Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa, a Registry Collectin Hotel

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Gasper at Portofino during our visit and his exceptional service truly elevated our dining experience. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. His efficiency was remarkable. Our orders were taken promptly and he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. He not only recommended fantastic menu options that suited our tastes but also listened carefully to our preferences and made thoughtful suggestions. His dedication and hard work were evident in the way he managed everything seamlessly all while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about delivering top notch service and Gasper exceeded all expectations. Our meal was not just enjoyable but truly memorable. Review of White Sand Palladium My stay at White Sand Palladium left only the best impressions! The hotel is wonderful, but its greatest asset is the staff, who make the experience truly special. I would like to give special mention to the restaurant La Dalia and the staff members Kathia and Ivan. It was a pleasure to have the same table reserved for us every morning—such attention to detail creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A big thank you as well to bartender Emmanuel, who worked at the pool bar. His professionalism, friendliness, and ability to craft amazing cocktails made our stay even more enjoyable. The only thing that could be improved is placing clearly visible signs on the beach in areas where swimming is not allowed. This would help avoid misunderstandings, especially for guests who, after arriving from a snowy country, are eager to jump into the sea without expecting to be shouted at by a lifeguard. It’s important to note that my review is specifically about the White Sand section, and I’m glad I chose this hotel instead of Colonial—it was absolutely the right decision! Thank you, White Sand Palladium, for an amazing stay. I will definitely return!

I had an unforgettable experience at Bravo, and Vanessa truly made it all the more enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, the energy was fantastic! The live entertainment, with vibrant dancing and upbeat music, really set the tone for a fun night. The dancers were so talented, and the music kept the entire restaurant buzzing with excitement. Vanessa was an absolute gem — she made sure we had everything we needed while also engaging with the entertainment. Her attentiveness didn’t go unnoticed, and her warm personality added to the lively atmosphere. If you’re looking for a night of great food, incredible entertainment, and top-tier service, Bravo is the place to be.

BRAVO Dinner and Dance experience at the Grand Palladium White Sands Resort was delightful! Amazing food, amazing service, especially from Rafael, our waiter. The performers were top notch. Lots of energy and talent in those performances. Thanks to the chef who came by to say hi and the manager who wished us good night. Very thoughtful, shows that they cared that we had a good experience.

MOLDY/musty and dated rooms, mediocre service, less than average food. The pictures looked great and everything (especially the lobbies) looks grand. But the experience is anything but grand. I didn't get why this hotel gets so many 5 star reviews but after staying there, I understand. They give out feedback cards after dinners asking for you to give them a 5 star review. The QR code points to the hotel/resort and not the restaurant. So the 5 stars is usually for good service at the restaurant. And they are pretty pushy about giving 5 stars. But the hotel is far from 5 stars. 1. The rooms - 1 star - We had to change rooms twice because the first 2 rooms had mold and smelled musty. The tub/shower is literally in the middle of the room as well, so there's no way to air things out. The front desk did help with changing rooms but it was only a lot of pushing did they find us rooms that didn't have mold. 2. The food - 3 stars - It was ok but the best was probably the steak here. But everything else was 3 stars. Nothing that stands out, but nothing that's horrible. Buffet was probably the better place to eat since you can choose what you like and what you don't like. 3. Location - 2.5 stars - The resort is huge, so if you have mobility issues, it'll be a problem. Difficult to get a buggy to take you around. There are 3 different resorts all connected, which could be nice because you get to go check out different things. But getting around is like a maze and you'll take at least 10-15 minutes to walk from your room to any restaurant. There's also only a small portion of the beach where you can swim. 4. Service - 3 stars - overall they are friendly. But service is really hit or miss. Sometimes, you don't even get a smile. But sometimes they go above and beyond. The wedding that we attended was great and everything, but just be warned that there are things that surprised us when we arrived.

We had a nice time with adult children, the property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and kind and our rooms were great. The only issues we had were trying to get into the a la cartes as they were always booked up, timing of the buffets as we are not people that tend to eat breakfast and lunch only starts at 1 so there is a void from 11-1 to try to get food. ||Properly is really large and if you are not a person who can walk a lot, it takes sometime waiting for the trolleys to pick u up. We have been to multiple AI and this one I’d say is pretty neutral or standard for entertainment and food. ||Beauty, cleanliness and staff are top notch. We would come back for sure for that!

Bravo restaurant and show is a blast. The food is delicious and the entertainment is top notch. From the starters, to the mid show shots, the main courses and the desserts, everything is well thought. The singers have amazing voices that can sing a variation of songs and styles, and the dancers are store entertaining. And to top it off, kids are allowed. We also ate at Paisana, the food was phenomenal, but the service from Manuel and Henry made this experience incredible. After staying for 5 nights, this was the second time when we felt like a 5 star treatment (bravo being the first one). We will definitely recommend these 2 places.

You want Rafael for your server!!! He was so amazing and attentive to us. This place is awesome and Rafael made the experience better than I could have ever imagined. Ask for him and not doubt you’ll be happy happy people when you leave!
