Options range from the Loosey Goosey salad with arugula, lentils, pickled enokis, candied pecans, gooseberries, and goat cheese mousse to the K-Leo bowl featuring quinoa kale, almonds, broccoli, and more in apple-balsamic vinaigrette; vibrant as is, they can all be customized with a surprising array of add-ins." - Rebecca Treon

Google
An absolute must-visit for fresh, flavorful, and creative salads! I had the an amazing salad, and the goat cheese mousse took it to the next level—light, creamy, and packed with flavor. Every ingredient was incredibly fresh, perfectly balanced, and thoughtfully put together. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the space had a bright, welcoming vibe. Whether you’re looking for a quick, healthy bite or something truly satisfying, this place delivers. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Google
There menu is pretty decent with a handful of acai bowl options, salad options, soups, bowls, and they’ve got extra & add ons. Not a huge menu, but enough options to not overwhelm you. I got their Lemon Acai Bowl for $13 which I wasn’t expecting much portion wise as I just wanted something refreshing, but the portion was really really good. Staff are quite friendly as well. The lady that prepared my acai bowl and gave it to me complimented my shirt!

Google
Ordered the Kale Yeah Mother Brussel salad and added chicken - I was so pleasantly surprised by all the flavor and the large portion size! The ingredients are so fresh and I really enjoyed my salad. Portion was so large I ended up with two meals🤩

Google
Located inside the Denver Central Market. I ordered the Small Vegan Yellow Curry. A very generous portion of curry and rice, served quick and very tasty! For about $10 after tax and tip, awesome!! Highly recommend!!

Google
This place is incredible! Love that they offer vegan/plant based options and I hope they continue to do so! Their rice and noodle bowls are incredible. They have a vegan sunrise bowl that is SO delicious for even non-veg folks! There is also a plant based protein smoothie add-in. Would recommend and will be back. Only flaw (not related to this business, ) is that the music inside denver central market can be a bit too much. When i visited, it was a crazy volume and genre choice to play on a sunday afternoon. Bit of a vibe kill in there, BUT the food was incredible so 5 stars

Google
This is the best smoothie bowl and smoothie place in all of Denver. I lived here for years and years and years and was so sad that I only found out about this place after I stopped living here it is the greatest smoothie bowl in all of Denver, Joey, who works there was so kind and helpful, and it was really busy and he reached out to help me order to make the line move faster every employee was very kind. I highly recommend this place.

Google
A great market with lots of options for vegetarians like myself. I had an açaí bowl and while I waited for my order I kept regretting not getting a salad, oh my! the salads looks so good! I love the variety of choices and the colorful design definitely caught my attention. Everything is clean and fresh in the shop.

Google
I found this place about a week ago and have already been back 3-4 times!! The Miso Ginger is probably top 3 salads I’ve ever had; it’s what I order every time! 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣 I add candied pecans, mushrooms, tomatoes and croutons to take it over the edge. I’ve had the Hot Tropic smoothie which is really good but the coconut topping gets stuck in the straw so I usually order it without. The PB&J(ordered with no whey & no yogurt) doesn’t have enough PB for me, the strawberry is more prominent. And I made my own cocoa nibs, banana & peanut butter smoothie, it was delicious. The staff is always friendly and there’s never a long wait time. Great concept and great service. 10 out of 10!

Yelp
Sometimes you have to have a big salad. When those cravings strike, I love Green Seed in Denver Central Market. The servings are generous. The ingredients are fresh. Staff are friendly, and also happy to make adjustments so I can enjoy a vegetarian version of some of their recipes. The food is ready super fast, and if you're eating in the market, you can enjoy your meal in a reusable bowl with a metal fork. I love the Kale Yeah Mother Brussel, and like to sub the bacon out for a hard-boiled egg. I've also enjoyed the Peanut Butter Soba Time with a fried egg on it. I think prices are reasonable.

Yelp
Prices are extremely reasonable $13 for chilled soba dish considering how much ingredients they put into a dish! I was sooo happily surprised when they topped off my takeout bowl with a whole half of an avocado. It's so generous! There is definitely a type of peanut sauce to their dipping sauce so be aware if you have allergy sensitivities.

