I didn’t even know a place like this existed. I will definitely be using them in the future. I called them in the morning of my daughter‘s birthday. They delivered her a beautiful gift and made it specific to what she likes. That day! I was very happy with what she received for the price and definitely was happy with the Customer Service. Looking to send your student a gift in East Lansing this is a perfect choice.

They have the absolute best jalapeño hummus! I’ve tried at least 8 different versions elsewhere, but I keep coming back to theirs. Beyond the hummus, the overall quality of the food is outstanding. Every single tray is crafted with care and attention to detail, no matter the occasion (from a networking meeting to a fancy gala). Everything always looks beautiful, and tastes even better. What really sets them apart, is the incredible customer service. Silas and his team provide the kind of warm, thoughtful service that every small business aspires to. I genuinely love supporting this local gem.

Graze Craze provided the Charcuterie boxed dinners for our Lansing Chamber of Commerce 'Athena Win' Womens' Networking event this month. We had 50 women attend and wow the response to the Graze Craze dinners was 5 STARS!! Lindsey & Silas were great to work with, the price point made sense and the charcuterie fruit, meat, cheeses were fresh and well presented. We had a few left over and guests were snagging them to take home for lunch the next day because it was so yummy! Hosted a broker caravan to inaugurate a listing for a luxury home and it was so nice to build camaraderie over the charcuterie board; the presentation was beautiful and the vegetables and fruit were so fresh! The order was ready on time and everything was seamless! Thank you!

In one word: Excellent. Lindsey went above and beyond to make our dad's 100th birthday celebration absolutely epic. The food was super fresh, beautiful to look at, and delicious. There is art to creating charcuterie boards, and Lindsey totally had her Rembrandt on! Her calculations as to how much we needed for an open house were right on target, and she even sent a suggestion a couple weeks before the party that she could shape one of the versions into trays that spelled "100". As you'll see from the last picture, when it was all over, we were down to a few handfuls of blueberries! Best of all, all of this was put together with me in Florida and of course Lindsey in Okemos MI, but the communication was excellent and the outcome was even better than I could have dreamed. Many guests asked for referrals after seeing (and tasting) her work, so I'm hopeful that many more parties will benefit from using Graze Craze of Okemos. First class, top-notch ... you will not be disappointed!

Got 3 large charcuterie boredd for our wedding June 21st 2025 for cocktail hour and they turned out amazing and were a big hit amongst the guests and wedding party! The booking process was very accommodating and smooth! They went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you, again!

Graze Craze recently supplied a dessert board for one of my classes and it was a huge hit! Silas and Lindsey made sure I knew what we were expecting and ensured I had exactly what I wanted. They day of the event, Silas reached out personally to deliver the board and make sure it was there on time. There was so much diversity in the board! Cheeses, sweets, jams, honey, spreads and all sorts of very cute utensils to serve everything with as well. Our students thought it was very nice and took a few business cards for themselves! Silas and Lindsey are both so sweet to talk to and make sure that you have what you want! I would absolutely recommend them again!

I ordered a Classic Grab & Graze for lunch and it was perfect! Fresh ingredients, great variety, and just the right size for one person. Everything was beautifully put together and so delicious!

Amazing!!! Attended a pool party and they ordered one of the boards. So fresh!! I normally don't go for them but this one was so much better than others. Could have used a bit more cheese. Cubes were cut very small for size of board but it was pretty much all gone at end of party!

Pro- good quality meat and cheese. Fresh fruit. Arranged neatly on a nice board Cons- a lot of $$ for very small portions. Small board says it serves 4-6 main/8-10 appetizer, for$109.00. No. This is only enough to serve 2-3 people or appetizers for 4-6. Ours came with very little meat/cheese. Lots of carrots and tomatoes. Had to stop at a store to get more meat and cheese so that everyone(8 of us)would get at least one bite

Yummy bites. I can't wait to experiment with a larger selection at the next gathering I pull together. Good cheeses. Tasty fruit.
