This hotel was excellent. My superior room was clean, cheerful, and comfortable. and afforded a beautiful view of Tokyo Bay. The staff were unfailingly polite, helpful, and efficient. Breakfast was included in my room rate and was satisfying if slightly below the standard at some other Tokyo hotels where I have stayed. Dinner options at the hotel were limited and expensive, but plenty of moderately priced alternatives nearby. I recommend the food court at Aqua City Mall, where I enjoyed a bowl of soup with greens, noodles, and shrimp dumplings for just over $6 USD tax included. I found the Daiba district agreeable for the purpose of my two-night stay, which was to break a long international journey and have a taste of Japan. For a much longer stay, though, I would be inclined to choose a hotel in central Tokyo.

This is a really smart well run hotel in an interesting and flexible location. Cannot fault general staff and facilities. Located near to public transport metro station, bus routes etc. Also several malls in walking distance with shops and restaurants but note most do not open before 1100. Small 24 hour shop just outside, Lawsons, sells everything including snacks, wine etc. Seafront walkable in 10 minutes plus 'Statue of liberty' - yes really. Restaurants/grill/drinks and snacks on top floor well worth a visit for incredible views BUT limited so book or just quickly look out or insist and wait. Did not use normal restaurants but looked OK. Overall good base for a Tokyo stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Nikko Hotel Daiba for three nights prior to our Cruise from the international cruise terminal that was near by. The room was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were exceptional extremely helpful and friendly with excellent communication skills. There are restaurants in the hotel but if you choose to eat out then the Diver shopping mall just a short walk as lots to choose from. There is a convenience store nearby as is the local monorail that takes you to the city and main railway station if you want to travel further afield. There is also wonderful walks down to the waterfront with wonderful cafés and views of the Rainbow Bridge and the Statue of liberty In all our stay at the Grand Nikko Daiba was extremely memorable.

We booked 2 rooms for family stay. We really loved the pajamas that they provide, and the amenities were beyond expectations 👏🏻 starting from headband up to skincare set. The location is also great, just walking distance to the Mall and train station, also there is a limousine that goes to the airport.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. Check in was easy and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Amenities included pajamas, slippers, various toiletries and excellent body gel and shampoo. There is a small fridge and also a hotpot for coffee or tea. It is out of the way from central|Area but the train station is close.

far out from central Tokyo, but great parks surrounding. Has the air of a once-grand hotel but has been forgotten and somewhat downtrodden; is still “good” but not a 5 star feeling. Clientele much older, large holiday groups. rooms are good, superior rooms on upper floors are much better / more modern. SUCH A DELICIOUS teppanyaki on the top floor and I usually dislike hotel restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at GRAND NIKKO TOKYO DAIBA! The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. My room was exceptionally quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. I also loved the stunning view from my room and the quick access to Lawson's right nearby for any essentials. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Five stars!

This hotel is fabulous. The interior is beautiful. The employees are so helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Lovely accessories in the bathroom, also pyjamas, slippers supplied. Location is wonderful 2 shopping malls few minutes walk many shops there and food courts to eat. Beautiful views of the rainbow bridge. Every day we caught the train to many different suburbs of Tokyo. The station just outside the hotel. After a busy days out lovely to come back to this luxurious hotel and relax.
