Chef Roberto Castre Returns to Houston With Succulent Peruvian Roast Chicken | Eater Houston

"An iconic rotisserie chicken institution in Lima, Peru, cited as an inspiration for the chef’s approach; its style prompted him to travel the country sampling rotisserie chicken while developing his own brine, marinades, and sauces." - Mai Pham

I came with my family after a long time trying to wait for the best moment, food is ok! The chicken as it is yummy , juicy but for my own rate (I would prefer something more crunchy and with more Peruvian spicy) , I would recommend to put a good dressing for the salad (I didn’t feel ok when they gave me slice tomatoes and lettuce ) I don’t know (I had to ask dressing (didn’t get) but they brought salt , pepper, olive oil and I made my own dressing lol, the atmosphere is very nice, good music , very good environment for kids because of the size . Our service was ok , but saw a bit of chaos around us. Above all, I will put 4 of 5 because of the local and the place itself. It could be better , yes it could ! Nice place Yes , I will recommend it

The service was good and the restaurant looked lovely. The chicken was tasty but unexceptional. It seems like a great place to spend a day with the family, though it is a little hard to reach due to how far it is from much of Lima

Flavour is highly over rated. I mean if you like the flovour just go to a supermarket or costco chicken. El aji feo. Ill stick to my costco chicken

It's been like +20 years since I last visited La Granja Azul in Santa Clara. It's far, but it's worth the trip. Excellent place to spend the day with the family. Plenty to eat and drink for Mom and Dad, and lots of open space for the kids to play.

It's tasty, good service, nice place, but terribly expensive. There should be an option other than all you can eat, which forces you to pay a lot even if you don't eat that much.
