do have to give them credit that the poached egg was perfectly runny. The benedict is doused in hollandaise which makes the dish unnecessarily heavy, but I am not surprised for American diner-like breakfast. After a latte, and tax and tip, it was about $65 for 2 people, just right on the dot for using up the hotel breakfast credits offered as part of the Amex fine hotel and resorts collection. Given the food, I would not go out of my way to eat here, but it is a good place to use up breakfast credits for an opportunity to try a new restaurant within the Venetian resort.

Yelp
Decided to do take out this time.... Very convenient, just go on their website and they have their full menu on line. The only downside is there is not enough space to customize an order ad you would in the restaurant. Pick up is simple, just go the bakery and you don't have to wait in the long line for the hostess the seat you. They only have one person at the bakery but it usually isn't that crowded so no wait if you get there at tour pickup time. Food is well packed and they give you all the utensils and condiments. Food tastes the same as in the restaurant! Yummy! 5 stars again!

Yelp
I would just go the to Venetian Grand Lux in the future. Hear me out, the food I would say seems to be almost as good, but the service we got, was definitely not the best. We always get the same few dishes, and ask some basic questions due to our kids allergies. We asked if the pasta had Egg in it, and the waitress said she would check and get back to us, but didn't. When we asked again, she just blurted out pasta of course doesn't have egg in it, and that already was a red flag. Allergies to food, luckily for us isn't as dire as some other people, but some other people's allergies can be life threatening. I would advise that this person takes this seriously, but overall her job seriously as we never really saw her until we needed to get the bill. No one came to ask us how we were, or come to refill my water. Service aside, for some reason the Shrimp Scampi, which we have been ordering for the past 10 years, was spicy. The add on chicken for our Salad, was completely dry. The bread we had was warm to cold when we ate it.. I really never had any of these experience at the Grand Lux at Venetian, and will make sure to go there in the future. I hope the food difference or service isn't shared across the other restaurants, but for sure this was the first and last time I will come to this location.

Yelp
We stayed at the Palazzo and decided to try breakfast at the Grand Lux Cafe because it was conveniently located. We only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated and were offered drinks immediately. The cappuccino was pretty good, especially for not being a coffee shop. They had so many good options for food, it was difficult to decide. We ended up ordering the egg breakfast with hash browns, sausage and toast and the brioche French toast. The servings were generous and equally tasty. I really enjoyed the interior, it almost looked like Cheesecake Factory inside. The staff were very friendly, quick and efficient. I would love to try this place for dinner sometime!

Yelp
I wish that we could have come here more than once. We came in an early and got a table for 6. We were seated almost immediately. Felt very fancy in here. Vibes of being dressed up even for 100 degree weather and early morning, but they didn't turn us away in street ware. Our server was very kind and helpful. I always like to ask either what they had last or if I'm really craving something a choice between a couple items. I ordered up the cold brew espresso martini to celebrate being in Vegas. I also ordered the BLT Benedict which was one of the best Benedict's I have ever had. The service was really good even with a packed house. The pricing was reasonable and really felt the food was good quality. There was a buffet that morning , I could see people walking back there but I was really pleased with my choice. I would recommend. I would go again.

Yelp
While staying at the Palazzo Hotel late December 2025, we decided to try Grand Lux Café for breakfast. There are two locations--one in the Palazzo and another in the Venetian. We visited the Palazzo location around 10:25 am, and as expected, there was a long line. Luckily, I had a Ruby players card and was seated within 5 minutes! The interior decor is beautiful, reminiscent of a European café. I learned it was designed by the same person who created the Cheesecake Factory, and you can definitely see the influence. Here's what we ordered: * Smoked Salmon Benedict: 4.5/5 - Delicious and perfectly balanced flavors. * Fried Chicken and Waffles: 4.3/5 - Crispy chicken and fluffy waffles, a great combo! * Fresh Garden Omelette: 4.2/5 - Light and flavorful, a solid option for a veggie lover. The service was good, and the food was fresh and yummy. Overall, it was a great breakfast spot, and I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the Palazzo or Venetian. Just be prepared for a wait during busy times unless you have a players card! My Personal Rating : 4.42 Food 4.4/5 Service 4.1/5 Price 4.4/5 Ambiance 4.6/5 Cleanliness 4.6/5

Yelp
We stayed in Venetian for the weekend and ended up eating dinner here. It was a great experience. Not too long to be seated 10 mins. The place was chic , clean , spacious and aesthetically decorated. Our servant Carmel was attentive and sweet. The foods were delicious and in big serving They served us with fresh warm sourdough. Butter made it so good. The scampi pasta was divine. The shrimps were huge. The soup and salad were refreshing. The baby back ribs was mouthwatering. The turkey sandwich with soup and salad was great. Chicken Alfredo fettuccine was very filling. We celebrated my brother's in laws bday. It was memorable one.

