Coffee tastes like Altoona city water. I changed it to 5 stars cause you guys was funny. 😁 Honestly though. Doordash isn't the problem, it's that person solely. I hope you find the offender

Greenbean is my favorite coffee place in the world! All around amazing. My only complaint is that they are always out of chocolate chip cookies. I know they're popular, it just sucks when you're super excited to go get your favorite drink and your mouth is watering with excitement for the cookies you are wanting to get, but then when you go they tell you they're out more often that not. Other than that it's awesome and I still give 5 stars!

My friend treated me to my first ever Macarons..because those are made with almond flour and I am GF, those are Vanilla bean flavor and they were Scrumptious! (He had to drink my coffee,I should have ordered decaf) This place has a fantastic atmosphere!!

I always get the beer drink which is amazing. This is a must if I am in Altoona. And pup comes of course 🐾🥰

I went in for a hot chai tea, but noticed they had some Wonderful breakfast sandwiches on the menu. I had a steak breakfast sandwich and it was wonderful. My chai tea was perfect. The staff was really friendly and extremely organized. I also bought a cinnamon roll for someone and they raved about how good it was. Had a great experience inside the restaurant. Later I went through the drive through and it was super busy. They have a two lane drive through and thought I was going to wait, but the line went quickly and my drink was ready for me as I drove up. Thank you for Delicious drinks, great food, great service, and a wonderful experience!

This was my first time here and will be the last. I ordered a hot drip with half and half, the wait in the drive thru was incredibly long and the lid wasn’t fully on my cup so it spilled on my daughter and I. It probably wouldn’t have been so hot if it actually had a decent amount of half and half. It was like they just gave it a splash. I left and drove to Sheetz and got a better(and cheaper) cup of coffee!

Just wanted to get on here and state that I have been going here at least once a week (sometimes 5 days a week) since 2019. I’ve met the owners in the past and every worker I have ever interacted with here has been great. Such a great local business , with great customer service and helps boost a positive start to my day every time I come. Cheers!

Greenbean and 33 on Mac: two great places in one stop. The staff is great and friendly, without the forced smile of the giant Seattle-based chain. Everyone there was great, casual, and welcoming. The music is not obnoxiously loud as experienced in the other place (I used to work at the other place), and the vibe is just overall chill. They host events (yesterday was a tabletop gaming event to benefit clarity). My daughter and I were in town visiting and we are both hooked. This is definitely my go-to stop every time I'm in town.

This place is hands down the BEST spot for coffee in Altoona. Each drink is hand crafted and probably the most delicious drink you've ever had. I assure you your taste buds will be dancing! Service is absolutely impeccable! Friendly, attentive, and all around helpful! Their new location is just beautiful! Perfect for studying, reading, meeting up with friends, etc. While you're there for coffee do also check out 33 on MAC located inside too! They have an amazing Mac and cheese bar where you can concoct the Mac and cheese of your dreams with dozens of topping choices or choose one of their recipe macs. A must stop place in Altoona!

Variety of different coffees and the sandwiches are filling. This is a great place to grab a bite and sit to do work or study!

The coffee is delicious & they have its of sugar free syrup selections. I also love there baked goods the blueberry lemon scone is the best I have ever had. It is moist not dry like most scones. Also the interior is very modern & welcoming.

Great coffee house in Altoona! They have a double drive thru which is great, but the inside is so spacious, clean and comfortable. Grab a parking spot just behind the coffeehouse and go inside to meet with friends or find a quiet spot to get some work or reading done. We ordered a couple of house brewed dark roasts along with a cinnamon roll and lemon-blueberry scone and it was just what we needed to get our morning started. Service was quick and the staff was very friendly. Looking forward to coming back!

Stopped for a cup of local Joe at a local house while in Railroad City. Greenbean came heavily recommended by hotel staff and the railroad museum. Located currently in a shared building with a medical practice , they're moving across the street soon. I got a caramel nut latte on staff recommendation. Hit the spot! Sweet but not too much. Everyone here was friendly, community folks talking and laughing. And, Deadpool. What more is there to coffee?!

Green bean Coffee is an oasis in a sea of mediocre coffee options. A great atmosphere, with a warm community feel. I wish I lived closer. It was clean, but not antiseptic. Latte was perfect. Not too hot, rich flavors. The turkey & pear sandwich was also good.

Great service, welcoming environment, a nice place to work for a few hours, and lunch was delicious too!!

Bland The building is new, and the food is great and tasty. That's where the good ends. I circled around the block three (!) times before finding an unmarked parking lot. First time, I even got into the drive-through line by mistake that took forever to get out of. Inside, it is not clear how things work. There is a mac&cheese line that I did not need. The customers helped me. The staff was busy with some "emergency", and I stayed unattended for 5-10 mins. The coffee was not as expected. And they did not have cream - I had to ask. My sandwich, while tasty, was very simple - bread, some spread/sauce, a lot of spread, and meat. Not what you would expect for $10. The building, especially inside, lacks character.

