Wildly good smoothie. The women behind the corner knew exactly what to recommend to me and it was delicious. I cant wait to go again after my next yoga session… also, we’re those bamboo straws?! I’m telling you guys, next level. I got the Serenity. :)

Delicious! I've been passing by here for a year and hadn't stopped in for a meal. Yesterday was my first try with the jalapeno chicken and veggies. That was surprisingly, absolutely deeeeeelightful! Today I got 3 things. The Cobb salad, which is huge! I am going to have this leftover half for dinner. I put a piece of croissant in the box with the salad sho ignore that. I also purchased the Cajun chicken salad. I haven't tasted that yet but it looks promising. Lastly, I got this delicious chocolate chunk and cranberry pastry (a ships from the owner's own mother!). Do not sleep on this place!!! I'm eating healthier and actually enjoying it. 😂

Great healthy food options. All vegan. Friendly service. There is a wide assortment of smoothies, juices, grab and go meals, and snacks. Parking is a little tight. Simple decor, limited seating.

This is actually crazy level of flavor from raw ingredients don't get me wrong I love me some kale and well prepared potato but everything is so delicious it's astonishing how good the kale salad is like I genuinely wanna figure out the recipes 🤣🤣

The owner is from New Orleans. Im from Louisiana as well. I got the hero smoothie with protein/ fiber. Two soups turkey sausage gumbo type and turkey chill both diary and gluten free. Yummmmmy my first time here i downy 73$ to this will last be all day and I got two meals.

I had the silence... It didn't last long cuz I slurped it right up! 😋 There are a lot of healthy options here and all the juices are freshly made. You can have a quick chat about the ingredients and what they're good for because the owners are very knowledgeable.

I believe skincare is inside out which makes green fork and straw my go to for everything. They have the best service/customer service. Their food, juices, and smoothies are quality food with quality ingredients. I love clean eating and Blair and his family provide that here. You can tell they care about you by your overall experience. Blair and his family are amazing people and Blair is a hard worker. I met him and his wife at the beginning of green fork and straw and immediately loved them . I believe in their business, I believe in them and what they stand for and I believe in the vision that have for their business. I normally meal prep for the week but recently found myself in a pinch and wanted a couple of healthy pre-made meals so I popped over to Green Fork & Straw. Their online ordering system leaves a little to be desired and often doesn't list all of the meals that are available in store so I usually go in person to browse. The grab and go meals are simple, healthy and delicious. Could I make them at home and save some money? Sure, but it's nice to have the option not to! The store in clean and open with plenty of tables if you want to eat there and the service is always quick. Happy to have a place like this in Houston!

*FYI: They offer a Yelp check-in deal for 20% off your first juice or smoothie! This knocked off a full $5 from our order (2 smoothies). This is primarily a grab-and-go type of joint. They have a fridge full of prepared bowls, salads, large meal trays, quiche, etc.) but they also make smoothies on the spot. They also sell lots of snacks (expensive health food store type snacks). Their smoothies were delicious. I had the Beautiful and my fiancé had the Serenity. They were both really tasty. It's not exactly cheap but also not that different from similar establishments in the area. They have a shared parking lot, we had no issue grabbing a spot.

My mom and I stopped in after her chemo treatment and tried several of their items, each one was incredibly delicious! We also ordered some fresh juice and loved the flavors. We only come to Houston when we have appts at MD Anderson, this place will be a regular visit for us!

Delicious healthy pre-packs to go! I had a Buddha Bowl which was $14, pretty pricey for the size and without any protein but the quality and freshness really shines through. The green dressing (cilantro chutney per the label?) was so flavorful without being heavy or oily, yum! Loved the jalapeño hummus and grilled red onions~~ If you're looking for healthy, local, and convenience, this is your spot :D The store is set up with a fridge for grab-and-go packs, and there are baked goods near the cashier that I'll have to try next time! Lots of shelf stable snacks and goodies too. No seating area. Parking area is small but easy to find space. Workers are friendly too!

I LOVE this place! The food is healthy and delicious. There are lots of choices and the food is premade. DON'T let that fool you in to thinking that this isn't quality. IT IS. They have a wide variety of soups, salads, and smoothies. I've been here a lot of times and never had a bad meal.