Yelp
I stopped by the Grand Lux Cafe at the Palazzo for breakfast, and honestly, it was just okay. The line was insane--out the door and all the way to the casino floor. Luckily, I recently matched my player status and remembered that Priority Seating was a perk. I went straight to the front and got seated right away, which was a lifesaver. The main reason I chose this place was because I had some dining credit to use, and this was one of the options. The vibe and menu felt a lot like Cheesecake Factory, but I'd rate it somewhere between Cheesecake Factory and Denny's. I ordered a basic breakfast--"Eggs, any style, Hash Brown potatoes, with Toast." It was nothing special, pretty much on par with Denny's. I asked for extra crispy hash browns, and thank goodness I did, because without that, they probably wouldn't have been brown at all. The service was really slow, so don't come here if you're in a rush. While eating, I noticed someone at the next table had a plate from the "Grand Lux Express Breakfast" buffet. It's $30, and based on what I saw, it's not worth it. You're better off sticking to the regular menu. Overall, I wouldn't go back unless I had more credit to use and could skip the line again. If you're paying out of pocket, there are definitely better options nearby.

Yelp
This restaurant is basically just another Cheesecake Factory without all the cheesecake. Don't get me wrong I do like Cheesecake Factory on occasion but I was hoping for something a bit more upscale since it's Vegas. For this reason I won't be returning since I'd rather go to places I have never been to. The food was delicious and service was good, we went for a late dinner so there were no lines and were seated quickly. The food came out hot and delicious. No complaints.

Yelp
Located in the Palazzo Casino, there is plenty of seating. I like the one at this location a bit more than the one at the Venetian because it is less crowded. We come here often during happy hour and are always very satisfied. We especially love their chicken lettuce wraps. Definitely more than enough to share, along with their big burger! This time, I ate in the main dining room, because it was Sunday, and they do not have Happy Hour then. Service was excellent as usual, and the price is reasonable. I ordered the salmon with artichoke and mushrooms and it was delicious! The menu has so many choices and they have good desserts too. I will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
We love all of the Grand Lux locations their happy hour is great today we had Texas Tea and fried cheese and mini tacos and all was great. Excellent service good strong mixed drinks and service was perfect. It's a hidden gem for sure. Visit anytime you won't be disappointed for sure.

Yelp
Grand Lux Cafe is a reasonably priced dining option on the Vegas strip. They are located on the casino floor of the Venetian Hotel and Casino, near the Grand Canal escalator. Happy hour is available Monday through Friday 4pm-630pm. It's a big plus they are open 24hrs, but the wait took forever. We were seated immediately upon entering but it took a long time for the food to arrive. It was late at night and it seemed they were short staffed. The waitress and hostess were both nice, though . The menu is extensive but the food was just ok. The atmosphere was bustling and loud.
google avatar

Kelsey I.

Yelp
I really enjoyed having access to the grand Lux Café while we stayed at the Venetian. I almost didn't go in because it's right next to the casino which is really smoky and gross but thankfully they have seating in the back that's away from the smell. I really appreciated how many options the cafe had. They did them all reasonably well for how vast the menu was. During my trip, I hear three times. The first time I had Egg Benedict. And some of an eggs, Benedict connoisseur and try to try it everywhere we go unfortunately this eggs Benedict really didn't wow me at all. There was nothing technically wrong with the dish. There wasn't a lot of flavor in the hollandaise. I would've loved to see some fresh herbs and maybe more of a tangy lemon flavor in it. It was just a little boring. I ordered tea and it was pretty good. Our was attentive and quite kind. The second time I had an extremely attentive server and did the buffet. I never had to ask for more water or for a dish to be cleared. He anticipated eating catchup with hashbrowns and brought it before I even got back from the buffet. You can get multiple types of drinks with the buffet included in the cost so I got coffee, water, and cranberry juice. I was a little disappointed at how few vegetables were available and not make your own omelette station. I would've loved to see some green onions, carrots, broccoli or cauliflower. I'm not usually a pastry person, but I did try a couple of them and they were quite good. The third time was my most disappointing time at this restaurant and I got to go order. I guess there was nothing wrong with what was served, but I just didn't like it and made my stomach upset. I ordered a few appetizers to take up to the hotel room- potstickers, spinach dip and chocolate cake. Pick up to go orders are in the tiny café (easy to miss) directly to the left of the entrance for the guest dining room. The chocolate cake was excellent and scratched every chocolate itch I had, though it was very rich. I would've liked it to be served with an extra whipped cream next time. The other things kind of turned my stomach and I was disappointed. I spent so much money on them. My biggest suggestion would be to get a to go ice water when you leave. I enjoyed and appreciated this restaurant, but make sure when you seated you ask for room away from the smoke!!!

