Google
I should have checked the rating before coming here, but their menu looked so appetizing! My Southwest bowl is swimming in sauce, the rice is not fully cooked and too hard to chew in the middle. I asked for half and half lettuce and rice but there was a sprinkling of lettuce and bowl full of crunchy rice. The staff were helpful and fast.

Google
Might be the best deal in the Atlanta airport. Friendly staff compared to the lack of service and attentiveness at other nearby options. And half the price. Got the breakfast bowl and pancake plate for $13. Can’t beat that.

Phyllis Lakes

Google
The young man that was making the wraps, was rude and moving really slow. For the price $22.66 the wraps I order didn't looked like the pictures on the minue that only had pictures and no prices. For what I experienced they are unfriendly and never said thank you.

RSJ

Google
They were pretty busy when I ordered at about 0830 but the staff was super friendly and helpful even making recommendations. I didn't wait very long before I had my food in hand and there's a nice sitting area full of windows to relax before your flight. I thought the egg portion was pretty small and the sausage overcooked but the pancakes were pretty good and the bacon was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The price was much lower than I'd expected in an airport where everything is overpriced.

Google
The menu from screen was confusing, we end up having 3 inches bread, little bit of steak, some green peppers and onions. Asked for Jalapeño on side, they said that will charge extra. Bad experience, I will never choose that restaurant when I’m in Atlanta aeroport. We had 3 orders

Tom Calton

Google
Don’t do it. NOT A SMOOTHIE. Was looking for a good smoothie. I made a poor choice. Stood in line behind another customer. Waited. No one at counter till a younger female manager went backstage to inform the 3 employees who were apparently hidden behind the structure - that there were real customers waiting. Eventually these young folks - all who emanated a ‘less-than motivated’ presence sauntered out to begin engaging their customers, (you know, those people essentially paying their bills). Once they decided to show up, things went fast. How was the Smoothie? It’s a smoothie-shaped object - a “Smoothie in name only.” I’s a green flavored ice slushy with course slush. After a few draws on the liquid, there’s nothing left but a green colored ice slush. NOT A SMOOTHIE. Avoid this place. Let them feel the burn of low quality delivery and let’s hope they get an awakening.

Google
Charged me for 2 side items I didn't order. When I brought it their attention, the lady said because I chose bottled water instead of a soda for the meal she had to add feta and avocados. ???? I see the agreed to $3.34 for the water, but I don't understand $1 for creamy feta plus $1 for acocado. Bless her heart

Google
Not So Great Wraps! Had a quick stop for lunch between flights, and the food was not good. The food you get does not resemble the pictures at all! I got the Philly cheese stake, and there were no dressings or seasoning added. I think they need to pay workers more to keep them motivated.

Yelp
Sharonta and the rest of the team was amazing ensuring that service flowed smoothly and despite being very busy they kept a calm and very friendly demeanor. All deserve raises!

Yelp
I stopped at the Great Wraps in the Atlanta airport for breakfast. My son was interested in the smoothies, but the employee told us they were "syrup based" smoothies without any actual fresh fruit in them. So we passed on that, because I wouldn't even call blended syrups and ice a smoothie. Gross. I ordered scrambled eggs, and they were inedible. They smelled rancid! An overwhelming smell of rotten eggs wafted out when I opened the lid of the container. The ambiance isn't great, but I didn't expect an airport food court to have a great vibe so that's okay. The employees were kind, quick, and answered our questions so I gave two stars for their kindness but I would never recommend eating here.

Yelp
Not too bad. A great value for a pretty fresh meal. I got lucky and there was no line bc it takes a while with only one person to make everyone's order so I didn't have to wait too long. I chose the gyro bowl with lettuce and it was loaded with fresh veggies (tomato, cucumber and banana peppers) and feta and white sauce with some gyro meat. I upgraded for another $1.50 or so for a huge fountain drink and warm kettle chips. Totally worth it. Meal was good for $15 airport food. No complaints from me!

Yelp
Do not go if you're in a hurry! Not a great option for an airport "fast" food experience. Let's start with the good...Food was reasonably priced. I am accustomed to paying an arm and a leg for EVERYTHING at the airport. Employees weren't rude but they had absolutely no sense of urgency. I waited in line for 19 minutes to order on a less responsive kiosk. The guy in front of me wanted a breakfast plate which he tried to order 3 times. One of the employees said you couldn't order the breakfast plate on the kiosk. There was a huge line and a separate employee register which would have alleviated the wait. Lots of standing around behind the register and in the kitchen. After placing my order I waited for 18 minutes for my food. I counted 7 people that were after me in line that received their food before me. And they appeared to have similar orders (breakfast wraps). The food quality wasn't bad ( I was hungry) but the food was cold.
google avatar

Jose G.

