I can’t say enough good things about this dispensary! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming vibe and Amanda absolutely made my day. She was not only super friendly and professional but also incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me spot-on recommendations that completely exceeded my expectations The prices are great, and they offer awesome deals that make it even better. But honestly, what made this place stand out was the customer service Amanda truly went above and beyond. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about creating a great experience. This place is now my go-to dispensary, and I recommend it to anyone looking for quality products and even better people. Huge thanks to Amanda and the rest of the crew for making it such a great visit!

This spot is definitely my favorite dispensary! Even though the staff has changed a few times over the years, everyone I've met here is super friendly and always extra helpful with any questions. Unlike some places, the vibe feels really cozy and welcoming, which I really appreciate. A special shout out to Eric for the amazing work hes been doing. I’d definitely recommend Grasshopper Club – not just because of the great staff, but also because of their awesome selection!

Visited the Logan Sqaure location last night and had a pleasant welcoming experience. Martha the budtender consultant was very kind and informative and helped me figure out my loyalty email issue and got me on board to collecting my points. Excellent work 4 thumbs up ! I left really happy and then got home and proceeded to get super stoned thanks Martha for being very informative and helpful and I’m loving the deals , keep them coming It’s nice having you guys in the nieghborhood.

I came in after work stressed from the day and ready to get what I normally buy and be on my way… but Amanda provided much more than just my order. She was very informative, courteous, funny, and aligned with me. She suggested a couple of products that I would like based on what I was buying. The interaction I had with Amanda didn’t take any longer than the time I intended to spend at Grasshopper. I felt so well informed with the knowledge Amanda shared! Thank you! I will be back!

The best part of this place is the staff. They are always attentive, helpful, and just all-around awesome. It's rare to find a place where you're actually stoked to see the people behind the counter, but this place has that. I've never experienced any issues or inconveniences, and they are always hooking it up with great deals.

For Chicago, this is probably a 5 star shop. But if you have been to stores in California or Oregon, this is at best 4 stars. It's not a knock. They just do it so much better elsewhere. For reference, I've been in weed shops that have live music, have a coffee bar, sell snacks, have places to sit and chill, etc. Grasshopper is well laid out. The staff was very friendly (although I did have to show my ID 3 different times which was odd). The bathrooms are clean and they have a water fountain (important to stay well hydrated). You enter in Milwaukee and exit on Logan which I liked. I think this is gonna be my new shop.

It did not occur to me to take pictures in here until after I left, but I am not sure it would have been allowed anyway. The room is cool, with art, music, dark walls instead of bright colors that some dispensaries have. The experience here was a little mixed (the product..well, I am not sure what Yelp says about reviewing such substances, so I will hold off.) We showed ID when we entered, before being let it. A really cool, well-informed guy filled us in on products, answered our questions, etc. Didn't get his name though! Its the first all Black owned dispensary! They have a bit of everything here, but we only wanted edibles. We told the guy what we wanted, and he took our ID to scan and placed the order for pickup at the counter. It was a Sunday late afternoon, not many people around. After a few minutes, we went to pay for and pick up our products, and showed ID AGAIN. I have not been to a dispensary for a while, but I don't remember showing ID that many times. Maybe because I ordered from the cashier and not a salesperson? Like with most dispensaries, you have to go OUT a different entrance from coming in. The cashier (manager?) told us we were ok to exit through the Entrance, but we were stopped of course. We tried to explain but were sent back inside. We finally straightened it out. I may just get a login and pre-order and pick up next time.

Friendly service. Super educated on the product. And not owned by some giant Corp sending all the $$ back to California! 10/10 going back here always

Cool black owned spot! Saw the article and took my friend from Atlanta here. One owner was present and we had fun talking to him. The staff seemed somewhat knowledgeable. I thought maybe with time they more be more knowledgeable. We came, stayed and brought some product. Glad to support a black owned dispensary. When I buy I would come here.

This was a nice spot. You do have to show your ID like 3 times just to look and buy. You have to show it to get into the place. I love the fact it is black owned and the vibe is great. The staff seem very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. The price was a bit steep but I guess it was ok for a dispensery. I came on a week day and was the only person in there. So it wasn't crowded at all.

The THC % on their flower has never been accurate on the website, it's always less and usually between 5-10% lower than stated on their website. I bought edibles here once and the THC % was less than half of what it said it was online, not exaggerating. You of course you can't exchange or return, not their fault, but I was offered 15% off because of this which was less of a percent off than the sale they were having at the time. Feels like a bait and switch every time I go here, I've asked them to correct this and they do nothing about it. I hate writing any kind of negative review but this too expensive of a product to not be sure what you're getting.

I have always been treated kindly at this location and have never been misgendered by anyone here! Thank you for consistently using gender neutral pronouns-- It really goes a long way. The best experience I've had at any dispensary!

This is the best place. No line, entry was quick and easy. Alissa was so helpful. Great atmosphere and product selection. Such a great addition to the area. Can't recommend it enough.

Top notch experience from walking in, to walking out. This location is so dope on the inside, definitely doesn't feel like every other dispensary with their sanitized decor and setup. Sick mural inside done by a local artist I believe. Seeing all the diverse staff made me realize just how different this experience was going to be from the jump. Also really cool to see diverse brands being featured. Cant wait to come back when I have more time to chill by the bar and check out the whole lineup. Keep it up Grasshopper Club!!!

this is the BEST dispensary in chicago hands down. great staff and you can actually shop.
