Where to Eat and Drink at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) | Eater

"An airport outpost of the city's well-known brewery pouring signature beers like Eliot Ness Amber Lager and Burning River Pale Ale, paired with a limited selection of Eastern European–influenced bar foods such as pretzel-crusted chicken, a sausage sampler, bratwurst, and pierogi." - Missy Frederick

The menu has a good deal of American items to choose from. However, everything is a little overpriced, which is a bit of a given since it’s in the airport. We just got two salads, one Caesar and one Greek, and they were well prepared. The service was friendly and it didn’t take too long for the food to come out.

Incredible airport meal. We greatly enjoyed our fish and chips and spicy shrimp Mac and cheese. The coleslaw and fries that came with the fish were also a highlight. Our server Cynthia was lovely and gave us great service. They have wine as well as beer and I got a NA ginger beer.

I just couldn’t believe how quick and solid the service was at this busy airport bar. Plus the food was good and affordable. With experiences like this I always wonder about leadership. It is great or I just happened upon a fantastic waitress!

Decent place to kill some time at the airport, quiet enough to take a phone call in a booth during the late afternoon. Enjoyed the mellow Edmund Fitzgerald Porter, and I liked chasing it with sips of sparkling water. Had a bowl of chicken noodle soup that was fine but nothing special. Joshua provided excellent service!

The place is OK airport beer pub. The beer was not outstanding, average at most and nearly $10 a serving. The fries were overcooked and the waitress said it was their style. Many good seats, clean. The staff is polite but seemed to be either understaffed or tired.

We stopped for dinner on our way out of Cleveland. Moranda was absolutely amazing and on her game! Great team work between the server, bartender and kitchen staff. Food is delicious! Burger spot on, fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! A definite winner in my book!!!

Tried an IPA for the first time, and it was pretty good. Not much of a drinker, but I did enjoy it. The fish and chips were hot and fresh, but for $20, I did expect more than one small piece of cod (even at an airport). But, it was tasty. The service was great. Polite, professional, and asked all the right questions to ensure you enjoy your visit. I would return.

As airport food goes, Great Lakes is a good place to grab a meal before boarding. Service is a little slow, not enough employees is a common problem in the hospitality industry post-Covid but particularly prevalent at airport restaurants. Tables could be a little cleaner and menu options are somewhat limited due to the location.
