Great Lakes has been servicing our fire alarm and life safety systems at our schools for numerous years. They are very responsive and quick to resolve issues at hand which is really important when dealing with life safety. Dusty is always very professional to our needs and knowledgeable of customer service and relationships.

We have been using GLBS for over 10 years now and their service team has been outstanding from Jen and Sterling in the office to all of their service technicians. They handle all of our life safety and fire system inspections and have recently installed all of the new systems and door controls in our newly added wing of the building which have been flawless.

GLBS has been servicing all our fire protection and security systems. Once the systems were commissioned they have performed very well. There service has been great. Dusty has been very helpful with our service contract.

GLBS does most of the hotels I oversee. They do an amazing job. Great customer service and fast response to all my life safety issues at the hotels.

Terrible customer service. After one week of waiting for the customer rep to get back to me I called them back to schedule a appointment for them to take a look at my system. I was told they had already come out and looked the system. It would not be something they could handle or that they would not be interested in working on it. Wow!, that's funny because they never got into the building to look at the system nor was I informed the had even come by. What is even more unprofessional is they called me and scheduled a appointment the same day I called them and said they would be out to look at it, they never came nor called to say that they would not be there. Thanks a lot, I would never recommend this company to any work.