Yelp
My go at a smoothie place is always a PBJ and WOW this one was amazing. The ingredients were SO fresh and delicious. The area was clean and the service was quick. I think the average price for a smoothie was about $10-$12 which is kinda pricey, but I had to try it and it was worth it!
google avatar

Sara C.

Yelp
Solid breakfast bowl if you're in the DCM. The mushrooms in the bowl were so tasty. The cashier told me it would take 8-10 minutes to make, and it probably took 6 minutes at most. I plan to come back and try a smoothie, because they look so tasty.

Yelp
Ordered the green machine, which was served probably in a ~12oz plastic cup. On one hand it was delicious. On the other, it did hurt a bit spending roughly $14 including tip on what felt like a relatively small serving. They did include a lot of great ingredients, so I don't feel like it was money wasted, but I would've loved to have a little more. Service was good - it was basically just ordering at a smoothie bar experience, so not too much interaction to judge off of.

Yelp
This smoothie/açaí bowl/salad spot is tucked away at the central market. The service was pretty quick and even with a line, my acai bowl was ready within five minutes. For $12, the acai bowl is average size and very fresh-tasting with lots of toppings. They have a few different options for smoothie bowls. I really enjoyed the BAB bowl that came with fresh fruit, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Overall this is a great healthy spot at the market for a lighter meal!

Yelp
There are so many things that I want to try on the menu but I just can't stop ordering the vegan curry!! All of the salads and smoothies sound delicious too. But this vegan curry is so good that I keep getting it over and over again

Yelp
We stopped into the Denver Central market and could not decide which of the yummy vendors to try. Of course, we had to try multiple places and share them all. decided to have the green goddess salad with shrimp, and vegan yellow curry soup (add chicken, haha) Omg, they were both so good. The shrimp, although I wish there were more were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The avocados in the salad were plentiful, and the dressing was flavored very well. The however, was the vegan yellow curry soup. It was the perfect thickness and pairing for a salad, and when the chicken was added for us at created an explosion of flavors and textures that could not be beat. I basically picked up the soup and drank it. So yummy. The overall atmosphere of the market was very busy for this Sunday morning, and we were delighted to have found seating. The line at green goddess was not terribly long, nor did it take a long time to get our food which was great because we were starving. The place offers a water station with fresh glasses and silverware and there was no line for the bathroom. Great sign. Can't wait to come back and try more food from different places thank you !

Yelp
I have tried both the loosey goose and the peanut soba salads, and to me, the flavors dont seem too aligned or a little bit funky. For peanut soba, it comes with a sour apple, and that almost ruined the whole salad. I did like the goat cheese mousse on the loosey goose. I like the freshness and vegan options here, serving size, and I am going to try other things on their menu like the curry or an acai bowl.

Yelp
Got the kale yeah Brussels sprout salad here the other day and it was the perfect thing when your body is just begging you to eat a vegetable.

Yelp
Apartment hunting led me to this place. Came here a day before just to see what's around and saw Green Seed. Looks healthy, sounds good, okay I'll come back tomorrow. They have a lot of varieties to choose from depending on your mood. I needed something more filling than a smoothie, so I got the Medi bowl. Luckily they weren't that busy compared to the day before. It took about 10 mins before they called my name and the bowl looked delicious. They give you a really good sized portion, maybe too much for me, but definitely will fill anyone up. The bowl was full of flavor! The pesto, the feta, the mushroom, and then the farro - my favorite part! I added the fried egg for protein, but I don't think I needed it. It was very flavorful and I couldn't taste the egg at all, but if you want protein why not. Will definitely come back when I move here!

Yelp
I was introduced to Green Seed market from a previous Yelp event and definitely had to go back! ESPECIALLY when I saw that they now have bacon fried rice. Green Seed is within the Denver Central Market which is a great place to meet up with friends or get some work done. They have awesome healthy options that are packed full of flavor. They also make it easy to order online and pick up if you aren't up for waiting or are not planning on eating in-house. As I mentioned, I had to order the bacon fried rice (BFR) this time around and I added avocado to it for even more flavor. There was an huge fried egg on top that was large enough to get a piece in most bites. The BFR ended up being two meals for me and it was dynamite. My partner ordered the same thing and his disappeared quiiiite quickly. Looking forward to hitting Green Seed market again to try some of their other delicious looking meals (looking at the yellow curry and acai bowls!)

