Great experience here! The door guy actually knows what things are available and what things are not which is amazing. Walk-in and they immediately help you and check you out the whole store looks cool and well lit.

I visited Green Rose Dispensary recently and thought the environment was solid — clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly. However, I wasn’t too impressed with the product quality. I ended up checking out the Cookies store afterward and found their selection and overall product quality to be noticeably better. Green Rose has potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to the product itself.

Anthony aka “Tony” is THE coolest most DOWN to earth GM I’ve met. With an understanding heart he helped me resolve an issue that had me drive a bit of a hike to get here. These guys are great at the wells location. I definitely recommend stopping by. Any issue you have is easily and happily worked out. Great products especially if you vape. Big thumbs up Chi Town.

Quinn was nice and had a cool mustache. Prices are great, bought a few good items for less than $100. Very nice staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I had a horrible experience at Green Rose Dispensary. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and they offered no deals on pre-rolls at all. Prices were way higher compared to other dispensaries in the area, which was already disappointing. To make things worse, two of the three pre-rolls I purchased didn’t even work—it wouldn’t pull any smoke and just burned out. For the money I spent, I expected much better quality and service. Definitely won’t be coming back and I suggest never visiting this place. You will be severely disappointed!!!

Awesome buying experience, friendly staff, solid discounts (including for medical card holders), and great design / layout. Nice accessory options too, including Rollin’ Rosa which are legit. No complaints!

Great dispensary with a lot of product offerings. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is really cute inside. There happened to be some good sales when we visited which was a plus.

Probably the most lovely dispensary you walk in to. The folks here made us feel incredibly welcomed, gave us some Chicago tips, and we wish we could see them again. Miriam was a big help to all of us, and really knew her stuff - greatly appreciate talking to her and getting to know her! The selection here was huge, and they have different value/sale days. Overall, the business was just really cool to look at and incredibly well kept. While I didn't purchase anything and dont have any recommendations on product, it was really cool to see and I enjoyed meeting all the staff here.

Green Rose is my favorite dispensary in Chicago. Most dispensaries do amazing with knowledgeable associates and easy ordering, and Green Rose elevates the shopping experience. Very simple and well organized, parking allows me to jump in and out of the store. Love the rose esthetic and great selection of products. They threw a 4/20 outdoor sheesh and thought that was incredible. Good 4/20 sale with a place to hang with tables, lounge area and free soft drinks. And a few vendors. I love that so much, we need places for cannabis consumption. Even if for a day. Happy they opened the new location, more please:)

Completely oblivious customer service from manager. I came in with valid legal proof Im a Illinois resident which includes any of the documents below (listed in official Illinois website as valid proof of residency) and manager refused to adhere to law and do her research, gave me an attitude and stated "will sell to someone with Illinois ID". A proof of identification and a copy of a tax return and leasing are legal proofs of residency according to Cannabis law of Illinois. Awful display of ignorance, does not listen and refuse to acknowledge law. Will definitely never come back and do not recommend doing business here. Minutes later I stopped by a different dispensary and had my order filled in full.

I really appreciate the quality of service that Matt, Mariam, and Dani all provided! It was my first time visiting and the staff were friendly and very willing to help me make the selections that I wanted. Facility is clean and organized.

Such a beautiful and heartwarming dispensary! The staff was so kind and attentive. I didn't catch her name but the girl that helped us was so sweet and our conversation was so nice. She made sure we were taken care of. The stiiizys were BOGO! Amazing deal honestly. They take cash or card and they have an two ATM's. Thank you for the amazing deals and amazing service. -They also have bathrooms!