I ordered delivery from them for a meeting. Great selection. They make it very easy to get a variety of items for diverse dietary restrictions/preferences.

I love the smoothies and food here. I visited after a recent surgery and it was exactly what I needed to feel rejuvenated. I got one of the green smoothies and it was perfectly blended.

I'm barely out of the parking lot and had to leave a review ! This is the best brownie I've ever had and their customer service is *chefs kiss* . The place is super clean and the owners are super sweet so you're definitely going to have a good day if you stop in here! I can't wait to pop in and try their other FRESH meals! Today I got the spaghetti squash and grilled chicken. They're Nola natives so I can assure you the TASTE is astounding on top of it being HEALTHY!

I've drove past this place many times in route to Trader Joe's and decided to pop in and try it out. The parking lot is fairly spacious but there is a ton of construction being done so it's easy to miss the turn in. Once inside they have food in the refrigerated section along with all of your fresh cravings. From smoothie bowls to pressed juice there was a lot to choose from but I went with the host recommendation, the serenity and it was pretty tasty. Overall a little pricey but it's probably due to the ingredients they use. I'll stop in again when I want something light.

Biden read the who was books to prepare for electoral electoral business. I recommend green fork and straw for their great food that is light but filling, a good place for lunch with a friend. 5 stars!

Delicious food and went above and beyond with service. I ordered food and was going to miss my window for delivery because of the rain and they brought me my food. I was home alone with my one year old so was very grateful.

I ordered Uber eats form this place I got the warrior smoothie the goodness smoothie and a strength smoothie bowl and the turkey and meatballs in marinara. I wasn't a big fan of the warrior smoothie tbh like it was cool I think it's just a lot of flavors going on at one time for me haha . Lots of good stuff in there though . Goodness smoothie was delicious . I had kinda been struggling with eating the past two days but I needed to eat something so I went for smoothies n what I thought was a hot meal ... the turkey balls you gotta warm up yourself lol idk if it said on the app or not but they come in a coke jar . They tasted delicious I'll warm it up for lunch later :) looking at the yelp it seems they have way more options in store than on Uber eats gonna have to check it out

Ok I walked in here with a craving for a chocolate chip cookie and perhaps a nut butter fruit smoothie of some sort. The challenge (always) is to find something gluten free & dairy free (food sensitivities)... beyond that to hope the remaining ingredients in my food are organic/local is a dream that usually only comes true when I'm in my own kitchen. Dairy free + gluten free friends, REJOICE! I found a spot in Houston! (@owner, please bring this to Austin... juiceland does not compare to this place) Smoothie: They were so kind and quick to allow me to make an omission and make a substitute and it STILL turned out delicious. Like a freakin' delicious blueberry muffin... EXHALE. Chocolate coconut cookies(?) they weren't too coconut-y and weren't dry at all. Soft and cinnamon-y without missing out on the natural sweetness factor. You'll still get a chocolate chip with every bite. Chocolate haystacks: I love how clean the ingredients are. Not too sweet. Definitely excited to take this box home and enjoy it when I'm not already stuffed with an epic smoothie and chocolate coconut cookies. Wonderfully kind and genuine service. Again, I just wish there was something like this in Austin! I'd love to try their food too... fingers crossed - hope y'all do well in Houston and bring this goodness to Austin!

Ordered delivery when I was sick with Covid. Got the chicken zoodle soup and one of the smoothies and were just what the doctor ordered. So nice to find a local homemade bone broth when you're sick. Both were delicious!

I was on a trip visiting family in Houston and decided to do a quick juice cleanse. Stopped by here for some juice and soup. Loved my experience here. Compared to many places I have tried, their juices are so delicious, I got thoughtful, compassion, love and inspiring. Their recipes are just right and have the right amount of everything to overcome the bitterness of some of the green juice, without it being overly sweet. Everything is organic which is amazing and the prices are very affordable. They use a high speed juicer so you would want to drink juice same day. I also got the curry chicken soup and it was one of the most delicious soups I have ever tasted!!! Very rich in flavor and super clean/ homemade quality with a very generous portion of protein. The owner was very nice, welcoming and accommodating to our request. There was so much more I wanted to try at this place but they close at 5pm I believe and my stay was not for too long in town but wish they had a branch in CA! 110% recommend this place.