I did enjoy this place quite a bit! I enjoy that they get involved with the community. I enjoyed their open mic nights, and their hot chocolate was delicious. the reason this is not 5 is 1 worker was very rude and was very nosy about my personal life and when i told her it made me uncomfortable she made a glare and stomped away. but overall this is decent and I 100 percent recommended it! taste-5 customer service-4 presentation-5 cleaniness-4 price-4 overall-4

The coffee here is 100 times better than anything you will ever get at Starbucks! The frozen drinks are so creamy! I will go here always!!!

I was traveling through the area, wanted to get a good non Starbucks coffee so I pulled out my Yelp app and found this place which has great reviews. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing (a cappuccino), but the coffee tasted really burnt. Also she asked if I wanted it "wet" or "dry", I said wet since I'd prefer more milk, but she wrote dry on the cup and that's what I got. I'd give the place a second try, based off the other reviews, but this first time I wasn't all that impressed.

We stopped off here in the middle of our road trip and were very happy with our choice! Delicious and not too sweet chai teas, hot chocolate and yummy pastries. Recommend!

This is such an awesome place, only open about a month as of this review. A wide range of selection from regular stuff to the gluten free jazz some people need. This is a single brand-new location but the owners have done such a good job that it looks like a franchise set up. To say I'm impressed on how nice it is would be difficult :) This is a stop we make fairly often and I hope they grow it as it's definitely a great model. UPDATE: They can also do "Skinny" version so bonus there :) New update: obviously we go here a lot and I'm happy to say it's as good as the day it opened. Friendly staff, seasonal drinks, and as clean as opening day. Greenbean has now earned the rare 5-star review :)

Greenbean has my favorite beverages in Altoona. I like coming here any time of year to work remotely. In the summer, they open their two large windows in the front of the cafe to let in fresh air. When I'm running behind but need a pick-me-up, the drive thru is very convenient. Greenbean does have its negative qualities too. I get that it's called Greenbean Coffee House. Small splashes of green here and there would be cool but all of the walls painted an obnoxious green isn't it. Every time I've visited Greenbeen the trash can is overflowing with garbage. All in all, Greenbean has good drinks and is a decent place to work remotely.

This business is very lack in covid procedures. The interior appeared dirty the menu board did not face the customer you had to go behind the cashier to see the menu. My wife & I traveled to Altoona from Pittsburgh to visit family. I was told about this place by my niece and she was very excited to take us there. We walk in and my being a senior citizen with vision loss was unable to see the menu therefor, we were ask by the cashier who also said she was the owner told us to step behind her to see the menu. As we did she started to raise her voice and tell us she felt crowded but she herself was not following covid protocol. We all had masks on. I was embarrassed by her yelling and decided to walk out. She could have stated that she was uncomfortable in a better mannerism and politely. The U. S. Navy Veteran will never go back. The place was dark and dirty, the cashier rude and belligerent. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this location of GreenBean Coffee. I did not get to experience the flavor of the coffee and our excitement was overcome by a woman who really should have her franchise agreement nullified by the corporate office. It is not handicap accessible and I saw no restrooms.

Frozen coffee drinks are the absolute best! No one can complain about a place with wonderful coffee, chocolate covered pretzels and peanut butter cinnamon rolls. YUM!

Where do I begin? The staff are so friendly, so kind. They are so welcoming and sweet. The quality of the drinks is so much better than some of the chain stores. You really get great stuff for the price. I always come here before or after work. (Sometimes both LOL) also -- Baked goods are out of this world! Try a lemon blueberry scone, and an iced Greenbean mocha. That's what I get :)

I was here on 10/07/2022 at 5:00pm. I have been a customer since the beginning and have always appreciated the awesome customer service that they provided. The last couple times I've been to visit, I have been disappointed with the customer service. Today, I was treated very rudely when I went through the drive thru. The personal touch this cafe gave no longer exists. This is one of the main reasons I have been a loyal customer here. I hope that this is further looked into.

Greenbean is a must for anyone who loves good coffee, fun food or a business that cares about the community! Frozen Green Bean Mocha is to die for and the steak breakfast sandwich is delicious ( big enough to share with two)! Really great pre order from website!

Their secret menu has my favorite item on their menu. They are always friendly and the service is always good. I love the ambiance of the coffee shop.

It's so nice to have a spot for coffee besides the usual chains. The specialty drinks here are phenomenal, and the service that comes with them is unbeatable. Everyone working here goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome and keep them coming back. The inside has a warm, comfortable vibe and they're always having special events here. I haven't checked any of them out yet, but I plan on it in the new year. I always love to shop local and this place is more than deserving of my business.

