Grandvrio Ocean Resort Danang

We would for sure come back again !! This hotel is a gem in Danang! Lovely facilities and so much to enjoy such as spa, pool, beach side area… Last but not least manager Uyen and Nhi is a superstar!!!! made our stay so memorable. They are truly assets of grandvrio ! So many times they made our heart melt with thoughtful caring 💗 they are the reason we will come back !!! Thank you for everything :)

My child and I only stayed for one day, but everything made us very satisfied. The staff were very friendly, the buffet at the restaurant was delicious, and the atmosphere was very cozy. I accidentally left an item when shopping at the souvenir counter, and the staff noticed and returned it to my child. I am very grateful. ...

Our 10 day stay at Grandvrio was amazing. The service of all staff and the friendlyness and hospitality is 10/10. We had a great time and the facilities was great. Kids club was well enjoyed by my 7 year old. The resort is perfectly located in the middle of the 2 main city centres. Japanese restaurant is a must for a traditional breakfast and dinner. The daily buffet had a great variety of food options. Thank you to the amazing management team you are all very professional. Special thanks to Helen

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff make the hotel so special! They always think 'customer first' and it really shows! When you walk into or past any member of staff, they greet you and bow their head as a sign of respect. When you leave the hotel by car, they will also bow and wave you off. Every guest, no matter age, gender race or religion - is made to feel like a VIP. As the Japanese call it - Omotanashi. Everyone in this hotel demonstrates Omotanashi to a very high level and quality. All of the hotel staff are extremely polite, friendly, caring and professional. From reading reviews, I see that other people complain about the location being too far from Da Nang - but it's not far from Hoi An, only 15 mins by Grab (taxi) and it has everything you need and more! Da Nang is 20-30min away... This was my first time in Vietnam, and this hotel has ensured it will not be my last. If I am lucky enough to visit Vietnam again, I will go out of my way to ensure I spend some time at this resort. Thank you again to all the staff at Grandvrio ❤️❤️

Cancelled because a typhoon arrived the same day as our arrival. We did this on the advice of the travel advisories but they charged us anyway. Be wary of this hotel as they will charge you no matter what circumstances so if you have any chance of a plan change it’s best to book elsewhere.

Good service and friendly staff. Villa with private swimming pool was excellent choice. Beach is nothing special, main swimming pool is good. Very good and rich breakfast buffet.Only one negative thing was misunderstanding with Vietnamese hat in room because when member of staff introduced us to our villa presented hat as gift for us. I asked him again if it’s gift for us and he said yes that’s why I picked it up with us when we left and put to my luggage but when we did check out they told us hats are missing from our room. I looked like thief and even they apologized for misunderstanding i felt really bad to had to open my luggage in reception and took it out! Please don’t take it even they told you is gift if you don’t want to feel awkward after!