Yelp
Really really bad. As I approached this place to grab some breakfast I thought, it's got to be ok as it's really hard to mess up a wrap. Well I was so wrong. It was not good! The cheese wasn't melted and probably imitation hence why it wasn't melting. The pico had huge pieces of onion, about 1/4 inch and some bigger. Both of those components made it almost inedible. Buyer beware.

Karen C.

Yelp
Food burnt service bad no ambiance. Rude workers won't eat here again. Meat very dry and you had 5 people back there and only one working
google avatar

Nessa R.

Yelp
Pretty Good Sub, I had to ask for Fresh Fries because the girl was going to give me fries that had been sitting for 5 minutes. No thank you. Other than that mishap, a BIG cockroach decided to walk towards me from the trash, like a mini chihuahua and I had enough of my sandwich. Pretty grossed out after that. Yuck yuck yuck
google avatar

Christine C.

Yelp
I ordered a veggie wrap and paid extra for chicken and asked for no roasted red pepper. I got a veggie wrap with roasted red peppers and no chicken. So I paid extra for nothing and with the level of service I guess I shouldn't have expected accuracy or that they would even care. Live and learn!
google avatar

Aaron B.

Yelp
The worst wrap I've had in my life. Ordered the chicken avacado... this is what I got. A half pound of mayo and chicken in a pita wrap. There was a small bit of avocado on the back and it tasted so bad I tossed it. Save your taste buds and get anything else in the airport.

Ryan M.

Yelp
Stupid slow. Just wait in the Chick-flick-A line. Stupid slow. Slow Slow
google avatar

Kelly P.

Yelp
It took 20 minutes for them to make a wrap at an airport eatery. Ridiculous. There were 5 people working and they all wandered around aimlessly behind the counter. No one seemed to have a clue as to what to do.
google avatar

Keith E.

Yelp
Nice cashier, very helpful. We were half asleep and the cashier helped us figure out what to get.

Annabelle H.

Yelp
Yummy pancakes, great and quick service! Eggs weren't my favorite but the smoothie was delicious!
google avatar

George R.

Yelp
Ordered a chicken avocado wrap. There was no chicken at all. Far from a great wrap not worth the wait.
google avatar

Casey G.

Yelp
I have been here before for lunch and it was amazing! For breakfast they were out of coffee and a little short staffed. Still yummy and once they got a 2nd person there they hit their groove. I got the old faithful. It was supposed to have egg, potato, sausage and cheese. I think they forgot the potato. I definitely didn't need the indulgence of the potato and still tasty, so maybe it was a sign, lol.

Marlita W.

Yelp
Customer service & food was great. I had the Philly Cheese Steak. The bread was the best part. Mariama was very professional and nice.

Emonilovesmusic W.

Yelp
The service was terrible. the two girls were on their phones the entire time. I didn't even see them wash their hands before preparing food. I asked the cashier, " Can you wash your hands please." she replied, " what for?"

Yelp
If I could give less than one star I would. The staff was apathetic, rude, unhygienic and woefully unprepared to do a simple job. If there was a mechanism to get my $30 back without forfeiting the meal I ordered I would. There is no way that it should take 45 mins to get simple breakfast wraps out. At an airport where many people are very time sensitive. I watched several people just walk away without getting their order including a pilot and other airline staff that had to get to their flights. I'd suggest that ATL pull their a lot and give another franchise a chance. The wrap was also far more forgettable than the appalling quality of service. Some may think it was because of short staffing. I assure you that was not the case. There was a bumbling crew of 6 doing the absolute minimum as incorrectly and inefficiently as possible. All thumbs down. (Please read my other reviews. I heap praise whenever it's warranted)

Daniel P.

Yelp
Food was good however the cashier was more interested in her phone than my order. Had to repeat it multiple times and my order was still prepared wrong. I mentioned to her that it would help not to be on her phone and she told me she was conducting business. Yet it was on Tik Tok or something like that. I'm in Atlanta airport once a month and will find other places to eat

Yelp
Social distancing and wearing a mask is a must. I am waiting on my flight and was kind of hungry. So I decided to eat here for lunch. I ordered a gyro, curly fries, and lemonade. The food was hot and delicious. I requested light lettuce, extra Z-sauce and light meat. Well I guess the guy who made my sandwich didn't read the request. They give you lots of meat and the lettuce wasn't that fresh. So, I took off some meat and all the lettuce off the sandwich. If I am on this of the airport, I may eat here again. Next time I will watch the employee make my sandwich, since you can.

