Greca Street

Absolutely disappointed for the amount that we paid on Fathers Day . Hardly any gyros on the platter but instead oversized meat patties and the smallest of dip to share ( never seen it this small before ) Calamari had no taste at all and very chewy Told them my father would not be eating, but still charged anyway ($75) . Salad was very nice and dips were nice and plenty .. Lady at the front counter very nice personality so that’s why I have given 1 star.

Great Greek restaurant with a great selection of food and drinks. You can have the usual Greek favourites or go for something a little special. We had the seafood platter which was amazing. A little too heavy on the fry but I would definitely go for it again.

Even though they were very busy, the food was delicious and came out quick! The staff were polite and attentive as well. The portions are generous for the price as an added bonus

Cannot speak more highly for Greca Street. Arguably one of the best Greek restaurants in Oakleigh. I have been here so many times and I keep coming back. And for good reason! Amazing quality of food, always consistent and never disappointing. Hence why I keep returning! I know I will get wonderful service from lovely staff and incredible authentic meals. I’ve also had their meat dishes which isn’t pictured but are absolute delicious! They have a lot of options on their menu and although I haven’t tried everything, I’m sure whatever you choose they will deliver a superb dish! If you're looking for an authentic Greek experience, you must make your way to Oakleigh, VIC. This vibrant area offers an incredible variety of Greek cuisine — but make no mistake, you absolutely cannot pass up a visit to Greca Street Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the most amazing owners and staff, who treated us not just like family — but like the favourite family members! We travelled from Sydney with a group of 45 people, and they accommodated us with such warmth, joy, and efficiency that it felt like a royal banquet. The service was outstanding — always delivered with smiles and a joyful attitude. Nothing was too hard, too much, or too complicated. And the food? Next level. Generous portions, phenomenal quality, and flavours that blew us away. Despite the restaurant being absolutely packed, everything came out fresh and perfect. We’re still talking about it this morning, and we’ve been flooded with messages after posting the food on social media — everyone wants to know where this place is, because we just don’t have anything like this in Sydney. We will be back. No question about it. If you’re heading to Melbourne, make sure Greca Street Restaurant is at the top of your list.

Food was great, service from the waiters felt they were stand offish and their vibe of service just wasnt there. They'd just come and put the food away without any contact or smile or anything. True for 1 or 2 of them, not judging them all but this was my experience. Food and setting was great though.

Saganaki, chicken skewers and chicken gyros were really good. Service was attentive with the staff clearing our tables. Obviously we dined in on a busy Saturday but it was wayy too noisey with other patrons and loud music, with staff struggling to take our orders as we had to basically shout. Our fault for booking inside. Interior is really classy but a bit cramped with all the tables and washroom were well maintained.

I went for lunch with a friend. Totally worth it. The food was tasty and we definitely over ate. Quantity is not too much but not too little either. Dishes are well priced. Good drinks options. It was clean and cute! Host was friendly and wise, knew when to not talk too much and when to provide input. Service was quick enough. We sat outdoors in the covered area and there was music playing and so, felt like a good vibe. Would visit again. Parking can be a pain but can park just opposite the street where there is a huge parking lot.
