The Feast Buffet at Green Valley Ranch is reasonably priced and somewhat on par with Red Rocks buffet. Prices are higher now but you still get quality food and many choices to please everyone. Buffet area is kept very clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Servers didn’t know much about gluten free options but did get a chef to give you a tour of you gluten free buffet options.

This is what I look forward to on Fridays besides my day off. It's Seafood Night every Friday night at the Green Valley Ranch Feast Buffet. It's a little pricey at $35/person. We go at least every other month. I love the Calamari, shrimp, oysters, mussels, salmon and of course crab legs. They can recook it with garlic and butter.

Been coming here for years and the food has always been consistently good although the price has jumped up quite a bit in the last few years. It still is a pretty good deal for the variety and selection you get. We like coming when it's busy as the food is fresher and cycled more often. Overall it's still one of our favorite buffets along with Red Rock and Aliante.

Delicious!!! This hotel has a lot of restaurants and places to chill. Nice staff. Please tip well.

First time coming here with my family that is from out of town. Some of the food is ok, the Chinese ribs where terrible, in the Mexican section the churros along with another deep fried bread was extremely hard and terrible. The price for the quality of food is way too high, for 4 adults and 1 child of 5yrs old it came out to $90.88. I definitely expected BETTER! You're better off going to a buffet on the strip, better quality for the same total.

Great food and great service! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and I love that the workers here are so kind and help me with what I need! We had an even here for our business and they made sure that we had the space and that everyone got what they wanted. It is a great place for everyone!

Google
Food was great!! A lot to choose from. Definitely worth the money. Prime rib melted in my mouth. Only gave 4 stars due to noise level...very loud.

Yelp
This review is for Winter at the Terrace: Came here with my sisters after seeing it all over social media. Reservations filled up fast, so we had to reserve an igloo a couple of weeks out. The igloo had plenty of space for three of us and they even gave us a blanket. There's a fire pit across from the igloo in case you need to warm up. There's a $150 minimum, so we ordered the maple bacon, the candied apples, the Dubai smores, and a charcuterie board. The smores were a bit of a pain because the marshmallows kept dripping all over the place once heated. Very messy! The other bites were good. The drinks were my favorite part. The hot drink I got (think of a hot tottie) was amazing. I could've had just that and been happy. All in all, it was a cute experience and we had a nice time. I would go back for date night for sure!

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here for one night in December (14-15DEC) and had a great time. Getting to checkin was a little confusing, but the checkin counter is very spacious and welcoming. Employee attitudes at the front desk were amazing. The manager upgraded us to a suite prior to our arrival, and we found this out during checkin. Our room was not quite ready, so we took some time to scout out the property. After eating a quick lunch, our room was ready. Upon entering the room, it was very spacious and clean. Getting to the room was a little confusing but everywhere we went the hotel seemed nice. The property offered lots of hotel amenities and featured shopping right outside. Overall I would recommend this hotel to any local looking to stay in Henderson.

Yelp
My wife brought me to Las Vegas as an early birthday celebration, and on our last two nights in Vegas, she booked us a stay at the Green Valley Resort. Upon our arrival, there was complimentary valet parking, which I must admit, was a very nice touch. Things just kept getting better from there. At check-in, we were greeted by the front desk agent, Jamie. My wife explained that we were spending time at the resort to celebrate my early birthday. Jamie was super friendly, and she even gifted me a small box of Läderach chocolates which are made in Switzerland and are the best chocolates ever--and... she assigned us a very nice room on the top floor of the resort's hotel. After checking in, we passed by the bar and noticed that the Raiders were still losing, I mean playing--or trying, anyway. We stopped and had a couple of cocktails while we finished watching the Raiders lose, engaging in a conversation with a fellow patron who was also watching the game. Once we settled into our room, we explored the beautiful estate, taking in the outside pool, igloos, lounge areas, the casino, and restaurants. We also discovered that the resort is just steps away from "The District at Green Valley Ranch," an outdoor shopping mall that was right up my wife's alley (lol!). GVR has an outstanding restaurant called Bottiglia, where we enjoyed dining on two consecutive nights, and we also enjoyed expertly crafted martinis at Hank's Steakhouse & Martinis. Leaving GVR was bittersweet, as we had to say goodbye and head back home. However, we're already looking forward to our next visit. With enthusiastic two thumbs up, a five-star rating, and our highest recommendation, we assure you that if top-notch accommodations and dining are what you seek, GVR is the place to be in Las Vegas, NV.

