Great Eggs

Great breakfast shop - more grab and go - smaller inside area. We had to wait a bit in line but were rewarded with an excellent made-to-order breakfast burrito. Could be fun to pick up and eat by the lakeside park just a block away.

The patio seating is adorable. The breakfast wraps are build your own, so they’ll read the ingredients one at a time for every single item to ask if you want it. There aren’t any pre-determined breakfast wraps with ingredients intentionally put together for a good flavor balance. They’re also plain breakfast ingredients, like chunks of boiled potatoes with no seasoning. The lattes were made with a Breville espresso machine meant for home use vs. commercial (we literally have it on our counter) so it took awhile. We could see them steaming the milk and they weren’t following the basics to get foam (the wand was straight down in the bottom of the cup and wasn’t tilted at an angle) so it tasted like the milk was just heated in the microwave.

I ordered the classic wrap and it was fantastic! It was on a whole different level from any wrap I've had before. Although it's a vegetarian option, vegans should be aware that it contains eggs. The place is small inside, but there is outdoor seating where you can enjoy your wrap in a pleasant atmosphere. Also, the staffs were really attentive! The only downside was having to wait in line. I would highly recommend this place!!

This place was great! My husband and I had egg wraps and split a giant smore (though we probably could have done the half size, it was huge!), and all of it was wonderful! Make sure you get the bean salsa in your wraps! The people were friendly, and it's a cute little place. We will definitely be back again!

This place is a definite gem. It's off the main road in a corner of the town center, so it's not as obvious and convenient but it's definitely worth while to make way here. The Meir burritos are generous in size and tasty. The specials are wrapped in eggs first with the topping is your choice. I went with ham, chicken and sausage. Then you can choose your own wrapping. I went with tomato and basil, which ended up with a rad looking RED burrito. Service is slow so be prepared to wait.

The dining experience that I had here was friendly, fantastic, and darn-right delicious! I didn't think that it was possible, but the flavor and the size of the Classic Wrap that was prepared for me was 10x better than any wrap/burrito I've ever had from any restaurant in the past (Chipotle included). Accompanying that they also prepared for me a strawberry, mango, and peach smoothie that made my taste buds feel pleasurably groovy. Thank you, staff at Great Eggs, for providing me with service with smiles and enrichment of my energy within by preparing such an amazing meal!

Had brunch today with my family at Great Eggs and it was amazing. I had a breakfast wrap which was amazing. My wife and kids had BLTs and strawberry banana smoothies which were also super delicious. We would recommend them to anyone coming to Lake Geneva for the 1st time. Sara and Kaila were great very friendly and were quick to offer up suggestions on items to try. They suggested trying their s’mores and it didn’t disappoint. This place was great two thumbs up!!!!

Never been to Lake Geneva. This place was a gem. I’m obsessed with breakfast bagels and the breakfast burritos were a refreshing twist. Smoothies were great. Best part was the owner was probably the nicest person that I have spoken with so far. Walked out of towners through the order process with great patience. Restaurant is an old house converted to the restaurant. Great outside seating and one street off of Main Street so not many cars driving by but plenty of people walking around. Peaceful.

This spot gives off diner vibes but specializes in wraps. It came highly recommended when looking for breakfast spots in Lake Geneva. Chose to build my own breakfast wrap, and it was fun to see them build and cook it right in front of you. You can pick every ingredient, from veggies down to the flavor of your wrap. The service was very friendly and gave recs when asked. Perfect for on the go or a bite in if you can find seating (it's tiny). Come hungry because it's VERY filling and be sure to grab plenty of napkins because the wraps end up being massive and ours unraveled while eating, which made things a bit messy but still delish.

This is one of our hidden secret go to breakfast places in Lake Geneva. Employee's are friendly and courteous and helpful. Weekdays are the best time to go and they have a nice side gaEden with a few tables in addition to the front porch and inside.