Yelp
Very delicious food with very large portions so worth the price!! I had the house soup with jasmine rice and the noodles. Friendly staff and ready fast!

Yelp
One of my go-to restaurants at Denver Central Market. Whether I'm craving a salad, smoothie, bowl, or soup, Green Seed Market uses fresh, high-quality ingredients and provides a sizable portion for all their menu items. The first thing I ever tried was their Bacon Fried Rice. So good!! I mentioned this in a previous review, but it's also fantastic as leftovers. Their Green Goddess Salad is my next favorite dish. My mouth is watering just thinking about the Grilled Blackened Shrimp and Charred Spring Garlic Herb Dressing. It's really the level of flavor and amount of seasoning they use. Will try smoothies and acai bowls in the future. And of course their staff deserves a mention because they're always quick and friendly!

Yelp
When I'm cooking for myself efficiency is usually more important than taste. Whenever I'm in a rush, instead of making a fancy salad, I'll just eat spinach straight out of the bag. If I need a little extra flavor I can just pour some salad dressing into a cup and sip when needed. Luckily, I wasn't cooking for myself on this particular day. I got a delicious salad from here. This place made me reconsider my cooking mentality.

Yelp
The culinary experience at the establishment merits a perfect score of 10/10, showcasing the epitome of food quality synonymous with Denver's health-conscious culinary scene. However, the pricing reflects the premium nature of health-centric offerings in the area.Regrettably, the service encountered during my visit at noon today was subpar and disappointing. Despite my polite inquiries about smoothie and bowl options, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude from the employee. Following the placement of my order, I observed the employee engaging in unprofessional behavior by discussing me with a colleague and purposefully delaying my service, despite my order being placed promptly at 11:58.Moreover, while the establishment was adequately staffed for a busy Sunday, the inexplicable delay in fulfilling a seemingly straightforward order suggests an intentional disregard for customer satisfaction. It was evident that my order was intentionally set aside, leading to an unjustified delay in its preparation and delivery.Despite these setbacks, I have proactively reached out to management to ensure that my feedback is heard, providing detailed descriptions of the employee in question. While I understand the challenges of the customer service industry, there is no justification for rudeness towards a courteous patron seeking information and service.

Yelp
I have not been eating the best lately and I figured I needed to get back on track so as I am running low on smoothie ingredients I had an Açaí bowl delivered from Green Seed. It was pretty good, good ingredients, I liked that they top with banana, strawberry, and peanut butter (the 3 best smoothie toppers if you ask me) flavor was good, tasted clean and healthy. I will say I didn't care for the cacao nibs personally but that's more of a personal preference and I could have ordered them without and now that I know I probably will. Will definitely try some of their other healthy options.

Yelp
After touring around Denver and eating out a lot, the body will naturally start craving for vegetables and lighter food. Located in Central Market, this place was perfect. I ordered the Miso Ginger, and this bowl was put together well, with a tasty dressing and the cauliflower and tofu was really good. Definitely hit the spot, in terms of flavor and health.

Yelp
It's snowing today, did a self-imposed "Meatless Tuesday" really sound that good? Well, YES! I'm sooooooo glad I went and picked up my order at Green Seed Market!! First of all, it was COVID, and with snow, the Central Market had very light traffic and was super easy to navigate. I found Green Seed Market right after easily getting a street parking spot. The order-ahead process was hassle free. I got the "Kale Yeah Mother Brussel" salad. Loved that shaved brussels and kale leaves give my teeth a workout, haha. And guess what? It wasn't "Meatless Tuesday" after all, as I lovingly found bacon bits throughout the salad, YES! And YUM! Along with the Gorgonzola crumbles and Golden Raisins (something I normally would not think to add to a salad), it created a very tasty bed of veggies (and cherry tomatoes). The roasted almonds also made for a lot of crunch. Finally, the White Apple Balsamic Vinaigrette drizzled "healthy" all over this meal! I also tried a juice shooter - the "Hangover Cure 2.0" (Apple, Cucumber, Celery, Kale, Ginger, Lemon). It gave me so much energy after dinner I swear I could squeeze in a late-night workout sesh! Hubby was there and had to order a pizza from the next stall. I won at the end because my salad tasted better than his pizza (and it was good pizza). Ha!
google avatar

Trish L.

