"One of the Bay Area’s most respected chefs will soon cook in NYC, bringing his acclaimed Napa restaurant the Charter Oak to Soho later this month. On September 20 and 21, Cadillac House New York will become a pop-up location of the more casual, seasonally focused Californian restaurant with a hearth, with dinner prepared by chef Christopher Kostow, who also owns Napa’s three-Michelin-starred the Restaurant at Meadowood. Only 100 tickets are available for each night, and they can be purchased here for $150.
