Trying a new spot for grilled cheese, it was national grilled cheese day. Ordered the Caprese Grilled Cheese, add Bacon, with a side salad. Grilled cheese was good, not as cheesy as I would like. I prefer the cheese oozing out of the sides, on my hand, etc. Cup of side salad didn't have dressing, not sure if it was supposed to, but I figured it was ok since I could do without those calories after chowing down on a grilled cheese. Not sure I'd come rushing back here, but if I was in the area and wanted a sandwich or grilled cheese, I might come back.

The grilled cheese sandwich is a good option but the macaroni and fries were not tasty. Inside is fairly dirty and seems that it's seen it's fair share of messy children. The country fries came out without the ranch dressing and were sent back due to the cheese not even being melted and the fries themselves were cold. Everything in the details is missing at this establishment. Seems like a good place to take children. You wouldn't have to worry about picky eaters or them making a mess. If you don't have kids, as I don't, I wouldn't recommend.

We ordered from this place, at work. I had high hopes for the cordon blu grilled cheese sandwich, but it let me down. Too much flavor, to much cheese I think. The cheese burger one was great though. And like my colleagues have said, it’s pretty pricey for an American classic.

Not the best. My lobster grilled cheese barley had any cheese melted on it. The flavor was off. The fries were stale. And I never got the dipping sauces I ordered. The bread was good and toasted perfectly. But I've definitely had better. Not worth the money I spent.

I'm sorry but when I pay with a credit card I shouldn't have to search for the NO TIP button. I had to hit OTHER to get to a menu to type 0.00 tip. Also my sandwich had cross contamination in it. I could taste flavors that were not in the grilled cheese I ordered like a hot spice and onions. Also if you need more Napkins, you're out of luck. They have no extra napkins out for customers you need them. In conclusion I see this as just a overpriced glorified fast food chain. Save your money and try one of the other food places in the center.

This has to be the best quality grilled cheese I've ever eaten in my life. Grater grilled has really wowed me! I decided to try the lobster grilled cheese, something I've never heard of before, and oh my! I'll be taking my family here 24/7. I've been waiting for a delicious place to dine in or grab on the go all my life and my prayers have been answered! Love love love 10 out of 5 stars ❤️

I've been here too many times to count and it's the go to place for mac n' cheese/grilled cheese cravings, if not only due to the lack of other places in the area. Although the food and service is usually decent, it's far too inconsistant to earn a higher star rating. Sometimes the grilled cheese and mac n' cheese will be ready in 5 minutes, come out fresh, pretty, and delicious with the right amount of cheese and whatever else you like. Other times we'll have to wait for five minutes for someone to even take our order with no line, and then wait another 30 (no exaggeration) for a couple orders to be completed. Often times we'll open our takeout bag and find that there's no utensils, or that they've gotten the order completely wrong, or there's half the cheese and double the oil that we expect. I've developed the habit of checking for these things when I don't think it should be neccessary. These dips in quality are likely the result of switching the staff out too much; there seem to be new faces every month, or even less. TL;DR Go ahead and try it, but no guarantees

I went here to grab a quick bite before the races. I entered Grater and was not greeted. I walked up to the register and grabbed a menu. I reviewed the menu and chose what I wanted, still no employees had said a word to me. There was a guy on the grill and a guy leaning against a prep table on his phone. I told them I was ready and placed my order asking if one of the sandwiches was vegetarian and was told yes. I went to go look for a table to sit down at an every single table was filthy. I cleaned one of the table myself, sat down and waited for over 20 minutes for a grilled cheese to be made. Since this was taking so long I approached the counter and asked if they were ready. The 2 guys were arguing on if the sandwiches were ready or not, they put 2 sandwiches ina bag and I asked if they were the actual ones I had ordered and they confirmed they were. It took the bag and left. Once I got to my destination I opened the sandwiches. I took a bite of my sandwich and instantly realized it was NOT vegetarian. The other sandwich wasn't good at all and I will not be going here again. I was extremely disappointed.