My favorite dispensary in river north! The prices are much better and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They also have a parking lot which is super convenient, and usually no line when I've gone in. With some of the other dispensaries in the area it's much harder to walk in without an order and I've never had an issue since I discovered Green Rose! They often have deals for different brands- I got a free cart the other day! And for your first time, when you sign up for their rewards program, they offer a nice discount as well! Definitely recommend checking it out :)

Came here in need of some super stink. Told the guy I needed fresh weed. Sold me old weed. I said I wanted the best and he literally gave me the budget weed. Dude also said only Indicas have a strong stinky smell. Dude literally had no idea what he was talking about. Just offed me 7g grams of basic popcorn nugs for 100 bucks. Called back and found out that's why they don't show you the buds beforehand and told me to go to Michigan. These guys look cool but watch out

Bought several items there and all of them expired within 30 days from my purchase date .. didn't notice it till too late. Shame on them

This place is great. The people working here are wonderful and make the experience. Special shoutout to Lily for helping me find exactly what I wanted and being super pleasant to chat with. Will def stop in whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

First time in Chicago and purchasing from a dispensary and overall fantastic experience! Was greeted at the door by a friendly host who directed me forward after a simple Id check where I was greeted by a personal bud tender who guided me through my choices and was helpful with decisions on edibles selections aswell as Stiiizy. When I was checking out Mariam at the counter advised me that the ones I selected where bogo so she helped with that and was overall super friendly and the place felt inviting and I couldn't have asked for more, prices were reasonable outside the tax which I find ridiculous. Highly recommend if you're a medical user outside of state and traveling in to definitely get a temp card here as you wouldn't pay any taxes but overall 10/10 experience next time I'm in Chicago I'll go out of my way to visit green rose based on selection, price and overall satisfaction from service.

This place is a joke after you place you order and they take your money then they asked you if you are registered under the new state law that is $399 to register? don't you think this is the first thing they should ask you before you place an order not after the fact I will never purchase anything from here. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from this bs place I'll give 1 million thumbs down. shame on you for doing this to you're customers.

i came the other day and they was nice to me starting from the front desk, also it was very easy to order the flowers, it was fast and also a lil bit cheaper than the other dispensaries around. I'll definitely come back again when i come back to the city.

We stopped by Green Rose after checking into our hotel solely based on it's hours, the other dispensary's nearby had just closed at 9pm so we were happy to see Green Rose stayed open until 10. The staff was helpful and walked us through how to order. We had stopped by another dispensary in the area two days later, and I've got to say I liked Green Rose best. It's best feature was the ability to place the order yourself. These dispensary's have SO many options which can be overwhelming and I like how at Green Rose, they had tablets around for you to search their entire database, allowing you to compare your options and pricing. At the second dispensary we went to, they had staff members controlling the tablet, which I did not like. Green Rose had lots of options, lots of sales, and the staff was super knowledgeable and were there to help. I asked about a first time buyer discount, and they said we would get 15% off if we created an account, so we did! There was no lines, and no wait. As soon as we placed our order, we walked up to the check out counter, and were on our marry way. I will definitely go back to Green Rose next time I'm in the city!

I love this dispensary and have been a marijuana customer in IL since the day it was legalized. Laura at Green Rose always provides the best customer experience and makes the whole process easy and enjoyable!

Was in the city for a light vacation! And decided to stop in and learn more about this top rated dispensary, they had it ALL, From shirts to disposable pens, best flower and constant new flower rotations in and out. I worked with Sonny on my second time back in. This guy was knowledgeable and approachable as well as the fella and young lady behind the counter all moving at god speed to help me out! This is one where you walk in and they all greet with smiles and ready to answer questions!

The staff here has been very helpful in finding the right products for my sleep issues. They're patient, kind, and accommodating.

Location. Staff. Product selection. As far as a River North dispo this one is the best I've visited. No rushing and they have parking!

Quick, friendly, and best prices. The parking lot is super clutch and convenient for a quick pick up.

I'm not one to go around leaving bad reviews but do not go here. The manager is not kind and unhelpful. They will tow your vehicle if it is not out of the parking lot within 15 minutes even if you are a customer. For the specific time I am referring to the manger said they checked the cameras, but if they had, they would know we tried to come to the business and while the gate was unlocked for parking, they were not open. Wanting to give them some time to get things up and running, we walked around for 20 minutes only to come back and find our car gone. There is no signage stating that you can only park there for 15 minutes. Had there been one, we definitely wouldn't have parked there. Even the signage for the tow company was incorrect, specially regarding fees. The manager specifically couldn't have been more rude and less helpful.

First of all the place was beautiful. The free parking was a great aspect as well - easy in and out. Everyone that works there was so nice and helpful. Benji helped check me out with a smile. I will definitely be a regular.