Yelp
I cannot rave about this spa enough! We scheduled a reservation a month in advance and checked in immediately after we walked in the door. The staff member who checked us in, walked us around and showed us all the amenities. We went on a Wednesday and it was so nice and not busy at all. Towards the end of our day, it did get a bit more busy but the morning time on Wednesday was ideal. They do give a locals discount, which is awesome on top of the affordable prices. Everybody was so kind all the amenities were available so it was completely worth it. I loved that they had little snacks, as well as tea and fruit available to you while you wait and the pool was nice, refreshing and clean. I will definitely be back to this location and hopefully we can do a girls spa day with all my local besties!

Yelp
I stayed here for a work trip, my company paid for my room so I can't speak to the value. I didn't spend any time in the casino so I can't speak to that either. But as a hotel stay the place was fine. The room seemed clean. It's a bit inconvenient to get in and out because it's attached to restaurants, casino, movie theater, arcade, restaurants, etc. but that makes it convenient if you want those things I guess. I was a bit bummed that the laundry options were limited with only bell service which was very expensive. There are no laundromats near by. The place is kept up nicely and the pool, and fitness center were nice.

Yelp
This is a one stop shop and the facilities are safe and clean. Their bar and restaurant (Hanks) options are amazing. The rooms are reasonably and plenty of other shops to visit at the district. It's a great location to keep up your sleeves if you ever decide to tap out of your busy life and take a weekend off just to relax.

Yelp
In the evening we can admire the beautiful Christmas tree and lights. They did an amazing job!! I'm glad we got to visit and enjoy some family time at this beautiful place. I totally recommend this resort.

Yelp
This is a great resort! It has multiple restaurants that are fantastic! The price for their rooms are not bad at all! We enjoy playing the slots and the poker machines. There is plenty of free parking and there is a great shopping area called the District right next door. It has multiple restaurants and bars that are great. GVR Resort gives great gifts to players who are frequent gamblers. The gifts are really nice, such as high-quality toasters, deep roasters, and air-free fryers.

Yelp
Ever since I saw American Casino on the Discovery Channel, I wanted to go. I've been a number of times in the 20 years since that show was on and I try and venture out here when I can. It opened as the Premiere "Station" Casino until Red Rock opened (which is much nicer IMHO). Before I moved away from Las Vegas, I had a room booked at the Red Rock. They screwed up and I didn't have a room for my last night in town, but they gave me a suite here and there was a cold bottle of bubbly waiting in the room when I arrived. BTW, Red Rock Still owes me for that but I totally lost the guy's name I talked to. I doubt it's on file anywhere... :(

Yelp
The Green Valley Ranch casino was relatively quiet, it was as clean and just had a really good vibe to it!

Yelp
Update 2: Checked out a day early and moved hotels, no refund given. For anyone going on a sports travel trip, just a heads up this casino/hotel has a horrible ventilation system. Reminded me of 80's Las Vegas where you walked into a Casino and hit a wall of smoke. You will smell like cigarettes and cigars. While the hotel has its own wing you HAVE TO WALK THROUGH THE CASINO from the parking garage to get to the hotel. Restaurants are in the casino area, so if you have any breathing issues or try avoid smoke this is not the place to stay with kids and athletes, especially for a soccer tournament. Do you self a favor and stay on the strip where the hotels do much better job ventilating the air and don't smell like an ashtray. You don't want your kids hanging out in this place. Park MGM is smoke free btw. Update1: Mold in bathroom. Looking for a new hotel. Problems immediately. Rude staff and a sarcastic front desk manager who changed her title several times while trying to resolve problem with a room. Klaudy punted the issue saying she was told she could not help by her boss named James the Assistant Hotel Manager. If we weren't with a soccer team we would have left the hotel immediately. Klaudy did give me a card to talk to her boss, the phone number on the card hangs up on you and the other goes straight to voice mail. Add to this hotel staff named Rosie stared at my daughter and I as the automatic door in front of us was slowly closing, she only spoke up to tell us not to touch the door. Hands full with multiple suitcases and bags. She asked if we were staying at the hotel? Seriously what kind of odd unneeded questionable racist profiling crap is that. Carrying multiple bags and suitcases with my kid and we are not staying here. Told Rosie thanks for helping us out here and she chimed back you're welcome! In room for a minute and cabinet door is falling off.

