Dear Graziano's Management,
I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences at your market next to Trader Joe's in the Gables. I have always been a big fan of Graziano's restaurants in Miami and used to love visiting this market. However, over the past few months, I have noticed a decline in both the quality of the food and the level of service, which has unfortunately led me to reconsider my visits.
Previously, the market was managed efficiently, and the manager was always friendly and attentive. In contrast, the current staff seems disinterested and more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. Their interactions often feel insincere, with 'thank you' and 'have a good day' coming across as rehearsed rather than genuine.
Moreover, the lack of English-speaking personnel is concerning. While I appreciate Miami's diverse Latin community, it is important to cater to all customers, including those who do not speak Spanish. There is no effort to greet us with a simple 'good morning', and in recent visits our orders were frequently incorrect due to communication barriers. This has been quite frustrating and detracts from the overall experience.
I genuinely miss the cozy, high-quality, and excellent service that Graziano's market used to offer. I hope my feedback is taken into consideration and that improvements can be made to restore the market to its former glory.
