The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable bartenders who made our evening even more special. Stayed one night at this hotel. The experience was top class, from the moment of check in, the greeting by the concierge gentleman, the attention to detail by the professional check in, bar and all front of house staff. Really lovely bars, 40 Elephants and Sibín, with fun but top professional barmen. Excellent cocktails!! ||The hotel room was so good, above expectations. Really lovely layout, so comfortable and spotless. ||And over and above attention by all staff to make it a memorable trip for my family and me. Thank you. ||Perfect location too. ||It is now my preferred London hotel, due to the quality of the rooms and staff. Well done all. ||R & D.

A wonderful hotel. Excellent location but off the busy street so was quiet, easy walking distance to many sites. Scotland Yard history in the lobby was fun and the decor adds to this experience. Lovely bar and dining areas, food excellent and staff incredibly friendly and caring. Our room was upgraded and we were given early check in based on my Hyatt status which was very much appreciated. Will stay again!

Hotel is awesome. It is cute and fun on the inside and there is so much within walking distance, one would be hard pressed to find a better location. Staff pays attention to details. Guests are made comfortable and taken care of throughout the stay. Very close to public transportation as well. We went on a casual walk and stumbled onto Buckingham Palace. I highly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic overnight stay again at this lovely hotel. We were lucky enough to have an upgrade on our room this time which was amazing. We have stayed here a number of times now as the position is very convenient, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are so helpful and breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. It’s a really lovely hotel.

We loved our stay at GSY. The room is super plush and comfortable, probably the quietest HVAC system I've ever come across. The breakfast was spectacular, and the service was excellent. Being in the heart of downtown was great, too. Short walks to many tube stations and a short walk to the west end to see all kinds of shows and plays. Absolutely recommend 10/10

A grand hotel with exceptional service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the classy rooms situated in the very unique and intriguing hotel interior. The service at breakfast was on another level, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to cater to your needs. I was truly impressed with their attention to detail. There are plenty of restaurant/bar options, each with their own flare. The location is excellent and within walking distance to many major landmarks / POIs in London. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

From check in to check out we had a wonderful 6 night stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful no matter what our request. So nice to be greeted always with a smile. The breakfast offerings were wonderful. And on top of the menu choices, there were many varied items on the buffet. Service was very friendly. The location is perfect near important London sights. Covent Garden and the Charming Cross train station. Looking forward to a return stay.