Yelp
We went to the Winter on the Terrace at the pool and until Valentine's Day they have it all set up super cute and winter wonderland looking! We got there when it first opened at 4 and they seated us in our own igloo. We ordered some of the plates, which the best thing was the maple Bacon! The presentation was very unique and creative! The fondu was wasn't great, pretzel bites were kinda stale, and the pita and veggies with hummus tzatziki trio dip was okay. We both got the hot chocolate experience, which was super fun cuz they rolled out a cart and made it in front of us, and included a choice of coco bomb and flavored marshmallows. We also ordered the Dubai s'mores which came in a box and the gram crackers are more like cake, not crackers. The marshmallow was waaaaay too big and made it so awkward to roast over the fire and impossible to eat! The idea was cute but the execution wasn't thought through. Our server was super sweet and the experience was very cool, but the food wasn't great, the cocktails were not strong, and it was very pricey.

Yelp
I LOVE GVR.... I've been to Vegas numerous times since the 1980's. I've stayed at casino\resorts on The Strip and time shares. GVR is my place now. Just stayed for a 2nd time. Booked though Expedia for as a VIP guest ( certain perks). Far enough away from the strip to avoid the tourists and noise. Yes you need a Ride-share or rental car to get around but for the seasoned visitor to Vegas, I find this best. Very relaxing place. Great staff all around, clean facility & rooms, plenty of restaurant options, large casino, and nice sport-book. Has a movie theater and plenty of shops nearby affiliated. The casino is jumping on weekends but not like The Strip where it's hard to find a chair at a table or they bump the stakes up ( a lot). None of that CA weekend crowd taking over. But plenty of people to watch..of all ages. Outstanding, sprawling, location for weddings, reunions, conferences, etc. Go where the locals & smart people go! I highly recommend and we will be back!

Yelp
Nice Property.. Very understated Rooms, decent restaurants (Pizza Rock), excellent casino, and Good sized Sportsbook. First time here at a property away from The Vegas strip & Downtown Freemont experience area. I really like it's next to the District, an outdoor Mall, that has lots of stores & other Food choices. Locals love this spot. Definitely worth a visit. It's great if you are doing a golf outing away from Vegas.

Yelp
Really loved this casino!!! I live the area it's in too since there's tons of shopping that may keep you from getting in trouble at the casino haha. Not too far from the strip or south point!

Yelp
While eating at "Scrambled" we noticed this casino was in the area. I had heard of this casino but had never been. We decided to check it out and gamble a little bit before going home. The casino is beautiful with brand-new machines that charge your phone and are well lit. Nice big Bingo room and plenty of nice bars, and upscale restaurants within the location. They have a nice basic food court with traditional basics (Panda Express, Auntie Anne's, Baskin Robbins, Fat Burger, etc). All the staff, I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here. Note: Plenty of surrounding restaurants and stores are located on the outskirts of the casino.

Yelp
3/1/2024- Checking out soon... Our go to place to stay when we are on a mini getaway.. Lucked out getting the room early... I did pay extra for an early check in, but also found out it is not a guarantee... to get the room early.. Concierge Debbie-5 stars... arranged our transportation to and from- & the car rental.. Room was quiet and really enjoy the west rooms. Valet- 5 stars- love how I can text to pick car up--- if there are more than three cars waiting- the text will say unavailable- It's the location - centrally located to our favorite Japanese market & coffee house- I did notice how the traffic was much busier than the past year or two-..

Yelp
Green Valley Ranch Resort boasts a well-maintained casino area and abundant food options, making it a go-to destination for entertainment and dining. However, my recent decision to spend the night revealed a different side to the property. Upon arrival, there was only one staff member handling a long line of guests, making the check in process painfully slow. Upon entering my room, I was initially impressed by its spaciousness and aesthetic appeal. However, this impression quickly soured as I noticed cleanliness issues. Hairs in the bathroom sink and signs of inadequate cleaning in the toilet. Considering the premium price of the hotel, these cleanliness lapses were particularly disappointing

Yelp
Attended an event at the newly opened High Limit (HL) Slots. Light hors d'oeuvres and finger foods such as; Lamb Chops, scallops on the half shell and shrimp cocktail were served, as well as specialty drinks. The room is beautifully designed with comfortable chairs and pull out handles making it easier for guests to position the chairs. There's also a dedicated and beautifully designed bar inside the slot room serving an array of beverages. The servers are dressed in upscale attire, which, only added to its overall ambience. This HL area is definitely worth visiting.