Yelp
Stopped by on a Monday for lunch and was not disappointed. There were only a few people in line ahead of me and the line moved quickly. The staff was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked up. I had the kale and brussel sprout salad with added tofu. I ordered the salad to eat there and it came out in a massive bowl. This was the perfect amount for a filling salad. The flavors were perfect. There were salty and sweet bites, crunch, and just the right amount of dressing. Seating in the market was tough to find, but I think this is expected for lunch hour. When we did find a spot, the table was clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Yelp
Bomb ass green goddess salad with perfect balance of all flavors working together for a great price.
google avatar

Jasmine N.

Yelp
Decent salads! I think the pricing is pretty fair and the service was very quick. Friendly staff too :)

Alicia E.

Yelp
Okay I've always loved green seed, I used to order it all the time but guys, if I'm spending $20 on a bowl with chicken It has to be more than a sad bowl of kale with 4 pieces of chicken and what seems like scrapings of kale. Portion sizes were justiciable, now I don't know what I'm paying for.
google avatar

Marianne R.

Yelp
Excellent salad and customer service. Salad was so refreshing and abundant. We ordered the Kale Yeah and wish we were hungrier so we could have ordered more.
google avatar

Ronda A.

Yelp
A good salad is undefeated and if you're looking for a great salad place, you've got to give this place a try! I tried the Kale Yeah Mother Brussel (added blue cheese) and it was absolutely AMAZING. They're located in the Denver Central Market and have an amazing menu of salads, soups, bowls, smoothies and açaí bowls. If you can't find what you want, they allow you to build your own and are super flexible. Looking forward to going back and trying other menu items! - @rondaexplores

Yelp
I ate here a few years ago, but I went tonight and they gave me a look like I was annoying them to be there. I just can't deal with that so I left. Two stars because the food was decent when I went before but terrible service.
google avatar

Mike T.

Yelp
Wanted to have something healthy for lunch so I decided to stop by here. Parking is hard to find as it is still in the city. I managed to find a spot on the street a couple corners away. This restaurant is a booth located inside the Denver Central Market. There was limited seating outside of the market. I decided to take my salad to go. I went with the Kale salad and loved it. The kale was cut into small strips and was tender making it easy to eat. The Gorgonzola added a nice tang while the apples and golden raisins balanced it out with a little sweetness. Altogether it was an amazing salad. I would definitely get it again if I'm ever back in Denver.
google avatar

Marv B.

Yelp
My, oh, my. This week, I had a chance to eat deliciousness. I ordered a Kale Yeah Mother Brussel , with chicken added. At first, I thought it was small ,but the salad was more than filling. That salad rates with one of the best salads, I have ever had. The food was fresh and the flavors blended well. The white apple balsamic vingerette, was a definite 12. The salad came with a detox drink, I was able to taste every flavor that was in the drink, I will definitely be back for more. I ordered pick up, it was ready when I arrived. Staff was practicing social distancing. The store is organized with great detail. And they have a full array of fresh foods and foods that are hard to find in their market. If you are ever in the area, please stop by. Their is outside sitting that is spacious and cozy and allows a chance to people watch.
google avatar

James C.

Yelp
Perfect place to replace my morning smoothie while at a convention. Friendly and accommodating.
google avatar

Elise R.

Yelp
I've been to this place a few times, and I've never been too impressed with it. To me it's a little pricey for what you get. Also, the most recent time I visited I ordered a bowl and it was so spicy it was almost inedible. This bowl was not one that was advertised to have anything spicy in it, so this was weird to me. The staff is also very passive and unhelpful. I definitely won't be getting food from this place again.
google avatar

Kaitlyn S.

