AMAZING customer service! I ordered from Graze Craze for an event where I wanted to serve light bites, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! The team was efficient, attentive, and incredibly friendly throughout the process. Their in-house jams are phenomenal!!

I love this place! Need something amazing and easy? This is the place!!! The quality of cheese and meat is amazing! I ordered online, then on my way to my party I pick up. The presentation is amazing and it is the star of the party!

The customer service was top tier! I ordered pretty late on a Friday night, after 7p but before 8p, for a pickup at 10:45a the following day. I believe my pickup time was within one hour of the store opening for the day (i think). On Friday night, the owner, Michele, sent me an email to confirm my pickup time. I arrived the following day, maybe 15-20 minutes early, to my surprise, i didn't have to wait, my order was ready, and very well presented. I ordered the Picnic Box Sweet & Grazey, Picnic Box Grazey for Keto and the SM Wine Pairing Board. It was all very good, very fresh and very delicious! Also, the presentation of the boxes and board were esthetically pleasing; my friends (from out of town) couldn't stop raving about how nice it was, one of my friends asked me if I had ordered with Graze Craze in the past, I told her this was my first time. All in all, it was a great service, i was pleased, and I would definitely order from graze craze again.

Absolutely love every board I’ve purchased the charcuterie boards are a true stand out. Each board I’ve purchased has been incredibly fresh from the crisp vegetables and perfectly ripe fruit to the amazing cheeses and fresh meats. I love the fresh made hummus and my favorite Everything Cream Cheese dip. I highly recommend picking up board for that special occasion or even just to snack on. You will not be disappointed!

Graze Craze exceeded every expectation! The presentation was stunning. Fresh, colorful, and beautifully arranged down to the smallest detail. Every bite was delicious, from the premium cheeses and cured meats to the vibrant fruits and perfectly paired dips. You can tell how much care and creativity goes into every board. A special shoutout to Michele, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for something that will wow your guests and make your event unforgettable, Graze Craze (and Michele!) are the ones to call. Can’t recommend them highly enough

I placed my order online this morning before the Pleasant Hill store opened. I ask that it be delivered by 11:45 am. Without missing a beat my order was made and delivered by 11:15am. Excellent service and they get the job done! My sister works from he and rarely has time to eat. This was just the ticket for her birthday!

Really lovely presentation, great accommodations for dietary restrictions, and wonderful customer service! The spread was such a delightful treat and quite pleasing to the eye as well.
