Our favorite breakfast spot! The staff are always so sweet and welcoming. The food has been incredible every time and FAST. Coffee and mimosas are both great. Our regular order is now the chorizo eggs Benedict (pictured), the chilaquiles, and a cinnamon roll. Literally the best cinnamon roll we've ever had. Every. Single. Time. (2024 update - the chorizo eggs Benedict just keeps getting better! We regularly get it to-go these days and the eggs were perfect when we got home. Magical)

Friendly staff, great service. We love their brunch and the quality is consistent each time we come. Their Eggs Benedict is highly recommended!

YUM! What a hidden gem. Every bite of food we couldn’t help saying “this is so good.” Had the Eggs Benedict and Grits - the poblano sauce was not spicy and was perfectly creamy! Their potatoes were crispy and soft. The hibiscus drink was very refreshing. They had plenty of indoor seating and our waiter was so kind! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious!!!! Truly family owned, Authentic flavors with a cool presentation. I grew up on chilaquiles but have never seen them like these, I was intrigued when I saw them and blown away when I tasted them. I was very impressed from start to finish. Their homemade cinnamon rolls r perfect! Light, fluffy, warm, and fall apart on your fork. My boyfriend loved the migas con hamon, they were delicious classic flavors he knew as a kid with a twist he didn't expect. And washed it all down with some amazing and fresh mimosas. 1000% recommended! This is my new brunch spot. I only say $30-50 per person cuz you wont stop ordering.

I was so excited to try this place. The story on their website made it sound awesome. But in reality it was the complete opposite. We walked in and was pointed to where to sit. We then just sat there with no one saying anything to us. After a little bit I thought maybe you order from the counter. The gal just kinda dismissed it and just mumbled no. We then finally got some water. Ordered veggie frittata and fried chicken and grits. I also asked for a side of bacon. She repeated it and said "side of bacon" . My frittata didn't have much flavor and slightly over cooked. Grits were chunky so it wasn't cooked right. Chicken was super salty. She then brings a side of pancakes. I said we didn't order any. She says you asked for a side of pancakes? 🤷🏽‍♀️ So we just kept the pancakes and she brought the bacon. Sad 3 little rubbery pieces of bacon was given to us. One piece was completely burnt. Another piece wasn't fully cooked. No refilling of water or anything. Also asked for salt and pepper and that didn't come. We had to get up and grab our ourselves. Wasn't a satisfying experience.

The butternut squash & mushroom eggs Benedict was amazing! Super flavorful and well cooked. Even the side of diced potatoes with camolized onions was very good. I definitely suggest their eggs Benedict options. The French toast was nice, but nothing special. Not nearly enough dulce de leche. I didn't even notice it on the dish. If they added enough dulce de leche to make it noticeable that would be great.

12/10 will definitely return. Lovely service. Incredible Mexican inspired yet classic brunch options. The parmesan polenta cakes (the gluten free option for eggs Benedict) were crunchy on the outside, rich in the middle. The Migas con Jamon were crunchy & extremely filling. They don't come with breakfast potatoes, & they were so filling I didn't have room for the side of potatoes I had ordered. Wonderful quality, quick service, & you can see the kitchen hard at work as they create your food. Will definitely return! Update: everything is still just as good as my last visit. If you like pork, their Chilaquiles are incredible! & They have mimosas now, too!

This place is a hidden gem. The poblano sauce is so delicious. I got the scramble with spinach and added a side of poblano sauce. It tastes like a mild pepper queso. Definitely my favorite breakfast spot in WS/WC/Burien area. Don’t sleep on this place. They aren’t that busy and we need to keep them open.
