Robert Smoley you are 100% right. They could care less about the law. The ethics department will do nothing for you except protect the realtor. We have experienced this disaster with them. It should be called the unethical department. We spent hours with them and were thrown under the bus. As a consumer we did not count one bit. We were just ran in circles. Would never call them again

The Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors is a fantastic place to take continuing education classes and a organization that offers support for the real estate industry and learn how to develop a solid relationship between realtors and clients ...fantastic organization to be a part of. I am very lucky to be a member.

Real estate is a challenging business, requiring a high ethical standards, stellar communication skills, and a big heap of manageability. The Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors is the best resource one could have for maintaining professional standards and training people in this career. Put this one in the category of undiscovered (or unacknowledged…) gems.

As a realtor, my experience with the Greater Association of Albuquerque Realtors has been nothing short of outstanding. They consistently provide top-notch support and resources, helping to elevate my practice and understanding of the real estate market. Their commitment to fostering a supportive community of dedicated professionals is truly commendable. The ongoing training opportunities, networking events, and access to up-to-date market data they provide are invaluable. Their efforts are not only benefiting individual realtors, but also shaping the real estate industry in Albuquerque for the better. I can unequivocally say that being a part of this association has been instrumental in the growth of my career.

*Three types of bias can be distinguished: information bias, selection bias, and confounding* My experience is full of information bias and selection bias and my experience was not good when I tried to resolve the issue today. The lady whom I worked with today was not interested in helping me one bit. The little she told me was "read your email," "I'm gonna hang up", "I sent you this email in a email" ( I never received an email until today) I even told her it felt personal and she had no interest in helping and all i wanted was someone to listen and help me resolve. I was curt but I didn't raise my voice but I wanted to state how I felt this whole process has been on going since October but she had no interest. She just didn't care about me or having me complete all the correct forms so we could be listed . Then the cherry on top was I received an email saying we were approved and funds had be taken. Did not receive any other forms or communication stating that i needed to proceed with another form or advised about any last thing that needed to be completed. Then when I called later in the afternoon to check to see when we might see our company listed. We were presented with another form that needed to be filled out. That gentleman (zach i think )was nice quick and informative but I can't get past the morning interaction. I don't think even after I fill out the website form that we will get listed. I personally have lived all over the country and came back to NM. Never thought I would experience bias coming back home to New Mexico . Sad...i always thought realtors and their organizations were the Gold standard of service and fairness.

Total losers in not following the law!!! They just go to work and play on Facebook and never enforce ANY real estate laws!!!! A total wasted department!!!!! Don't waste your time with documents NO one reads them!!!!

They hold a toastmasters group here, very interesting.

Very kind and helpful staff here. I recently got an RE license and am learning more about real estate. During the orientation call and pretty much whenever I ran into a problem that they might be able to help, I gave them a call...and all the staff were so kind to take their time to explain things to me and help me out where they could. The facility is also pretty nice..generally very pleasant and with many easy to park spots in front of the building, too.

Wonderful group of professionals! Kellie at the front office is outstanding! They have a beautiful office with a help yourself coffee bar and Internet cafe complete with lounge chairs, fireplace, and loaner laptops. I always love coming to their office!