Yelp
I am absolutely obsessed with this places salads!!!! I get the one with grilled shrimp in it and it has became literally my most favorite salad I've ever had in my entire lifetime. They also have smoothies and they use all fresh Oreo dude right in front of you! It's located in Denver Central Market in RiNo. Definitely stop here for a fresh juice and salad if you can!!
google avatar

Michele G.

Yelp
Located in Denver central Market, super cute atmosphere where you can chill or go with a group. Variety of choices but went to green seed market and had their soup which was absolutely delicious. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, quick grab-and go, the quality of the soup (curry vegan). Overall recommend

Yelp
Geeen Seed Market has amazing 5 star salads! Today I braved the snow to trek downtown and through a flat tire just to get myself a healthy treat. GSM is located inside Denver's awesome Central Market. When entering the main doors it's located on the left side food stalls. Very bright and easy menu board set up. I can't rate the service as I only spoke to somebody for about 5 seconds that asked my name and handed me my online order. I said thank you and was on my way. The food , KALE YEAH MOTHER BRUSSEL and THE RANCH HOUSE. DELL-Ish! Each bite was loaded with flavor, love how smokey the bacon was and the portion was perfect. I added chicken to both of my salads. I ate part one and and part of another. Between those it was one full meal for myself. I will be back to check other items out for sure. Perfect for a spring meal.
google avatar

Gabriel A.

Yelp
Peanut noodle salad is outrageously sour. A pile of green apples soaked in lemon and vinegar mixed with a sour vinaigrette makes for a salad that every single person in my group tried and hated. I really had my hopes up because it looked like a fresh, healthy, and light lunch option.
google avatar

Renee B.

Yelp
I bought their Pretty in Pink strawberry salad. It cost me $15 after the tip, but had a little extra something in it: a long strand of blonde hair. The people who work back there need to wear hairnets. I'm sure this isn't the only public health violation committed back behind Green Seeds' mysterious confines.... I want to like this place. The menu is good and they have a diverse assortment, but I can't get with the lack of hygiene. I'll pass and go to Sweet Green, where the staff still wears masks.
google avatar

Alysha U.

Yelp
Tried out during Yelp event and the service was excellent. Everything was ready and separated for easy pick up. Everyone was following Covid restrictions. Looking around the market there are lots of places for different tastes. The curry was really good with a citrus after taste. I did no added protein as I thought there were veggies but it was mainly just rice and sauce so I added veggies at home. It was neatly packed but has a ton of cilantro just in case you don't like that. The Brussel sprout salad has apples and raisins which I loved! Added some variety to the standard salad with a the perfect amount of blue cheese to not overpower. There were also a juice shot with the meal which was labeled hangover 2.0. Made up of ginger, apple, and various greens it was the perfect end to a tasty meal. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch and plan to try again myself.
google avatar

Shruti J.

Yelp
Thanks to Yelp Elite I had the opportunity to try Green seed market! I tried the vegan curry with chicken on side - the curry sounded great but I needed my protein and hence the chicken! The quantity was great and so was the curry! I believe this was squash based with Thai influence and tasted so great with the chicken! I'm definitely going to try other things on their menu! Definitely recommend.
google avatar

Victoria M.

Yelp
I'll admit that i'm a huge meat eater. I never go out of my way for any kind of vegan or vegetarian food. However Green Seed completely changed my mind of how I feel about vegan food! I ordered the Vegan yellow curry and it was absolutely delicious!!!!!! For $9.95 I got the biggest bowl of curry. It was scrumptious and had big thick chunks of potatos and carrots in it. They were soft and fit in well with the curry. In the middle they gave me a heaping serving of rice. It was delicious and SO FILLING!! I washed it down with a Green Seed market juice. It was fresh and healthy. No added sugars or anything else you cant pronounce. I cant wait to come back and try their salads!
google avatar

Ashley V.

