We have just eaten at the Italian restaurant! It is beautifully decorated and all food is cooked to perfection. All dishes at our table looked and tasted incredible. Our waiter for the night Carlos made the experience all the more special! As a person he was lovely and the service he provided was nothing less than the best you could hope for. We were brought over these wonderful special drinks before our dessert and everything here is genuinely so visually appealing and has the taste to match! It was truly a beautiful night for my family thanks to the wonderful team and Carlos.

The people who work at the White Sand have been spectacular. The facilities are clean and well maintained. We had one incident where the man-made pond/lake water level rose and flooded our shower area and balcony/deck with the water coming within an inch of our bedroom. I was thoroughly impressed with the front desk clerk and his quick response and positive attitude (even though this had never happened before) who passed the videos I had taken of the water levels. He then took us to Jesus (Chuy) who treated us respectfully and had us moved to a different room within 20 minutes. Rodrigo came by and helped us move rooms, was extremely apologetic, and took us to get new keys made. Rodrigo has been a blessing the entire week we have been here. Always smiling and willing to help in any way. The team here really knows service well.

I had an unforgettable dining experience at Bahia e Brasa, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing service provided by Manuel, Lucas, and William. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and taken care of with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Each of them was incredibly attentive—our drinks were always full, they anticipated our needs without us having to ask, and they kept the experience flowing seamlessly. They were also super knowledgeable about all the different cuts of meat, offering great recommendations and making sure we never missed our favorites. Their teamwork and positive energy added so much to the evening, turning a great meal into a truly memorable night. The food at Bahia e Brasa is phenomenal, but the service from Manuel, Lucas, and William made it next-level. Highly recommend dining here—and if you can, ask for this all-star trio. You won’t be disappointed!

They made us feel so welcome and really elevated the whole experience. The food was absolutely delicious — high-quality meats, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. I had the pleasure of being served by Pablo during my visit to La Pa la paisana, and I can honestly say he made the entire dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our meal. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic recommendations tailored to our tastes. Pablo’s' attention to detail was exceptional—he kept our glasses topped off, checked in just the right amount, and made sure our meals were perfect. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and will definitely be returning because of the experience he helped create. Five stars, without a doubt!

This was, without a doubt, the best meal we had during our stay at the resort! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely delightful. Our servers went above and beyond, attending to our every need with genuine warmth and professionalism. It felt like they truly cared about ensuring we had a perfect dining experience. As for the food—oh, where do I even begin? The meats were cooked to perfection: juicy, tender, and bursting with incredible flavor in every bite. You could tell the chefs poured their hearts into crafting dishes that weren’t just meals but memorable culinary creations. Every element on the plate was thoughtfully prepared, leaving us savoring each taste and eagerly anticipating the next. We had a wonderful time. Property is well maintained, rooms are nice, food was excellent. Carts are always available to take you places of you prefer a ride. Octavio met us when we arrived and helped us throughout our stay with any questions to make our stay more enjoyable. All staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful experience with service every morning for breakfast with Eugenio, Lourdes, and Feliciana. They were attentive, friendly and fast. We really enjoyed the food and then going to the pool at White Sands. The kids loved doing the inflatable obstacle course. Luckily we had some younger adult family members who were willing to go with them. We were taken care of every day at the pool by Paola , Emmanuel and Jesus at Bar Perla. I highly recommend them. They were also super attentive and friendly.