S S.

Yelp
Good food! Service was excellent. Very friendly. Good food option for ATL terminal A.

Jan P.

Yelp
Came back for a second wrap - was tasty - just on the second one I got charged for extra z sauce

Brian B.

Yelp
The service was ok but the food was regrettable and nauseating. I wanted to warn people that were in line not to do it. To boot there was no coffee or smoothies. I think I may be getting sick while writing this for real. How do you mess up eggs and pancakes??

Umm N.

Yelp
Legitimately the worst food I have ever put in my mouth. I never leave reviews but I felt a responsibility to warn others.

George N.

Yelp
Very poor experience. Rather than call orders by the order number or customer name they called out menu items. I waited a ridiculous amount of time because they gave my order away (they even acknowledged this to me). Half my order was cold since it sat while I waited for the rest of the items. I had to tell the staff four times what my order was. They kept trying to give me the wrong things.

Dino M.

Yelp
Terrible everything. No service no smile no good. Will not be coming back. This is in the Atlanta airport near the C gates, and the music is terribly loud n the food court. Which would be ok if it was good, but like the rest of this experience it is t.

Yelp
I was hungry after my flight and was craving some good food. I initially wanted Chicfila but they DIDNT HAVE CHEESE! How crazy!! Last time I visited, I wanted Great Wraps but they were closed. This time, I did it. The only Great Wraps in my city closed around 10 years ago and when it was opened, I visited often for lunch. I missed you guys! I ordered the same thing I had before, Santa Fe Wra P, and it tasted just as good as I remember. And, the team on shift was PHENOMENAL, Nathan and Latoya were so friendly (frankly much better than the staff I briefly chatted with at Chicfila). Thanks Great Wraps team for the nostalgia!

Melinda N.

Yelp
I should've read the reviews before I ordered here. Shameful that you let that person run your business, dear owner, because she doesn't pay attention and she's too busy doing prep work, taking orders at some time. The gyro was terrible. It fell apart in my hands and I had to eat it with a fork. No napkin in Togo bag. Horrible!!

Yelp
Hello everyone, I'm Tiffancy and thank you for choosing "A Fancy Review!" I recently visited the Great Wraps located at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. They are located in the food court on C concourse I visited after I saw the chicken wings my co-worker purchased for lunch. I had no idea Great Wraps sold wings. He said they were great! So I decided to try them. D and Kenneth took care of me. D made sure my order was correct and did it with a smile and positive conversation. Kenneth prepared my wings to perfection. I asked about the Honey Hot flavor and Kenneth said it was good! So I tried the Honey Hot flavor with lemon pepper sprinkled on top. He was right it was good. The sauce made a perfect dip for those good fries too! Thank you Global Concessions, Great Wraps!

Yelp
I had probably the worst Philly Cheesesteak that I have ever had at this location. It was very salty and had no other flavor. Should have tried one of the other vendors close by

Shaneez T.

Yelp
Save your money and your stomach!!!! This place is NOT it. I don't know how they managed to run out of food - it was either bland or too salty so who is buying this food?? If you've been personally victimized by Great Wraps, you might be entitled to compensation (I'm just kidding... wish I wasn't though) Anyway, I initially wanted a gyro (you know, the thing they're supposedly known for?) but they told the line it was sold out. Then I wanted a green bowl, and guess what? Sold out. Since I was on a slight time crunch and really hungry, I settled for a Baja bowl but then they said they were also out of rice. So they ended up serving me beans, corn, sauce, and lettuce for $13! I also got the combo since it was only a $1 more and asked for a lemonade and you guessed it, sold out... The ambiance and experience was already trash but then, the pay machine was finnicky and I ended up tipping $1 just to finish paying. Even the machine was ready to clock out smh I grabbed my second drink choice and food and almost hightailed it out of there, when I realized they didn't even bother to pass me my chips. The employees knew nothing about customer service. Just stood behind the counter looking bored, unfriendly, and ready to leave. When I finally got to my gate and sat down to eat the food I ultimately settled for, I realized they got my order wrong. I'd ordered steak and not chicken, but what I was about to eat was 100% poultry. But by that time, I was already too far away from the shop to turn back. So I ate the food and no lie, it tasted like a budget McChicken without the bun or breaded meat. Just hot cheese, wet lettuce, chicken, sauce, beans, and corn... a day later and my stomach is still in shambles. I couldn't have hated this experience more if I tried. honestly, the first thing being sold out should've told me to leave. Avoid at all costs!