Went here a couple weeks ago... stumbled upon this place as I was taking a walk. I ordered the frozen white chocolate mocha, which was topped with whip cream & very delicious!! The atmosphere seemed very laid back & relaxing. Like a place you could sit back & read a book in. They have two big windows in front that open all the way so you can sit & enjoy the sun & the breeze. They also have a drive thru. This small, quiet place has great coffee. I would definitely visit again to try some of their other drinks.

Amazing wakiwaki it's delicious also they got games for the kids plus a tv I would recommend it to anyone. They got a amazing place it's got comics and cool collections for all y'all comic like people (I like them to) BATHROOMS ARE CLEAN THANK GODDESS

I LOVE this place. If you're looking for a perfect atmosphere to read a book or catch up with friends- this is it. I go out of my way to come here for coffee fairly often. The staff is always so nice, the building is very clean, and the coffee and pastries are fantastic! I'd recommend going to the open mic night when they bring it back- it was awesome!

I don't drink coffee, but I love coming here! The green tea is awesome! Everyone is so nice and makes you feel welcome. They do a lot for the community. On Thursday nights, they have open mic night and you can come hear local talent. Either come in or go through the drive thru, you won't be disappointed!

Love it, my family and I don't go here alot but when we do its amazing. I myself can't have coffe because of jitters and just mot feeling good. But their hot chocolate is littlerly the best, it does taste like its from a packet more like actually chocolate. But when I could have coffee their coffe is amazing. They also have sweets like chocolate covered pretzels, and other treats. (You can even get almond milk instead of milk if you can't have milk) also ALOT cheaper than Starbucks.

This is my favorite coffee shop in town. Their drinks are the best, everyone loves the Greenbean Mocha, a classic drink at their coffee shop. I love the Greenbean Mocha, but after trying every drink on their menu, all of them are amazing! The caramel they use on the Greenbean Mocha is somehow better than any caramel I've ever tried. The Chai Latte with cinnamon and whipped scream is one of my favorites also! It's delicious. I prefer to get my drinks iced here because the frozen will fill you up so fast. They allow you to get almost every drink either hot, iced, or frozen. Based on your preference. Every drink here is delicious though! I would recommend trying all the drinks. Their limited time drinks that they change during the months are always so spectacular too. Their walker drink during Halloween time was my favorite by far! They also featured a red velvet drink at some point that was great. Their drinks are full of flavor and are so creamy! Please try this place if you haven't yet!

This review is based on customer service received. i went in to purchase $100 in gift cards for Christmas. I was the only person inside and there was a line of 4-5 cars outside. There were four employees and not one acknowledged me. After waiting, approximately 5-10 minute, when they had no customers in side or out, the woman started washing dishes instead of waiting on me. Disgusted I turned to leave, then asked "do you even wait on your customers." She said she would wait on me, I told her not to bother I would take my business elsewhere. Besides losing at least $100 in business and me writing a negative review, my place of employment that ordered weekly has taken our business elsewhere. A business that prides themselves on customer service should train their employees to at least acknowledge customers who take time to enter their establishment. There's too many other options out there.

Greenbean is the BEST coffee house in all of Blair County. I'm never disappointed, and the employees are so kind. I recommend the iced greenbean mocha!

always love their new drinks. service is FANTASTIC as well. greenbean mocha frozen is so good but I love their seasonal drinks as well. they have bakery food there as well, but I've only had their double chocolate cake. the cake is sort of thick , but still good. overall, it is the best coffee shop I've been to, and will be forever

Greenbean has some wonderful coffee options when it comes to unique drinks. My favorite is the white peppermint mocha, iced, with candy cane topping & whipped cream. I would give the drinks 5/5. I'm rating a 3/5 for a few reasons. 1 - the drive thru takes a really long time. I've wait almost 10 minutes just to order and I was only the third person in line. I know there are only 2 people working but maybe there should be another person to help make drinks? 2 - the rewards for earning 10 stars is a free regular greenbean mocha. Why not make it a free drink or your choice? I don't drink plain mochas let alone hot mochas. Maybe you could get iced but I'm not sure if you can add flavoring for free... I was alway told a regular mocha. 3 - they were offering a free birthday cake speciality drink if you showed your license on your bday. My bday is New Year's Day ..... they were closed. I asked them on their Facebook page if I could still receive the free drink and they told me no! They were closed so I'm not sure why they wouldn't allow me to get in a few days after to get one!? I do get greeted w/ a smile at the window & they have entertainment occasionally if you follow their Facebook they post when they do. This is a pretty cool touch.
