Greedy Cow Burger

Stopped by Greedy Cow Burger in the S Terminal at SeaTac. They rely on two self-checkout stations but at the time of my visit, one was broken, creating a frustrating delay. The food took quite a while to come out, and for the price, the burger was nothing memorable. Typical overpriced airport food with a slow system that made it worse. 12 minute wait. They were really busy. Zero interaction with staff. Ordered at the kiosk. Ui of the kiosk leaves something to be desired as I had to start over several times. Or go back to figure out out. Burger is good but it’s $20 starting for the basic burger. This is a $9 burger else where, maybe 15 with fries and a drink. Had I known this was the only place open this late besides the bar I would have gone elsewhere.

Horrible burger. Bread was dry. There was a sprig of wilted lettuce and a very dry, luke warm beef patty. Awful. Fries were great. There aren’t many options for food here, but this was really bad

We ordered some french fries and onion rings, and well the food was decent, the wait for it was absolutely ridiculous. It's one thing if they're really busy and you have to wait for them to make your food, it's quite another if the food is ready and sitting in the pickup queue but customers can't reach it. Waiting 15 minutes while the food is ready is extremely frustrating! The woman who was working there was refilling ketchup and doing other random things instead of handing out food to customers who are waiting right in front of her.

I honestly didnt know what to expect, we were in an airport after all so $25 is reasonable for one good burger. The burger below tastes amazing only with added ketchup though, it feels as though the burger melts in your mouth, and unlike Queen down there I actually would “feed it to a stray animal.” The fries were bland and tasted pretty bad, when I was eating my burger I accidentally took a bite out of the tinfoil and oh boy! “That was better than the fries!” I exclaimed while pondering the $25 I spent, the flight was a 3 hour flight and I used the extravagant lavatory twice almost expecting that the plane would go down after what I did. But overall no stummy ache so 4 stars.

The menu board and ordering terminals show 2 breakfast burritos (plural) for $16.50 + tax. Only one burrito was in the order. The store manager said the board and the ordering terminal were wrong, take it or leave it and offered a refund. Incorrect advertisement and poor Customer service when the problem was reported. Unacceptable.

Went there today ordered at the self checkout had rested just one single Chocolate Shake, placed order and had two front counter people just hanging around doing nothing, waitied for almost 20mins and then the lady asked if we are waiting for something and I said the shake I just bought and they both say me order. Would not recommend here, 25 mins for a chocolate shake almost missing my flight ✈️

Lines for the kiosk and to pick up food were very confusing. The price is outrageous for one of the most sickening burgers one could ever eat. Perfect name for this place. They had the audacity to ask for a tip on the kiosk like they did anything. The food itself was pretty terrible and for a twenty dollar burger it had to be the worst expensive burger. Fries totally suck and the service was also pretty bad. If you are hungry than you would rather starve than go here.