Yelp
I stopped and ordered two gyros. When I was told they were out of pita bread I should have known to walk away, but I figured the 'wrap' would still be good since it is a 'wrap' place. Besides having waaaaayyyyy too much sauce, it (the second one went in the trash after I could only stomach half of the first one), it was a complete sloppy mess with everything coming out of it on all sides. When I asked for a plastic knife so I could better eat it - big surprise - no plastic knives. The flavor of the mess was horrible. My first and last stop at this 'restaurant'. I was totally ripped off of my money - even for airport food (which has really stepped up in most places) there was nothing remotely redeeming about this slop!

Yelp
It's hard to find a vegetarian option in this part of the airport without having to stand in a line that will make you miss your flight. This place had the shortest line so I naturally gravitated towards it. I got the veggie wrap with hummus and it was a bit disappointing and overpriced. It was nice that the wrap was toasted and warm, but they didn't put much hummus in it. I was almost half way through the wrap when I finally actually started eating some hummus. And the hummus tasted very watery.

Ron C.

Yelp
My wife and I were flying out of Atlanta, Georgia on September 19, 2023. Prior to boarding, we ate at Great Wraps in Concourse "A". I had the "Baja Chicken Bowl" on a bed of lettuce. We were greeted by "Jo", the man who took our order and our food was prepared by "Nate", one of the chefs. These men went above and beyond to make sure that our food was tasty and that we enjoyed our experience. Honestly, it was one of the best salad bowls that I have eaten in many years. My wife enjoyed her "Veggie Wrap" also. Kudos to Nate and Jo for their excellent service and to Great Wraps for employing such quality personnel! Don't walk past "Great Wraps" without giving them a try!

Yelp
Placing an order was all done via a kiosk. The kiosk was cumbersome to navigate. I wanted a combo meal with a bottled water. Bottled water was not an option listed for the meal combo. First time through, I asked a staff member (once I found the staff member) who simply stated I had to select a bottled water. I questioned him there wasn't an option (after selecting the meal combo). He flipped the kiosk around and looked at it and finally told me that I couldn't have it with the meal combo. I started my order three different times because of the navigation and trying to figure out how to actually order what I wanted. Finally, I realized I had to order everything a la carte in order to select my desired order. Staff was inattentive and responses to questions were brief and incomplete when I did actually reach someone. They only accept credit or debit card, no cash (which looked to be common place with other food vendors in this food court area). First tried using my debit card, but was rejected by the terminal twice. So, I switched to my credit card and that worked fine. Food was actually pretty tasty. I had the Santa Fe Chicken wrap and a bag of chips. Pricing was reasonable for an airport. Speed of getting my food was also reasonable, although they weren't busy. they passed food over the counter for another airport worker which did delay making my order. when I did finally receive my order, I thanked the man, but he didn't even acknowledge me. Just handed my order to me. Definitely not the most customer service oriented team.
google avatar

Bruce K.

Yelp
The first thought that came to my mind was that Great Wraps is really just okay. Knowing that it was going to be a long night, I needed to get something in my stomach before my flight. So walking around the terminal, I decided to get this because it wasn't too much bread and it can fill me up. And to be honest, this one is going to be short. The way I ordered was very weird and different. While in line, there was a woman who worked on sandwiches and just yelled and asked what I wanted. I ordered a sandwich and then when I got to the cashier, that's how I paid. Really weird way of ordering, but I guess I'm not going to complain. The sandwich itself was uneventful. Sauce was kind of bland, the meat was as well. It filled me up, I guess that's about it? Overall it's an option, but not much to take it over the top.
google avatar

Paul G.

Yelp
Truth be told, I stopped here because I didn't have much time between flights, and this place had the shortest line. But I'm glad I tried this place. I ordered the gyro bowl on rice. It was a little heavy on the feta, but the meat was very tasty. I'd order it again, but I'd hold the feta. They also have a seasoning bar. I didn't use it because thankfully I didn't need it. And that's good because there isn't much space to be able use it anyhow. They don't give utensils, so be sure to grab them at the stand across from the restaurant.
google avatar

Jim G.