Yelp
The reviews about the portion sizes vs. price are all true! This spot has to be one of the best places for a good bang for your buck! I'm from the Midwest, and I'd call the portions here very Midwest-style portions lol. With tip and 1 soda + 2 meals, the tab was right under $70. We could have easily split an app and a meal and kept that cost at around $50 because the portions are THAT insane! The meals range from $19-30/each. The spot looks small from the outside, but behind the wall inside, the restaurant is unusually large for being inside a casino. Not Wicked Spoon large, but still very big. We came around 8pm on a Saturday and got seated right away. I got the salmon 3 ways meal and my husband got the spaghetti. The pic of his literal bucket of spaghetti doesn't even do it justice. He could barely even finish half even though we hadn't eaten since breakfast. My salmon was perf! The middle one of the 3 flavors was my fav, but all 3 were really good. Had we known how good of quality vs. price vs. portions this place was earlier in our stay at the Venetian, we probably would have eaten here for every meal lol!

Yelp
Sister company to The Cheesecake Factory. The inside ambiance is very similar, as well as the food, however they do have some different options. They have a bar and bar seating that is separate from the regular dining area, restaurant is located in Palazzo.
google avatar

Dave U.

Yelp
This Cheesecake Factory relative is located in both the Venetian and Palazzo. We ate at the smaller location in the Palazzo. Staff was very responsive. He came to quickly take our orders and check on us. The food for me was lacking. Honestly, we are frequent Cheesecake Factory diners and this cafe doesn't hold up. Food was not as well presented and seemed more like they just tossed it together quickly.
google avatar

Nick H.

Yelp
Super cool place. You sit down. And nobody shows up for 10+ minutes. 3 days in a row. How about just a glass of water at least? Does this place have a rule about making customers wait a mandatory 15 minutes before even being approached by a waiter? Brutal vibes
google avatar

Marina C.

Yelp
Cheesecake Factory in a Las Vegas hotel. The portions are HUGE so would recommend sharing food. Great service and good for groups. It is crowded in the mornings though so be prepared to get there early.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice breakfast spot in the Venetian/ Palazzo. Very upscale furnishings well lit and fairly quiet with quality food. Our server Lisa set us up with Lattes and took our order. I had the short rib eggs Benedict served on a pad of hash browns. Very rich and flavorful. Lisa gave us great service and food arrived quickly. I recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
This place was delicious! Service was top tier! Its great foe small or large parties. The good options reminds me od cheesecake factory BUT does not taste like it. Everything's is fresh flavorful. The salads very good but big, the burgers great, the chicken yum! A must try.

Yelp
Nice average American dinning experience if you want a casual sit down lunch. Not too busy and good service. Each meal comes with a warm bread basket with butter. Bread was okay, but I didn't want to carb load. My daughter got the kids salmon which was as big as my MILs lunch special miso salmon! Wish I could order from yhe kid's menu. I got a salmon picatta. The salmon, mushrooms and sauce were good but the rice was getting soggy from the sauce. I think an al dente paste would have suited the dish more. My son got the kids mac. I was disappointed it didn't come with any proteins or veggies at all. The cheese sauce was at least elevated and fancier than box mac. My husband got the chicken jambalaya. It was just okay. At the price, I would at least expect seafood or sausages in addition to the chicken, or more quantity. Overall it's a pretty average American restaurant.
google avatar

Lexi S.