Yelp
Have to say it's the best casino in Henderson. It's certainly the cleanest for sure. Green Valley Ranch is one of those more family friendly resorts that are popular with locals. Many things here to offer. There's a whole lot for all tastes. A lot more here to do than gamble of course. It's a pretty big resort. This is also far off the Strip. It means there's not as many tourists from far away. This isn't convenient to get to from there. Honestly it seems like most people here are locals. The casino is the main attraction, but there's more than just games and slots. A lot of places to drink and eat. There's fast food and pizza. Good place to get away from the tourist stuff like the crowds. It's pretty clean and has a laid back atmosphere compared to some other places. There's a bus if you need to get to the Strip or somewhere.

Yelp
This is our favorite station casino in Las Vegas. We are pretty frequent flyers here. One of our favorite restaurants is Bottiglia, which is an upscale Italian restaurant inside the resort. The restaurant has bottomless, mimosa brunch on the weekends and lunch and dinner every day. We also enjoy Hanks fine steaks and martinis, which has a great and affordable happy hour. We recently discovered the Lucky Penny café, which is a 24 hour diner with a wide selection of entrées. The restaurant also has a full bar. Another new find is the new highroller room. You can play table games or play video poker at the bar. Drinks are free as long as you're playing and they have a much better selection than the casino floor. Lastly, this is our favorite bingo room. We always have a great time and you get two free drinks as well.

Yelp
My husband and I sold our house in Las Vegas and needed a place to stay for one night with our two kids. We were excited about a family staycation but our experience was subpar to say the nicest. We booked a one bedroom suite and only had 2 towels, no blankets or sheets or pillows for the pull out bed. We had to call for them. The pull out bed was the most uncomfortable thing we have ever laid on in a hotel. I added a photo below. Then to top it off, I noticed there was no coffee maker in the hotel room so I called for one and I was told "we don't provide coffee makers you'll have to order room service and hung up." I put these comments first because most don't read the whole post but there's more. When we booked the hotel my husband was going to have the day off so he put only his name on the reservation but then he has to work. He called the main line and whoever picked up said you need to contact the front desk. He asked to be transferred and the agent said "I don't have that number check the yellow pages." When he finally got ahold of the front desk they said they couldn't add my name because it was made with the credit card (a third party). My husband called our credit card and they tried to contact GVR and they wouldn't add me. Next, we went to the pool with our kids and was super excited about it. There were pigeons everywhere and not like an occasional bird that is just frequenting the pool but like an infestation of them. The pool had a bunch of drink cups, straws and trash in it. I get it, guests can be inconsiderate but they didn't have anyone going in the pool and cleaning it up and we were there for 3 hours. During that time I didn't see any worker cleaning the trash out of the pool. Pizza rock was about the only thing that was amazing about this trip. The staff was super nice and the food was amazing. I grew up in Las Vegas from being a little girl and I gotta say that I'm very disappointed. This hotel has gone downhill!

Yelp
We stay here often, It's your employees that make us feel welcomed. 1st Valet! AMAZING , Amanda, and P. Such wonderful people. You had a couple other's that were wonderful too, but after pandemic they have since left. A couple of your Front Desk employees are wonderful as well, Lucy, and the V.I.P young lady ( can't remember her name) crystal maybe. My apologies for forgetting. Then Room service. Vanessa on Days and Maria on Graveyard. Such excellent service, Always! They are the reason we come back. Now as for Hotel fees.. not very happy about it! And the use of the Spa, 50 dollars a day! Ludicrous Like each day is nuts! Please reconsider making it $25.00 again( used to be FREE) A one time expense for your 2 day stay. As for the room... PLEASE Use a kinder fabric for the sheets. We have to always tote one of our own personal sheets from home. It makes sleeping very uncomfortable. P/S One more employee. Willis!! Casino Host Kindly, The Messmer's

Yelp
NEVER staying at this hotel again. We have come multiple times for my son's baseball team and we won't be returning. Horrible customer service. We paid over $450 a night And the first night we were there, there was a huge water leak out of the ceiling in our bathroom. Management doesn't care. Not to mention, they charge a $50 resort fee per night and there aren't any amenities to enjoy. Their large pool was closed, even though it was 80 degrees out Hot tub closed. Spa closed. This place sucks. Stay elsewhere.
google avatar

Todd H.