Like this. The atmosphere inside is perfect. Outside, eh, due to the construction. The owner is wonderful and is so welcome, the entire staff shares the same energy. The food is reasonably priced and refreshing. Don't forget to try a smoothie, there are plenty of options to choose from. Certainly was worth the time! Waiting for the smoothie didn't take long and was on point. Love it! There's another one on Woodway Dr, and the atmosphere is just as great!

The coffee smoothies are so good- I have been trying to recreate them the last 2 months at home and have gotten pretty close but mine aren't quite as good. We tried several of the packaged foods and some grocery items. So far I've loved every purchase here (have been about 4 times the last 3 months). I appreciate their mission to offer health foods with a grab and go (fast food) convenience. My family member is receiving cancer treatment in Houston and this is just what she needs for convenience food.

Unreal! Best juice bar by far in Houston and rated #8 in US by Conde Naste. Amazing fresh and healthy juices and smoothies. Fresh cooked dinners to go. Salads. All organic and very thoughtful. Perfection.

Green smoothie bowl was very bland/watery and I didn't feel like the fruit on top was particularly fresh. Coffee was nothing special at all. I would give it a one star, but the cookie was really good.

Love Green Fork & Straw. Always excellent quality healthy food options that taste AMAZING! I have never ordered anything from here I didn't like. I've tried smoothies, salads, and vegan cheesecake from Green Fork & Straw all 10/10! Today I went in for something a different a hot caffeinated drink! I ordered a chai hot tea with banana, nut milk and other yummy things in it! Did not disappoint! Green Fork & Straw is 10/10 I'll be back to buy soup for the cold weather :)

This place always smells great! The owner is very nice man who is always willing to explain the menu and is willing to interchange menu Items. The price is a little steep but it's worth it. You can taste the fresh ingredients and see why people will always come back !

Family owned and operated. Freshest ingredients, high quality smoothies and jars of pre-made meals for dinner. We tried 2 different smoothies - a custom made cherry juice and a roasted pumpkin concoction- both delicious and substantial. The owners are super friendly and knowledgeable - if you have something specific in mind or maybe a specific ache or pain, they will accommodate you with a helpful remedy. Definitely will be back.

The owner of Green Fork & Straw is very friendly and helpful. I tried one of the smoothies and it was tasty and fresh. He added extra mango in it for me. Next time I want to try one of the coffee smoothies. While there, I also tried some of the vegan fudge. It was pretty good for vegan fudge.

Awesome spot in Houston! Was wondering what this place actually was for weeks and yesterday I checked it out. So happy that I did. Blair is wonderful and the offerings are unique, clean, healthy and delicious. This will be a go to spot for me.

I had a Creativity juice which was super smooth and a little spicy from the cayenne powder. Very good! Cashew Herb Nori Crackers... it tastes like a Tiger Eye sushi roll, so full-bodied and full of flavor while still being vegan. Totally my favorite of everything! Raw Carrot Cake- smooth and similar to a carrot cake. The carrots are shredded fine and raw so it still has a little chew to it, really delicious! (I don't have a photo of the first two because they were so good and I ate them) Chocolate covered walnut- a big ole walnut covered in chocolate and coconut shreds. Delightful Carob Cubes- If you like date or raisin based food then you will enjoy this. Like others have mentioned, the owner was very nice to us and whipped up the juice and smoothie really quickly for being made on the spot.

Came here looking for a smoothie bowl and was pleasantly surprised that they ALSO have a ton of gluten free food, including muffins (one of the things I miss most since having to go gluten free). The smoothie bowl was delicious and fresh, and the morning muffin was tasty, moist, and held together (a difficult thing with gluten free pastries). Only thing that could make the muffin better would be raisins... but that's just my preference in a morning muffin :) Really cute little shop that is run by a sweet husband-wife team and they make everything there. They had tons of food options I want to go back and try, especially the jars of soup! I hope they open up more locations.

Really surprised how amazing the food is here. I always drove by it, but I just figured it was a another MyFit Foods kind of place. But since I've tried a few items like their juices, soups and salads, I am so glad I finally ventured in. You can really taste the quality ingredients that go into these meals. Anyway, I highly recommend for to-go healthy meals.

