"Grass Fed is a burger and boozy shake joint that has been around since 2012. It will remain unchanged as it transitions to new ownership under Socrates Abreu, who also owns Chilacates. Previously, a second location near the Forest Hills MBTA station closed less than a year after opening." - Dana Hatic

Easily the best burger I've ever had. Super chic atmosphere, great service and presentation. Loved it to the moon and back. #foodporn #grassfed

Not sure if it was the food or something else, but I got very sick after eating their breakfast sandwich which contains raw egg yolk, and a mimosa. This was my first meal in the day and I vomited everything I ate. I also got stomachache. And it's expensive.

Classic Bacon Cheese Burger was great. Friday special was a tallboy for $2. Didnt get a photo of the burger... it went too fast ;)

Good atmosphere (earth friendly, trendy, cool, water pitcher with plastic cups at your table), good menu. Burger was rather average and even a bit dry, but wasn't terrible. Truffle fries were also good. The taste didn't stand out exceptionally, but if I had to go again I wouldn't really complain.

Such delicious burgers with outstanding toppings. Their fries a pretty good, nice and thin, but it's the burger that steals the show. Their adult milkshakes are a fun addition to the menu, and I'm dying to try their "earthquake", their take on a flurry (with a local piece of pie mixed in!). A bit expensive for the neighborhood, but knowing your eating a more healthful meal typically makes it worthwhile.

Maybe it's because it's supposed to be Grass Fed, so I was a little too excited...or maybe because it's owned by Ten Tables next door and I LOVE Ten Tables, but the burgers are good. Just not amazing. Every time I go, the burgers are warm, but not hot. By the time it gets to you it's slightly congealed and I prefer a hot burger. The toppings are good, but definitely very messy. The onion rings and fries are good as are their fried pickles-- I might even go so far to say the pickles are too much per order. And I LOVE pickles. They're a little too tart, so it's hard to eat that many in one sitting. It's a great spot if you just want a burger, but I always have to remind myself that it will likely be cold by the time I'm three bites in.

Alright, I'll just come out and say it, I'm a huge burger fan. One of my life goals is to find the most perfect bacon cheeseburger and fry combo. But I also really appreciate food that is prepared well, with ethical treatment of animals. So those two don't usually go well together. Grass Fed is the exception. The burgers are very well prepared, and the fries were super tasty. And yeah, it's a little pricier than a normal burger and fry, but the peace of mind I got from it made it well worth the extra couple of bucks. The staff were really attentive, and the atmosphere is great. Definitely looking forward to coming back here more often.

We went here on Labor Day and got there just in time before the line was out the door. Loved the black and white shake and simple cheeseburger. The burger was perfectly cooked and tasted even better with the BBQ sauce they keep on the counter. I'm pretty sure Grass Fed makes it in house. My friend's order came out probably 15 minutes before mine which is really strange but the staff were very friendly and we weren't exactly in a rush, so it wasn't a big deal.