Yelp
We booked two days before arrival on the phone and we were not informed that the main pool was closed (80+ degrees outside and joke of a secondary pool available that's barely 3 feet deep), the spa was closed, the gym was a joke (and a bit uncomfortable with a creepy supervisor oddly monitoring my workout). Yet still paid resort fee?? Came with kids, and nothing for them to do except get yelled at for being kids by overzealous and aggressively rude security. If you don't want kids here just say it. Will not be coming back ever with our large group that comes every year.

Yelp
If you really would like to spend time with your family or friends away from the Strip and its' craziness.... Green Valley Resort is absolutely the right choice to stay!! Me and my boyfriend enjoyed every second of our weekend here. Our room was very clean and looked very nice as it was mentioned. All the staff members are very nice and doing their jobs professionally. We mostly enjoyed being at the bar and have some fun conversations with the bartender, if I am not mistaken his name was "Kody"... he was an amazing person. The casino is also not that wild and crazy like the ones on the Strip. Although there were so many people, but very well organized. Green Valley Resort is definitely on our top place for vacations now.. we can't wait to come back during summer to enjoy the pool as well!!

Yelp
The Terrace So we made a trip in for the Seasonal "Pop-Up" Fall themed patio lounge! Super cute! Call ahead and get a Cabana! Great weather calls for outdoor entertainment! All the food is great! Fall theme and shareable bites plates! Wine flights are very generous! The servers were super friendly and tried to be attentive! Here's the problems... bar is quite a ways away from this venue! Takes like 20 minutes to get drinks to you each time you order! No draft beers from this bar, also they have Special Cocktails available but when I asked about Bourbon selections this presented a bit of a problem! We did get a small bottled Wine list. I'm Kay so this place could've be super awesome and if you are not in a hurry us a great date night venue, just know that drinks Weill be arriving on the "Slow Train"

Yelp
Stayed here for two nights total. Usually we stay on the strip, but we were visiting a friend about 10min away from this hotel. The rooms were horrible. When we took a shower in the walk-in shower, there would be water filling up from the drain in the tub next to the shower. There would also be a sewage smell. When using the sink, the water would fill up fast and take forever to drain. The next morning we called the front desk and they said they would put in a work order. When we got back to check, it seemed okay... then took another shower and it was back to being clogged again. The worst part of the stay was waking up to the sheets off the duvet... with these STAINS. I pray to god these were not bed bug stains... but looking at Google images, I think they were. We called the front desk to have our blankets changed. What did they do? Just change the sheets and not the Duvet! We called them back to change the duvet. I didn't bother checking the bed because I didn't want to see anymore surprises.

Yelp
Quick weekend getaway trip and finally tried this place off strip suggested by many locals on our flights to Vegas that we have met. Did not disappoint as it has a quiet, resort feel without the typical Strip party all day & night crowd. Has many Restaurants as well as quick fast food options, so definitely something for everyone. Outside the hotel is the District with more restaurants & shopping all walking distance & easy to get to. We've been her the last few months a couple times & still the escalators by casino entrance are not working. Check in was quick, staff was polite & welcoming. Our room was comfortable & clean. Bedding & pillows were great quality. Dressers, tables & bathroom was a bit dated & had some wear but not extreme amounts. Tv is not even worth turning on as their connections suck! Just pixelates and is completely useless! Next time will check out the pool & outside area which is very inviting & looks like an amazing spot to chill & have a beverage! Completely different vibes here if you are looking for relaxing!

Yelp
I love staying at GVR. I had wonderful service upon checking in and throughout my stay. I like all of the amenities in the casino (lots of good food options and a Starbucks) and also the fact that it is away from the strip. Nearby, there is retail and grocery shopping (Whole Foods). As far as gambling, my favorite game is video poker, which is plentiful in the casino.