Wonderful place! Stopped by with husband and toddler for some healthy smoothies. Got our little one a smoothie from their kids menu of smoothie. We also grabbed two protein power bowl for a quick lunch. They also have a variety of salads to choose from. We will be back!

We enjoyed the Chicken Coconut Curry soup for lunch. It was delicious! I had to buy one of their delicious cookies too. We tried it the last time we ate here and now I am hooked on them.

Blair & company produce excellent food/drink, tasty and healthy. I'm particularly a fan of GF&S soups, which have all been perfectly seasoned... not too much, not too little. The delivery is such a welcome option when you can't get to the store or don't feel safe yet doing so. Each time the delivery person has worn a mask and left the food where instructed, notifying me by text when it's arrived. I cannot give a higher recommendation. This level of quality and conscientiousness is worthy of our support. 5*****

I found this place because I'm always looking for a new place to try for the foodies in my family. Accidentally (thank you universe) I came across the best looking cookies that made me drag hubby there. This place is more than cookies, in fact they're known for their healthy inventory of smoothies and sauces. I ended up buying my under two guy a delicious kid smoothie. He loved it so much and slurped it down in a few minutes. I was beyond happy for what I went for, my cookies. There wasn't a name for them so I will refer to them as "OMG So Good Cookies". Thankfully I don't live close by, because I could easily eat one (or two) each day!

So insanely good. Highly recommend the avocado toast, vegan fudge, grilled chicken salad and tomato soup! The Love juice is awesome, too.

I got the "goodness" smoothie today. Yummy, healthy goodness. This shop is more than just smoothies and juices. They cater full meals. They have juicing plans, soups, full meals, cookies, muffins, breakfast egg popovers, and other healthy items. Check them out. I'll be back.

WOW! Who loves outstanding customer service!?!? This place is awesome! I was looking for a great juice company to do my first cleanse and everywhere I looked was a disappointment. Until I found this place. I was greeted by the owner who runs the front desk. He was super knowledgeable and made great recommendations. All the juices are MADE TO ORDER to maximize the juice benefits. They do have premise food options. And can deliver the juices since they do not make the juices until the day of! It's family run and I love to support small business. Especially when it's so so so much better than anything around.

I had the pleasure of going to Green Fork & Straw when I was visiting Houston. The service was incredible and you can tell everyone who works there has a passion for it! I just wish I could go to Green Fork & Straw for the "LOL" smoothie everyday! So tasty and was the perfect amount of coffee I needed to start my day. Not to mention the fact that it's 10 times healthier than the iced coffee I drink every morning! If you are in Houston and don't stop by Green Fork & Straw then you are definitely doing it wrong!

Amazing! I stopped in this morning on a whim because I needed something vitalizing on my way to work. Found Green Fork on DoorDash so I placed an order for pick up! That worked out great, my Life Bowl was ready when I arrived. What's even more amazing was the selection of grab and go items. So of course, I picked up a salad for my lunch later, couldn't resist. I chose the Super Kale Salad and this house made basil-lime dressing is giving me LIFE!!! So happy I found this spot! Fresh ingredients and amazing flavor combos. I'll def have to visit again to try more things! Oh and the owner was super friendly and nice! Customer service was icing on the cake! No pics because I dug in both times and couldn't stop, but next time I'll add!

This food feels good to eat. We bought a healing chicken turmeric soup, a salad, a fresh pressed juice, and a frittata. All were better tasting than we could make at home and used high quality organic ingredients, unlike restaurant meals.

Absolutely love this place! They actually care about what you need in your body and know exactly how to help you. I love going in here when I know I want a "healthy lunch" but don't know what to get. I explain how I'm feeling so they base my order off that. It's amazing! Nowhere else cares like they do - and everything is DELICIOUS!!!! So fresh.

Super friendly smoothie shop with lots to choose from. Very flexible on custom building and not very expensive for what you get, which is high quality fruits and other ingredients. Lots of great protein to choose from as well. I'd recommend for sure.

I stopped here on a whim because I was going somewhere nearby and it was open. I grabbed a Kombucha shot, Yerba Mate drink and one of their High Protein Power Bowls with turkey, sausage, brown rice, onions, jalapeño and lots of spices - it was very delicious! If I wasn't from out of town, I'd be going here all of the time. Very friendly service too.
