The 264-room hotel offers high attention to detail and bespoke services, includes both a family-friendly block and an adults-only section, and provides guest access to more than a dozen restaurants across the full complex, including a Brazilian grill and a Thai-fusion spot. We went to Portofino for our last day at the resort. I would recommend booking a dinner here for sure! The menu options were great and there were many to choose from, it was hard to decide because everything sounded so good! We got the Black seafood pasta and Salmon Risotto. The pasta had good texture and flavor, generous portions. Salmon was huge and seafood pasta had A TON of shrimp! We also got the mushroom proscuitto pizza and the crust was cooked perfectly and wasnt too thin or thick! We were served by Edy and he was so attentive and made sure we had a great time. Chef Candy executed the dishes perfectly and I would come back to try all the other dishes!

I want to share our experience with you. This was a very bad experience at a beautiful resort. You need to address you customer service and concierge service 1. We checked in at white sands on Monday Nov 3rd. Room 5604. Our bags sat at the concierge for ever we finally went and got the no one was there. 2. The app did not work to make reservations, went to the front desk and they tried and it still said “guest not found”. We were told to go to the concierge to make reservations. We came with a group and we could not enjoy dinners with our friends. We had to eat buffet all week. We did get one reservation for the last night but not with any of our friends. 3. My husband fell at the white sands pool on your slippery steps. And cut his arm on the tile and has a huge bruise from his shoulder to forearm. Your life guards were great but your other staff were all worried about me filling out the form . We were contacted by concierge and I let them know we could not go to our one and only dinner reservation and would have to order room service, they didn’t even offer to comp the fee for that so again I went to the buffet alone and brought food back to my husband. 4. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told no and given this email address to send a message to. 5.the front desk and concierge were ne help. 6. The trolly drivers for TRS refused to pick us up, the other drivers said they are not supposed to do that. 7. There were area of wet paint at the secret pool that were not marked and got onto items while at the pool. 8. Our room was nice 9. The house keepers were nice 10. Thank god we leave today, and we will definitely visit Cancun again but absolutely will NEVER visit or refer Grand Palladium Hotels to anyone EVER!!!

Went recently Oct 2025 for vacation. It was a long drive from the Cancun airport. Angel helped us at check in and was amazing. He was so fast and efficient. The resort overall is beautiful. Love that you have the options to go to the other sister resorts. Hibachi dinner was good. Only thing I don’t like is how quickly the restaurants get booked so fast which only leave you to eat at the buffet or room service. Overall as young adults we had a great time.

I went to Cancun but I didn’t go to Mexico 🤣 This was more of my wife’s vacation than mine and all she wanted to do was chill by the pool and relax with our friends. We were piggybacking off a destination wedding and we couldn’t refuse the great deal so we hopped aboard. Room was nice and clean but not a great view. The beach was steps away but we couldn’t really enjoy it because of the sargassum which is normal during this time of year. The pool bartenders were fantastic and it helped a lot that I spoke Spanish as I could better describe what my friends wanted to drink. We were there for the Mexican Independence Party and the food was amazing. I couldn’t eat enough. All of the lobbies are top tier with great shops and restaurants, but what took the cake was the Chic Cabaret show. The show was awesome and dare I say, it is broadway worthy. Transportation around the resort was great and the amenities were very good.

1. hotel property is well kept.|2. very large so if you arent counting your steps , this place isnt for you.|3. working staff is great a+|3b: front desk /helpless concieage: never around|4. who knew you have to in person! make reservations @ resturants by 3:pm , whennn the hotels were 1/4 occupied. that area of cancun is prime for ecnotes, xcaret, tulum...can someone tell me how you can make reservations in person? the day we checked in at 7 pm i was told at the front desk you are out of luck or come back at 8 and see if there are cancellations. when i told them this is rediculous. they agreed. |i called to be picked up by a golfcart and they didnt show the front desk wanted to know the persons name who answered the call and litterly argued with me. the lighting at night is poir and signs are helpless. this place is huge so of course walking in the jungle youd think there would be proper lighting..not the case.|4 food quality is C Level and the sports bar the only place open from 2-6 @ the colonial served cold hot dogs and the bar food was awful. yea theres more.|we had to cut our stay short due to a change of plans. when i told the desk and mgr both asked. why? is it serious? ok so a professional staff should be trained to never ever ask personal questions only to provide help. i checked out at 8am the day before my orig date|. no refund provided , i guess because i would provide details. |i was surprised of the non professional manner. its not an 8+ place its more on boarderline 6+

Location and atmosphere was very beautiful and calming. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The service was the Mayan Ritual which included a massage and foot ritual/scrub and massage. They asked what pressure we wanted for the massage and checked in on the accuracy of the pressure during the massage. The massage was thorough and I felt relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the massage service from Marisol.

We have just eaten at the Italian restaurant! It is beautifully decorated and all food is cooked to perfection. All dishes at our table looked and tasted incredible. Our waiter for the night Carlos made the experience all the more special! As a person he was lovely and the service he provided was nothing less than the best you could hope for. We were brought over these wonderful special drinks before our dessert and everything here is genuinely so visually appealing and has the taste to match! It was truly a beautiful night for my family thanks to the wonderful team and Carlos.

We went to Dahlia buffet for dinner this evening as we only wanted a light meal. We had Aridito Ramos. (We aren’t sure if we spelled his name correct). He was very happy and friendly and very helpful. We think he was excellent and loved the service