Yelp
This is truly the most amazing group of customer service professionals I have ever encountered. Accommodating, kind, compassionate... excellence every step of the way. They leave nothing to chance and can outthink your needs. The resort is beautiful, convenient to everything you could want or need, unless it's a pool. The pool was not open, just this kiddy pool that you could only wade in. Very few seats... a disgrace to this beautiful place.NEWARE

Yelp
**This review is only for the spa** I had the most amazing time here with my 2 girlfriends! This was so relaxing and much needed after a night out and our daily lives. We all did a 50 min massage: deep tissue, hot stone, and recovery. We came earlier than our scheduled appointment time to enjoy the amenities. The place was perfect and as soon as we stepped in, it gave me a sense of relaxing feeling. After our massages, we literally sat in silence for 5 minutes all together because it was so peaceful. Would recommend this place if you're looking to avoid the sun on a hot summer day. This was so zen and therapy for us.

Yelp
I am still sitting here in the lobby, having waited over 2 hours for my room. The only explanation I get is that "They're still cleaning the room" or "It can be delayed if there are late check outs". I'm sorry, but if I paid this much for a room, I don't think it's reasonable to wait this long. I've been coming to Vegas several times a year for 17 years and have never waited this long. I was so disappointed in my first time staying at this resort. Needless to say, it will also be my last. Updated to add: We finally got into our room after 2.5 hours. My husband went to inquire for a fourth time, and it wasn't until this inquiry that we were given a $100 resort credit and late check out. Maybe I should have been more forceful the previous 3 times?? Now for the room. Remember, it took many hours to clean and "inspect" this room. The TVs didn't work. The internet constantly went out. The shower took the force of 10 men to turn it on and an equal amount to turn it off to prevent leaking. And on our last morning, we were not granted the luxury of hot water.

Yelp
Stayed here for a week for a work conference. The check-in process wasn't bad move pretty fast. The lobby area is beautiful with a nice bar right by it and a little mini Starbucks by the bellhop desk. My room was average at best definitely needed some updating and maintenance. The toilet set extremely low to the ground and felt uneven. The showerhead dripped water all night with me damn near breaking it turning it as far as I could to get it to stop dripping. The carpet buckled in some spots, the desk and table were outdated weren't badly scratched and the TV seemed real small for the size room. The view from the room was actually pretty decent as you can see the strip both at night and or the daytime and the Vineyard below. The staff that I did encounter, they were friendly, except my encounters at the lucky penny, which I mentioned in another review. The casino floor didn't seem to have the same variety of machines compared to the other casinos on the strip was a ton of Buffalo runs and various different formats. Decent size sports book high limit rooms were nice, but nothing that differentiated them from any other hotel in the strip. Don't think this will be on my list of hotels to stay at again in the future while in Las Vegas, but wasn't bad, especially since I didn't have to pay for it, as my company funded this trip.‍

Yelp
Green Valley Ranch is a great property overall, but the hotel rooms are not the best. As a local, I've stayed here twice over the years. I've dined here and enjoyed the spa more times than I can remember. Most of their restaurants are great and more fine dining is going in. Bottiglia (Italian) and Borracha (Mexican) have fun ambiance and good food. Hank's has long been my least favorite steakhouse in the entire town. I tried three times. Pizza Rock is a solid casual spot for great pizza. Tides is not good. They were good awhile back, but on last visit they've done away with sushi and fresh seafood. Lucky Penny is shockingly good for a diner with great service. In the food court they have chains like Starbucks, Panda Express, and Baskin Robbins. Capriottis is also there for a local option. I have separate reviews for the sit down restaurants. The property is pretty, maybe a bit outdated in some areas. The pool is well maintained and huge. It's always packed in the summer. The spa is the best part of GVR. It's a real treat and very well done for a local spa. They have separate areas for men and women, but a co-ed area as well. The co-ed area with hot tub and lounge area sets them apart. Many Strip spas only have separate amenities for men and women. There is a private pool with food and drink service for spa guests only. I've visited the spa and come for pedicures many times. It has always been a luxurious service. My only gripe with the spa is that they are constantly changing the locals discount structure. The percentage of discount changes or sometimes it applies for pedicures, other times it doesn't. I'd love to see it be consistent. I enjoyed our first stay in the resort 10 years ago, but our stay this winter was very disappointing. We stayed on a Sunday night that wasn't busy at all. Our room was just down the hall from the front desk with the front drive outside. It was such a noisy room. I'm guessing what was a heating unit was loudly running the entire time we were in the room. I literally get better sleep at home with my toddler. We could also hear everything in the room next to us. I'm not sure why they put guests so close on a slow night. The room itself looked exactly the same as it did 10 years ago. Kind of an outdated grandiose look. There are now chipped tiles and other things deteriorating. The rooms are not in good shape. I've seen influencers with large followings post that this is the best place to stay. Please know that if you aren't getting it for free like they are that this isn't true. Overall, I'd recommend most of the restaurants and the spa. I'd skip staying here as a hotel guest.