Yelp
I ordered dinner from here as part of a Yelp event. I was really pleased with how easy the entire process was. Ordering online was super straightforward and didn't require a specific Yelp code or anything. Pickup was easy as my food was already ready and packaged up with my name on it when I arrived. I ordered the yellow curry for both me and my husband. His with chicken, and mine with tofu. I thought the curry was very tasty, had nice heat, and was overall a very hearty meal. I really liked the addition of the tofu, and was glad that I added protein since the dish was just curry and rice. I would definitely eat here again if I was in the area. The food was filling, tasty, and healthy.
google avatar

Corey B.

Yelp
Very nicely crafted salads and smoothies. Stopped for lunch after viewing the art murals. Two adults and three kids shared two salads and a smoothie and all were satisfied.

John S.

Yelp
For some reason the old lad that seems to run the place has a terrible attitude. Really unnecessary, I'll never come here again unless I decide I want a shit ton of attitude to eat instead of a salad.
google avatar

Larissa P.

Yelp
Seriously addictive greens. Freshest quality produce and dope recipes, very affordable. I keep coming back.
google avatar

Huong L.

Yelp
We went to this place for a light meal while exploring the central market. Its a counter service and like Chipotle style that you can customize your meal. We got a cup of vegan curry to try. I expected then to put in a little cup but they did not. They actually took the time to make it pretty! When they gave it to me, it was on a dish (not a cup) that was very elegant looking (see pic). I was very impressed. The curry itself was pretty good and has a hint of spice to it which is a plus. If I have a chance to come back to denver I would want to come back and try other food here
google avatar

TwiLea F.

Yelp
Very busy and overwhelming when it's your first time there. I opted for the chicken Caesar salad to go. It was good but not exceptional. I would go back and try it again though.
google avatar

Taya A.

Yelp
I love this place. It's vegan/vegetarian friendly and they have a ton of healthy options to choose from. I had the Loosey Goosey salad which had beluga lentils, arugula, pickled enoki mushrooms, radish, candied pecans, gooseberries, goat cheese mousse, and lemon berbere vinaigrette. I also got a fried egg on top. The combination of flavors was really nice and refreshing. It did end up costing around $15 for one dish, but the ingredients did seem to be high quality. I'd definitely return.
google avatar

Cam L.

Yelp
Absolutely extraordinary salads, noodle dishes, fried rice, smoothies. Literally everything they serve is on point and they have their flavors dialed. The lady who works behind the counter is a master chef and doesn't miss! Go here and enjoy.
google avatar

Phil M.

Yelp
Ordering and pick up system when it's busy is garbage and the staff was incredibly rude. Hard pass. Avoid at all costs, food is not good enough to make up for how rude and disrespectful the staff are.
google avatar

Molly B.

Yelp
I am loving the Denver Central Market, what a perfect place to grab something to eat and not have to worry about your picky eater friends. Green Seed Market is just across from Vero Italian wood fired pizzas in the back left corner. This is the prime choice for those days you want a salad but you don't want to feel like you're eating a salad. You know what I mean... I was lucky enough to con my husband into splitting a pizza and salad which was ideal because they are both gigantic and equally divine therefore no one should ever have to choice one or the other. Seriously though, at $11 these salads are splittable. We got the Kale Yeah Mother Brussel - add avocado if you're a basic boss. Between the gorgonzola, bacon, avo, and white apple balsamic I could hardly tell I was eating kale and shaved brussels. That's hard to do so well done Green Seed Market!
google avatar

Brittany C.

Yelp
How exciting to have a fresh and healthy option inside Denver Central Market! My peanut butter soba time salad was filling and huge - the soba noodles add a lot of heft to the salad and the peanut sauce is just the perfect amount of spicy. We were able to order and have our meal right away, and I like how each salad is made fresh to order and customizable. Prices are high but you get what you pay for with high-quality ingredients.

Yelp
This place was so good that I ended up going for dinner as well lunch the very next day. It is located inside the Denver Central Market and offers some really healthy lunch and dinner options. Great vegetarian and vegan options. For my dinner, I tried the vegan yellow curry and added some fried tofu to it and it was brilliant. For lunch, I got the soba kale salad and the dressing on it was so flavorful and hearty. Love the fact that they also have good portion sizes. I didn't get a chance to try their açaí bowls, but they sure looked interesting. Would be interested in trying that the next time I'm in Denver.
