I’m really disappointed with my experience today at Gravity Coffee. I placed my order ahead of time through the app and waited in the drive-thru. There are two drive-thru lanes. One lane had two cars (one in front of me and me behind), and the other lane was completely open. Since I was already in line, I stayed where I was instead of backing up and switching lanes.
I ended up waiting about 15 minutes and run late to work. even though there was only one car ahead of me and three staff members inside who were not busy. No one came out to ask about my order or even acknowledged that I was waiting. Eventually, I had to back up and go to the other lane myself. When I finally got service, there was no apology at all. Instead, I was told I shouldn’t have been in that lane, which was frustrating because I had already been waiting there for a long time.
To make things worse, my latte was terrible. It honestly tasted like watered-down milk with barely any coffee flavor. For a place that used to be my go-to, this was really disappointing.
Between the poor customer service, lack of communication, and low-quality drink, today’s experience was not acceptable. I’m very disappointed and expected much better.