Yelp
This is my first time staying at Green Valley Ranch. I usually stay at Durango and Red Rock. In my opinion, this is my favorite place to stay because of its décor and serene atmosphere. I had no issue checking into the room and really enjoyed the pool except that the water was a little too warm for me. There was plenty of comfortable lounge chairs to relax on which was a big plus because that is hard to come by on the strip. With all these nice compliments, why did I give 2 stars? There was a major issue that I encountered at the hybrid craps table on the 15th of September around 5pm. After about 12 rolls, the floorman came over and told me that I need to hit the backboard. I agreed with a smile regarding that comment, 1 of the dice did not hit the backboard because it hit the gap between the 2 plexiglass. After another 6 or 7 rolls, he came over and caution me about not hitting the backboard again. This time I was somewhat confused and frustrated because I was sure that I hit the backboard with both dice on the last roll. So I asked him, "What are you talking about?" and he replied, "I'm watching you!". Everyone on the table were also confused with his accusations. I left the table after I rolled a 7 because I was there to have fun instead of arguing if I was right. I am a President status at Stations Casinos so I spend plenty of money at this establishment. I have never had any issues at the other Stations Casinos and to have this happen on my first stay at this property, it just turned this entire experience SOUR. Like I said, this property is gorgeous but ONE person can spoil the entire experience.

Yelp
I can finally say that I stayed at GVR after all of these years. I've been coming to this casino since it's infancy so being able to say I've stayed here now is a nice thing. We booked a 2 bedroom Mediterranean suite. While it was lovely, I don't know if the price was worth it. The room was large and I can see why it would be as expensive as it is, but it's very dated. Stained and broken features shouldn't be so obvious at this price point. Also, the room came with a butler but he was basically non-existent. It was hard for him to reply via email and while he did stop by the room when I checked in, he never gave us his information. I know I could have found it but he was disinterested so I became disinterested. We didn't even know we had VIP status and we were supposed to check in at a different desk, mildly infuriating. I also had a weird issue with the bell desk. We wanted to borrow a bell cart but that's not allowed so we had a bellman help. I didn't have cash on me so my husband went to go get some and the bellman seemed really perturbed. We ended up giving the tip to the butler during the 20 seconds we saw him, hopefully Jeff the bellman got it. Other than these two though, everyone else we came into contact with was lovely. We enjoyed Fall at the Terrace and decided that we definitely need to come back for the winter version.

Yelp
The rooms are nice although each time I've stayed I definitely put in my 10,000 steps to get to mine. Lol! Staff are all friendly and helpful. It's a little pricier here, though. There are several places to eat. There's a small food court, a couple of coffee spots, a great pizza spot, a great steak restaurant. There's a cinema and arcade. There's also a spot for kids. They have a spa and a fitness room, too. There's even a small shopping strip right outside called: The District. You really never have to leave the property. As far as gambling. There seems to be a lot of people winning.

Yelp
We landed at GVR after a flight cancellation and 10 other hotels being completely booked. We hadn't heard of this spot before, but we are so glad we found it. First, Bobby at the front that checked us in was great. After the stress of our flight getting cancelled at 1:00am and no where to stay, he was very helpful and professional. All other staff members we encountered or interacted with were all very helpful and pleasant! This resort has everything you need without leaving - Starbucks, casino, pool/spa, lots of food options, bingo, arcade, movie theater, and more. We loved that it had so much without the hustle and bustle of the strip. We have talked about how we will intentionally come back next time we come to Vegas!

Yelp
Not sure if this is the right spot to leave review for the pop-up igloo terrace. But couldn't find anything else. What a wonderful spot to have your holiday get together! I heard about this place for the past year, but only this year was able to book it. Debbie at the concierge desk helped me to book everything. I have no words how grateful I am to her!!! Josephine our server- was the most wonderful to us. We rented igloo it can sit 4 people. But ended up having one more person. Since one of the girls was handicapped she didn't need a chair- so we were accommodated just fine. Everything was so festive and pretty! Highly recommend those hot chocolate experience and holiday wreath. Everything we tried was delicious. Can't wait to go in few weeks for their fireplace spot- since it will be more of us this time around. Thank you Tearrace at GVR for this wonderful- beautiful spot. We sure enjoyed it!!