Husband and I decided to spend a Saturday in Lake Geneva just to get out of the city for a little while. My husband had been a long time ago and I had never been, so we were starting with no experience. In looking for a breakfast place, this was in the top 5 Yelp results for breakfast in the city and the name boasted "great eggs" so how could we resist ourselves?! I am so glad we decided to give this a go as it indeed was a great breakfast that included great eggs! This is a tiny shop that makes wraps for breakfast or lunch. The breakfast wraps include eggs and your choice of fillings. The have several options for lunch as well that do not include eggs. Previous reviews of the place said the wraps are big and since we were only there for a day, we couldn't lug around leftovers. We decided to split a "classic" breakfast wrap that came with eggs, potatoes, veggies, beans, and cheese. We got ours with all the veggies they offered except mushrooms, cheddar and goat cheese, and with many many shakes of Cholula inside to go with it (their hot sauce options also included Sriracha and Tabasco). I also got a Pina colada smoothie. The ordering experience was very smooth and they make the wrap right in front of your eyes! We found a table outside to eat and dug in. It was truly amazing. It was a big wrap, so splitting it was definitely the way to go for us. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the veggies were tasty, the bean and corn salsa took it up a notch, and the goat cheese provided a salty/umami creaminess that really made this wrap from "really good" to "downright amazing" for me. The only thing I would change is more salt and more hot sauce, but this is on me as the wrap was made in front of me and I could have asked for more of those things and next time, I probably will. The smoothie was similarly delicious! I feel like it may be ever so slightly overpriced as one wrap and one smoothie cost us $16 + tip, but it was so good that I would definitely pay that again! As for other offerings, they had giant s'mores, coffee, beers, wines, and mimosas. Something for everyone!

The food here was really good! Good pricing and great portions. Service was good too, the place is small so not too much seating. Would recommend going here for breakfast is you are visiting lake Geneva!

For those who know Good Eggs in Ephraim, Wisconsin, Great Eggs is a similar breakfast burrito shack. However, I actually think it's better than it's predecessor, which I never thought I would say. The burritos have so much flavor and are HUGE! The black bean salsa is excellent. Our cook did an excellent job behind the flattop. I can't wait to go back!

Great eggs is a great spot! The girl behind the counter was happy to explain the build your own wrap concept behind the breakfast wrap. My husband and I ended up getting the one with all the meat and veggies and it was enough for us to split for breakfast! and it was very good and very reasonably priced (around $12 total for the wrap). If we come back to lake Geneva we will definitely be stopping by this spot again! The vibe is fast causal and they have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Great breakfast wrap! My sister had the bacon chicken ranch (lunch) wrap and loved it (the full wrap can feed two people). The place was very clean and the food prepared was very friendly and efficient. You can eat in or take your wrap to go, be aware this is not a sit down and be served establishment. For the money this place was great!

Great spot for breakfast or lunch! They have a small operation so be prepared to wait in line. They had someone taking drink orders for coffee and such for the people in line, which was nice. I got a super wrap which had potatoes, eggs, veggies and choice of meat and cheese. Veggies included asparagus, mushrooms, bell pepper, spinach and then a black bean salsa that does have cilantro in it. Meat included chicken, bacon, sausage and ham. Cheese was pepper jack or cheddar. You also pick which wrap you want, I got the garlic and herb which was good. Overall, everything comes out super hot and fresh and you can't go wrong. They definitely take a lot of pride in what they do and they're not afraid to take their time to make sure each customer gets exactly what they want. There's a few small tables inside and then some tables outside as well. It's kind of tucked away with a bed and breakfast building. Seems like a lot of locals enjoyed it. Good spot for a grab and go breakfast where you don't need to sit down and do the whole dine in thing.

The food is delicious, breakfast burritos your way, the biggest breakfast burrito I ever had, could not finish it in one setting. The downside is parking nit only is it hard to fund around there you have to pay to park. I paid the meter but my meter expired do I got a $50 ticket. Its a very small place so give yourself ample time on your meter, even if it us an order to go. The girl making the burritos explained everything and was very nice. Definitely will return.

Absolutely delicious breakfast burritos but a bit pricey. I guess everything that close to the lake will be expensive though.

we stopped here for breakfast, we were knew to it and never had it. the guy cooking was awesome he was so friendly and made ordering super easy. you get to watch it being cooked. my burrito was filled up and was heavy it was so filling. it was delicious though so fresh. the coffee was pretty good as well, i'd definitely recommend coming here for breakfast it's really good

Great eggs is a great name. Fresh food made to order. We had two omelettes disguised as wraps and they were fantastic. And filling. Still not sure how he managed to wrap them such that nothing fell out. Throw in some bottomless coffee and we're good until dinner!

Genius little breakfast and lunch place with egg breakfast wraps, bomb lunch wraps, smoothies and coffee. Super friendly staff, great prices, beautiful outdoor seating. Love this place

Had a great breakfast here. This place basically does breakfast wraps and only breakfast wraps. They are very good. Tea and coffee are free refills. Will happily go back again.

My wife and I tried Great eggs and both agreed that the breakfast burritos tasted amazing. Their smoothies are also great! They provide great service. We were unable to sit in and dine but it was a great experience and very inviting inside.

Came from Chicago for a week visit. Was highly disappointed by this restaurant compared to the other breakfast places in the area. I had found a hair in my food because they don't wear haircuts. I also saw them handling food with no gloves in the back. Highly disappointed and surprised this burrito place has so many reviews.