Yelp
The best fried chicken and waffles I have ever had! I was dreaming about coming back here for this dish and got my wish on my last visit. This location is open all night at the Venetian hotel and I highly recommend coming here for a midnight dessert, or a bite after all the partying and drinking. Food is great quality, service is top notch and you can't beat that for open alll hours! Easy to find inside the casino, I love their brownies and desserts too! It looks like the inside of a more upscale Cheesecake Factory!

Yelp
Honestly, great service! We flew in at 11pm. Got to the hotel and checked in (that's a whole other review!) and we both were starving. Our front desk suggested the Lux for its burgers. I want a burger about twice a year but tonight it sounded so good! Possibly just pure fatigue ‍. We were seated immediately after a quick walk from our hotel, our server was so awesome but in our exhaustion I forgot to ask her name. A side of ranch, a side of Bleu cheese and the BBQ bacon burger cooked medium. It hit the spot! My husband and I split it since it was so late... eh, early? 1:45am. It was just the right size for both of us. Juicy, perfectly cooked! Not burned not too rare, a perfect medium! The Bleu cheese dressing was so good and chunky, I was eating it straight outta the gravy boat with a spoon! Checkout was quick and easy too. Possibly my only complaint was the 3-4 different songs we could hear from the many different stations playing but that's not a real issue (unless you're musical like me). For it being so late, the servers, greeters and maitre d were all upbeat, kind and quick to serve! Definitely would go again!

Yelp
This location is at the Palazzo. I recall that my friend and I were very hungry upon arrival. It reminded me of being in The Cheesecake Factory, but a much smaller version of it. I did enjoy the fact that they started us off with warm bread. They provided us salty butter with the bread, but the main thing is that the bread was warm. I ordered the Beef Wellington as my main course. It was pretty good, although I have to say that some of the sauces were a little bit overpowering on the salty side. The beef was definitely cooked the way that I requested it. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal.

Sumo Y.

Yelp
Very nice ambience for the basic cafe - very fitting for a higher end hotel Service was on point Food was where it was iffy. Dropped to 3.5 stars The steak & egg - steak was tough. Would have loved them to upgrade the quality of beef and increase the price or offer an upgrade option for a better steak The Belgian waffle was standard, eggs ordered over easy, came with yolk cooked Food needs to improve to get to 4/5 star rating
google avatar

David J.

Yelp
I love the Grand Lux. Great service and food. I was by myself was seated by the casino floor actually great to people watch. Ordered the ahi tuna sandwich. When it first came out it was over cooked. Sashimi grade tuna should not be cooked to the point it looks like canned tuna. When my waitress came over to check on me I told her it was overdone. She asked if I wanted it redone and I said yes please. It came back perfect. See pic

Yelp
Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner, you never can go wrong with coming here. The options are endless and the food is delicious. I've been coming here for years even when we don't stay at the Venetian/ Palazzo. The service can be a hit or miss but lately the times we have been there the service has been great. The ambiance of the restaurant is really whatever you need it be because the food is just that good. I still dream about the Belgian Waffle with strawberries.
google avatar

Louise M.

Yelp
Very big and varied menu to choose from which was great. Food came at a reasonable time and they let us each have our own check. Only problem with this place is that you can smell the cigarettes smoke wafting in from the casino, but otherwise it was a nice experience.
google avatar

Jay B.

Yelp
If you like Cheesecake Factory then you'll like Grand Lux. We ate at both the one in Venetian and the one at Palazzo. The service both were great and no issues. The inside felt the same as Cheesecake. I had the ribeye and it was good.
google avatar

Yelp
The grand lux waffle experience is one of my go tos when in vegas. It's better the later it is. The service at the grand lux is always spit on and friendly. It's always bustling and filled with happy, hungry people. A fun vibe always. Order your waffle extra crispy. Whatever they put in their batter is crack!

Yelp
The kiddos wanted to sit down for breakfast and the location can't be beat. Literally a skip and a hop from the guest elevators. We came at the perfect time as the wait wasn't long (around 8am). We were quickly seated in a booth. The place was PACKED! We opted for the breakfast buffet as my kids only wanted fruit and carbs. Mike was our server - super nice and attentive with the kiddos. The pastries was hit/miss - obviously this is a mass production given the scale and how many tables they serve. The fruit was beautiful - some were great, some were sour. Cereal selection was a little weak. The bread was white, bagel and I think English muffin. Oatmeal had brown sugar and raisins (no nuts or granola). No hard boiled eggs =( They did have strawberry yogurt (which is oddly hard to find at some places) $30/adult for this is a bit steep given this is on par with what's served at hotel lounges but we paid for the convenience. If the service wasn't great, this would have been a let down. Overall, my kiddo was happy with the strawberries, cinnamon rolls and white toast.