Yelp
Excellent food but slowest service in the airport. The only way it could be slower is if it closed. Needs fresh management pronto. Food preparation is not a priority...getting your $ is. After lengthy delay, the greek bowl was hot, fresh and tasty.
google avatar

Aimee B.

Yelp
This place is in the Delta terminal and needed a quick bite between flights that was portable since needed grab and go. The line was short so we picked this. I opted for the chicken Caesar salad and my friend a plain gyro. The food was reasonably priced and we were able to order, pay and get food very quickly. I opened my wrap and it was a pleasant surprise that the sandwich had warm chicken (my preference) and just the right amount of dressing on the mix as well. It tasted delicious and I was very happy that I had ordered the item. My friend said hers tasted great and was warm. She needed plain and it fit the bill for her. The staff was friendly and quick so will stop in when I am back in that terminal.
google avatar

Emily D.

Yelp
I travel a lot, and I don't expect anything from airport food, but Great Wraps proved me wrong! I had 15 minutes to grab food before boarding for another flight, so I had no time to sit at a restaurant/bar. Great Wraps looked decent and the staff promised it would only take 5 minutes, so I ordered a chicken wrap, with a few alterations, which they accommodated. For $9, I was surprised at the amount of food I was getting, but I was even more surprised when I realized how delicious everything was. I'm in the Atlanta airport often and intend to return soon.
google avatar

Gary W.

Yelp
Bad Customer Service. Rude employees. Food is not that great as well. Not worth the money spent.
google avatar

Katie G.

Yelp
Great experience! Happy to find a vegan option at the Atlanta airport and during COVID. The hummus falafel wrap is actually huge and my husband and I were able to split it. Was impressed by how tasty it was! Do give them about 10 minutes to make as they deep fry the falafel to order. Friendly staff who answered all my questions ensuring wrap was vegan

Tom A.

Yelp
People behind counter are beyond incompetent. Stood there talking to her visiting friend as customers waited. Out of most fountain drinks and asked if she could just fill it with water instead. Wanted to charge an extra $1. Avoid this place - lots of decent options in the food court.
google avatar

Brenda R.

Yelp
Perfect veggie wrap to order on my layover. They were fast at taking my order and preparing it. My only regrets is I didn't order 2. There was a lady making the wraps in this day was super happy and it just made my day to see someone be helpful to her customers and having conversations with them even though it's not a sit down restaurant. I wish I would have gotten her name.
google avatar

Bruce K.

Yelp
More like "Good Wraps", I was a little disappointed with my gyro wrap. It was quick enough as I sped my way from one side of the airport to the other, needing something quick and not wanting one of those sandwiches out of the coolers in the main concourses. A little on the messy side with the "Z sauce" (as they call it) sploshing out as I bit into the sandwich. Sorry about your carpet, Delta.
google avatar

Rachel S.

Yelp
The thing that I like about wraps is that all the ingredients can be eaten together rather than a sub where 1 bite has lettuce, 1 has meat, 1 has sauce etc. Ordered the falafel and hummus wrap. It was 6am so I was glad that they had it. I don't eat meat, eggs, or cheese) It was rewarmed in an oven so not that crispy, fresh or piping hot. Still a very tasty combination of flavors. Prices were very reasonable especially for the airport
google avatar

John W.

Yelp
At the Atlanta airport? Hoping to find something decent and at least somewhat healthy? So was I, my friend. So was I... Great Wraps might be a bit of an exaggeration. Good might be too. If we're being totally honest, we'll give this place a solid okay at 2.5 stars. Nice people working there but error prone. The person talking my order keyed in the wrong type of salad. Quickly corrected by another man who was putting the food together. All is well, right? Well, that second man forgot that the Chipotle Wrap came with more than just chicken, lettuce, and sauce. Lots of sauce.

Sam S.

Yelp
Bad food and low quality. Quantity of meat is shamefully low. Never a line here and now I know why.
google avatar

Steve K.

Yelp
This was...not good. Certainly not great. I had a southwest style bowl. Pretty sure the main ingredient was salt. In all honesty with the exception of some grilled mushrooms on top it basically tasted like a frozen dinner. I only finished about half of it. Other dish was a chicken wrap. Also just not very good. In pandemic season it's one of the few options in the Atlanta airport but I'd rather not opt for it again.