Came in here with no expectations and left the happiest camper ever. This place has by far the best breakfast burrito I've ever had in my life! The customer service was amazing,built our burritos in front of us and was super polite. Every single nite I took had the flavor and ingredients in it, I can't stress how delicious this was. The tomato basil tortilla was perfect as well as the goat cheese! Highly recommend you go twice so you can try different tortillas! I'll be back tomorrow for more while I'm in town!

They have great breakfast wraps. They staff is friendly and this is all in a vintage home. Eating outside is our favorite.

Nice little spot for breakfast. We went on a Tuesday morning, so it wasn't busy. The patio is very relaxing. Wraps are made fresh to order. Mine was slightly under seasoned but that would have been easily remedied with an extra couple dashes of hot sauce or a different cheese selection (I chose cheddar, which was the least exciting of the options). I do think they would benefit from offering a side of fresh red salsa. I love the variety of fillings offered (several types of veggies, bean salsa, etc.) which made it a well-rounded meal. Mango smoothie and coffee were also very good.

Great place to sit outside and enjoy a wrap. Wraps are quite good. Be warned, the BLT wrap has a LOT of B! Nice menu that fits the location and friendly service. The wraps are girthy. Can be difficult to eat. There's also a lot to like. They have several different flavors of tortilla bread you may select. One drawback is that food is slow. It's one man boldy grilling on a small, tabletop grill. While they do a fine job of making the wraps as quickly as they can, call ahead or don't be in a hurry. It's going to take some time to get your order.

Great Eggs is such a hidden gem in Lake Geneva. They specialize in wraps, especially their breakfast wraps. It's basically an à la carte omelette that they place in specialty wraps. They also have a large assortment of drinks including mimosas, beer, coffee, teas, and smoothies. If you have a sweet tooth try their giant s'mores! The staff is super friendly and the inside is extremely clean, prices are fair!

1st time here Great service Sarah did a great job serving us and making our breakfast burritos Only disappointment was one female employee kept talking about her disappointing love life nobody wanted to hear about and she won't give it a break. If it were me, I would have terminated her on the spot. This incident won't keep me away.

Pros: Delicious breakfast burritos made fresh to order; definitely the best around. Cons: Takes forever! They have a tiny flat top that can only make 4 burritos max at a time and they take about 10 minutes to make. Also, the smoothies don't have real fruit in them besides banana - the rest seems to be some kind of fruit juice concentrate.

Delicious large burritos. You may want to split one. A small shop with a sit down area. May look overwhelming but let them know it is your first time & they walk you through your choices. You can watch them make it right in front of you. Very friendly. Room's upstairs to stay if your from far away. A unique find.

This is a delightful spot with like 10 different choices for just the WRAP part-- then they cook the eggs as they ask you about each ingredient. So fast! So delicious! I would definitely recommend hot sauce and/or salt/pepper or other flavorings. Just lovely. Cute beach murals inside and super friendly service.

The service was great. The employees were friendly & made sure we understood the menu. We ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, and the ceasar. They were delish and made with love (I'm pretty sure).

So good!!!! An eggcelant place!!! Think Mod/Chipotle except it's make to order breakfast and lunch wraps. We had a party of seven with three requiring gluten friendly. They don't have gluten free wraps but they happily made personalized omelets! Fresh ingredients and GINORMOUS PORTIONS. Four grown men were almost struggling to finish their food. Even the smoothies and coffee were delicious. Kids could easily split a meal. And you could eat in the shade, which is a huge perk, considering eating outside is the move during covid19. Everything was so clean and satisfying! It makes me wish I had a place just like this back at home.

This is a great little place - eggs spread out on a grill. Loaded with whatever you want and then folded over and wrapped in a crepe of your choice. Add the beans, salsa, cheese, meats or whatever is up there on the board. You wont be sorry! GREAT service!!! GREAT food - Has great coffee. Wonderful people! We get over here once a week and LOVE the place and the people!

What a find in lake Geneva for a quiet place to visit and enjoy fabulous food and drinks. We are year round residents and love Great Eggs. I was hesitant about doing a review because I would hate for it to become over crowded. The visiting Chipmunks are an added treat!

Cute little place to grab a casual meal or drink in Lake Geneva. We didn't eat here but probably should have. If you like wraps or breakfast burritos, this is your place. Everything is made right in front of you on a small tabletop griddle, so you can customize it exactly as you want. We grabbed an iced tea (good) and a smoothie (freshly made and excellent) for the road. The people working were super nice too. There's outdoor seating in the big porch and a few tables inside. My only request would be to perhaps list all the available ingredients somewhere? It seemed like the person making the wraps lists each one as she's making it - it would maybe save time for everyone if they could decide upfront.
