My sales person Adam was amazing. I was looking for a good priced used vehicle and found my 2019 Nissan Altima here. It works amazingly and for the month that I’ve had it, and had it serviced, there are no major issues whatsoever and they even gave me new wheels as well. I called in saying I wanted a walk in walk out purchase and was able to do just that. 10/10 location, they treat their used cars with care. Thank you again Adam for being a great salesperson.

Green Ride was very professional all throughout my recent purchase. After expressing interest in my 2017 Subaru Forester, I was able to test drive it for no cost, and to take it to my mechanic ~6 miles away, I put down a $500 refundable deposit, which was immediately returned to me after I returned the car same day. (This deposit could have been put towards my down payment as well, but I did not do that.) My few concerns (battery tie down, replaced door, coolant levels) were all addressed and remedied immediately after I returned. Adam was very communicative (call and text) throughout the purchasing process, and answered all answers quickly. He also was open to negotiating the price to fit my budget more comfortably. Using third-party financing was a breeze, and I was not pressured to finance through Green Ride, though that was an option. I received my title five days after payment was received in full. All in all, a very smooth and quick process, and easy to work with all around. Thanks Adam & Green Ride!

I had a great experience with Green Ride. They specialize in reclaimed titles, typically from hail damage or low level flooding, so you have to be discerning about what you get, but they are completely open, transparent, and honest about what they know on any vehicle and don't make any false claims or promises. Beck in particular is very easy to work with and was incredibly helpful. I traded in a 2002 Saturn that I've had for over a decade and put a lot of miles on, and picked up a cute little Chevy Spark with 70k miles on it. It had some obvious hail damage on the exterior and that seemed about the only issue with it. I've been road tripping in it for a week now and it's performing perfectly fine. Exactly what I needed for a fantastic price.

First review is behaving like an entitled child. The company is good, the cars are a mixed variety of what some people may or may not like and if you don't like that, why are you going to buy a used car? I went in, got a 04' lexus a while back and not only was it in great condition and ran lovely, but the owner and workers respond quick to any concerns I had and were very friendly while I was waiting. It's not fair one old review leaves them with one star, go check them out, find a good car at a good price if you're poor like me and don't want to buy a used car that might break in a month or two. I went there looking for a car that would only last me until I could save more money and left with a car that will probably last into a few years.

I purchased a 2011 Mini Cooper with only 22,600 miles from Green Ride Inc. They gave me a great price on the car and they allowed me to personally drive it to the Mini Cooper of Nashville dealership in Brentwood, Tennessee to completely check it over. The dealership assured me that the car was completely as Green Ride had told me and it was very fairly priced. Their Inspection took well over 2 hours. When I returned to Green Ride almost 3 hours later... I purchased the car and they supplied a 30-day tag so I was able to drive the car home with me that evening. All of the employees at Green Ride Inc were extremely polite and patient with me. I would not hesitate from buying another vehicle from Green Ride at all. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great deal on a used car in Nashville Tennessee.

Called this place to charge a battery for a car I've been wanting to test drive, they said they'd call me back when it's ready. Never called and decided to take a deposit from someone else

On 1/13/2015 I purchased a 2004 350z from Green Ride Inc. Prior to my purchase I read customer reviews from Car Guru. Some reviews were good and others were bad. Customer reviews are very important to me and I generally will not purchase anything with majority bad reviews. I read the reviews and told myself that everyones experience is different and that I should give them a try. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. After having a mechanic check the basics of the car, I made the purchase. Realizing that the car was loud I found out that the muffler had been removed. PRIOR TO GIVING THEM PAYMENT, the manager at Green Ride agreed to pay for the muffler, then days later, AFTER THE CHECK WAS CASHED, they told me that they would not pay to have the muffler installed. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH NO INTEGRITY. THEY ARE LIARS SO BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO.