Yelp
This cafe has been steadily raising prices over the years and it has become just as expensive as every other restaurant on the strip. It used to be attractive because of the prices. Locals loved to go here and was a hidden gem of sorts. I went here for breakfast recently and I paid $35 for an omelet and coffee. For that much money I could have just gone to another brand name restaurant.

Yelp
Ugh!! This place just doesn't do it for me whenever I come here!! 2-0 are the current stats regarding my visits and just to be clear, the zero is the number of times I've actually enjoyed the food here. No lie, I crave for Grand Lux's spicy vodka pasta!! Nothing compares!! So you best believe that I make it a must to grab me an order or two... maybe even THREE, whenever I am visiting Sin City. My last visit to this location was a nightmare. My party of 3 adults and 1 child arrived here for a late lunch and was immediately seated. Our male server [whom I was meaning to review but never got around to it] was very short with our party. He was very distant and service was essentially nonexistent for us. Let me emphasize the "FOR US". He definitely made the effort and time to talk to other tables but stayed away from us like we were the plague. We had a few issues with our meal and the one part that stood out the most was my missing salad that accompanied my entree. Drinks were not refilled and things just didn't add up, given the fact that the restaurant wasn't remotely busy. Fast forward to last night.... We arrive into Vegas later than anticipated due to flight delays and all I wanted was my pasta. I basically found the time to place an order for take out at midnight and settled with the Palazzo location due to it being closer. I placed a single order for the spicy vodka pasta and went on my way. I get to the hotel and am ecstatic to dive in. What I am met with is perfectly cooked Al dente pasta and SALTY spicy vodka sauce. I tried to mix things up a bit better since some spots weren't coated well enough but that did me no good. I tried to power through but ended up giving up a lot, a lot sooner than I would have liked. This Grand Lux Cafe just doesn't do it for me. I'm not sure if my visits happen to occur on off days or if the cook last night was half asleep... but this ain't the business. I'm starting to wonder if I should just cut my loses and keep my purchases strictly with the Venetian location.

Yelp
Wrong order received for $73+ (after taxes) purchase, called restaurant back and instead of making it right for the customer, the staff hung up after hearing what had happened. Spoke to manager and the manager defended his staff with the following excuse: "the girl that answered the phone and hang up may be a different girl than the one who handed you the wrong order", basically implying that this type of behavior is completely acceptable after the staff gave the wrong order and instead of doing the right thing to make it right, they can just hang up when you called in. Photo #1: the bag has a list of items ordered, Grand Fried Calamari $19.95, The Bacon-Cheese Burger with French Fries $19.95, Wood Grilled Fresh Market Fish of the Day $27.95 Photo #2: what's actually inside the bag, A) small container of cheese-like sauce, not sure what it is for, maybe to dip with the chips? B) medium empty container that had 5 pot stickers that I ate during the long drive back to SF from Vegas. C) 4 tiny pieces of baby burger that I ate 2 of them during the drive D) large box of tortilla chips. E) napkins and plastic utensils There's clearly no fish, no bacon cheese burger with fries and no fried calamari.

Yelp
We like this one better than the location in the Venetian. Service has been better, the breakfast buffet actually looks appetizing and it's somehow just a better "vibe". We usually have breakfast here the morning we check out and it's been uniformly good. Actually, surprisingly good as we haven't been impressed with the Venetian branch. We also utilize this for a quick breakfast in the morning (their pastry case is beautiful and another surprise - things are actually good!). The coffee is not bad and the cranberry muffin is terrific. If one of us is doing particularly well on a slot or at a table (ok, it's me... it's always me) and we miss a dinner reservation, we will regularly order takeout from Grand Lux as they are conveniently open both early and late - almost 24 hours. And they have so many options for either just a quick bite from their large appetizer section or a dessert or a full-on meal and breakfast all day. Very nice to have in the Palazzo. It's utilitarian but much better than it needs to be.

