My 3.5 year old son has been taking the 3 year old class with Coach Maddie for the past few months. He loves it. Coach Maddie is so patient and fun for the young kids. The class is 45 minutes which if you have a 3 year old, you know that is about as long as they can focus. They do a different planned routine each week. It can consist of floor time, bars, rope swing, trampoline, wall ladders, low and high beams and stretching. There is a large waiting/watching area if you want to stay. We are very happy to get some of the wiggles out while he also learns balance, positions, equipment and focus. Each week he looks forward to it.