Yelp
We came here for my husband's birthday celebration at Pizza Rock, which itself was awesome as always thank you Allan who took care of all 16 of us CCSD people!! Everyone there at Pizza Rock is above reproach! Green Valley Ranch you on the other hand are horrible! As a neighbor of 25 years a loser of 10's of thousands of dollars to Station casinos I'm surprised the Fertitta Brothers know of how literally 'crappy' the women's restrooms are being kept! Not once not twice but 3 time! First time no toilet tissue in but ONE stall, women were passing to tissue under the stall las like high school and no paper towels. Someone complained but a haggard worker came running in trying to pacify everyone. Second time, no soap in any dispenser! What the heck! You're a multi million dollar casino! Buy soap!! Third time! Pictures below! Buy this time we're all gambling drinking and fed up! We spent so much money here to be treated like crap. I went to a pit boss to try to speak to a manager, after making me wait 37 minutes a young Hispanic man who couldn't speak English came apparently to pacify me. I went to the pit boss again asking to speak to a manager showed him my photos, he wasn't to concerned. Finally a young Hispanic girl came acting all contrite, I asked are you the manager? She said no I asked where was the manager? She said 'follow me I'll take you' she to me to the security booth, obviously not informing the poor guy, because when I directly asked him if he was her boss he looked at her like she was nuts. I then told him the entire situation he wasn't pleased and FINALLY got a manager to come talk to me. A floor manager Rosalyn, apologized in all the correct 'ways' but no, this situation is horrible!! Why do you treat local loyal customers this way!! Believe me your treatment is not an acceptable Fertitta way my father and mother knew Frank's dad for YEARS!! What happened to this place?? And you wanted to give me a cafe breakfast insulting

Yelp
Absolutely love this resort, my daughter had a dance competition and this was definitely the place to stay. Food choices, restaurants are easily available. Shopping is so close and even a movie theater. Although we did not get a chance to see a movie. The pool was awesome, love the beach on one side for the kids and a pool for lounging. The staff was so friendly, from the moment we arrived, the valet, the front office. I loved the way the resort smelled. I know that sounds weird. The only issue I would say I had, as the pool not being open late. Closed at 7. With the events running all day and having a small window for fun. Pool would have been great for a late night swim. But we did get to swim during the open hours. Recommend coming here, avoid the strip.

Yelp
this place has been going for years. my mom has had the same pin for years but now her card does not work for her free money. I am on a machine now that I put over $100 in that shut down while playing because it has too much money in it where my elf is full. I have to wait 20 minutes. for them to get it out while I have a kid in kidquest also. bs... no reason to come back. going to Emerald isle going forward.. they are fun and care about their customers.. no more Station Casinos

Yelp
VIP Check In at Green Valley Ranch Resort is awesome... and Anadaisey totally 'rules'... very polite, personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient... she makes a guest feel very much a VIP... the freshly baked goodies from the resort kitchen are delightful and quite delicious... Anadaisey is a most valuable asset to GVR...

Yelp
Hats off to "Uncle Gibson" at VIP reception! Traveled with 5 kids and they loved visiting with him every time we walked by the lobby (sorry Gibson but that's what happens when you're so cool). They didn't want to leave without saying good bye. Grandma even said he was very charismatic. Ate lunch at Blue Ribbon and service+food was on point. I guess that would be a separate review to follow... Service at pool cabana + fitness center were excellent. Bellman was friendly. Gift shop attendant was patient. All around, well trained staff with friendly smiles. Aracde with 5 kids - expensive place to hang out. Matinee movie with 5 kids - very cost effective place to hang out (get large popcorn for free refill). Will return with kids for another fun filled family vacation.

Beautiful resort pool area! I had a SPARTY back in May with some family at Green Valleys Spa, and we had so much fun.

Yelp
Very nice place. Not crazy like the Strip. Everything you need under one roof! Sushi, Baskin Robbin's, Starbucks! Beautiful buildings, pool area is unique with a sand beach.