Yelp
As a local here in Las Vegas, it's rare to report that a casino 'Cafe' has some of the best food in town! This Cafe offers a variety of seating options ranging from tables, high-tops and booths. I love their bar area seating and yes, they have a full bar with seating there as well! The menu is vast and their portions are generous so keep that in mind. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan and Chicken piccata and a Caesar Salad - DELICIOUS ! Our waitress was very attentive and the staff in general were helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Yelp
Every time we visit Vegas we seem to eat at the Grand Lux at least once. This time we visited for breakfast in the Palazzo. I had the bacon Benedict, so great with perfectly poached eggs and arugula. Hash browns were excellent too. Only thing lacking was the avocado - two tiny pieces i didn't notice until the end. My husband loved his steak and eggs, the steak was high quality and cooked perfectly, no need for A1. Friendly and efficient service and always a reliable choice.

Yelp
Had dinner here with the family last night after my nieces soccer game. Beautiful ambiance and the food was delicious. Cost was average for a restaurant like this, and the portions were enough. I was full off my plate alone. I had pot roast, mashed potatoes with vegetables. Even the vegetables were seasoned and tasted like they were cooked in butter, mmmmm delicious. The pot roast sauce/gravy was a little sweet, but good. 5 stars all day long if all meals are prepared as good as mine. I also tasted my daughter's Salisbury steak and it was good and the real deal (not the frozen kind). I will be happy to visit again the next time we are in Las Vegas.

Yelp
Food: 5 Stars Service: 5 Stars Atmosphere: 4 Stars I guess this would be a good place to go with family since they have a variety menu selection. Their ribs were pretty good. better than expected. Took some leftover, and my son enjoyed and finished them all. their shrimp Scampi was the one if the best Scampi I had. shrimps were big and not so salty.

Yelp
The breakfasts we had at Grand Lux in March were so good we decided try the Grand Lux for a late night dinner at about 10:30 p.m. during the trip we just wrapped up in July. I'm glad we did. I chose the Lemon Chicken Piccata the menu describes as follows: "Sautéed Chicken Breast with Creamy Lemon Sauce, Mushrooms, Artichoke and Capers. Served over Pasta." It was excellent and very generously portioned, so much so I could only finish half of it. She chose the Chopped Salad and enjoyed it. As we expected, the service and ambience were great (see my previous review). The prices are very reasonable, especially for a luxury strip property. If you are staying at The Palazzo or at The Venetian, Grand Lux is a great choice for late night dining when most of the on site restaurants are closed for the night. Both hotels have one, so no need to traipse to the sister property. Cheers!

Yelp
This place has good food and a friendly ambiance. We were able to seat a large party with them in a short amount of time on a Saturday night. It took a while for the food to come, but once it did, everything was delicious. I was told their shrimp scampi dish was great and it truly was. They have a variety of cocktail drinks as well as lunch specials on the menu. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a slightly more upscale vibe of the Cheesecake Factory!

Yelp
Yummy yummy in my tummy! This is the spot to go to if you are on a budget in Las Vegas but you want to have a luxurious dinner. Over the last few years I come here at least once a year if not more on my trips and really look forward to the delicious food. It's a bit loud here Thursdays-Sundays but the rest of the week it's quiet. The menu does have a bit of a Cheesecake Factory feel to it but the quality of food is way more superior. The waiters were very knowledgeable of the ingredients in each dish. My friends who were vegan and those who had peanuts allergies were very happy to have a wide variety of entrees to pick from. The cocktails are a bit pricey but so is Vegas.

Yelp
For the last day of my bachelorette party in Vegas, we decided to try the Grand Lux Cafe in the Venetian. We made our reservation less than a month in advance. The restaurant is huge and beautiful, and it feels similar to the Cheesecake Factory! The food and beverages were delicious, the portions were large, and the service was excellent. Sometimes it's hard to choose with so many options, haha!

Yelp
I went to Vegas for a 3 day work conference. Some of my co workers and I were mentioned this place as a great place to eat. Since we were a large party we did have to wait to be seated but it was only less than 10 mins. We sat down and Alex helped us out. He was super attentive and friendly. He answered any questions that we had. I ordered the Parmesan crusted pork chop and it was delicious. One of my co workers were under the assumption about an item he ordered and Alex kept on asking him if he wanted him to take it back and to order something else. Alex really wanted to make our visit enjoyable and pleasant. Thank you Alex for your five star service.
