Super cool area for art, the Wednesdays night kids free art event was very crowded but still fun! The puppet exhibit was really cool to see before hand

I would recommend a visit to GreenHill to anyone. It's the place to connect with North Carolina art, no matter what your experience level. Lots of really fun and free events, artist talks, gallery openings, etc. If you have kids, they will love making art in the studios! If you are looking for locally handmade gifts, this is the place to go. You can easily spend hours here. There was a very cool interactive dance performance that was associated with a past exhibition at GreenHill. It was a really special night and one-of-a-kind. I'll attach some photos to this review!

Lovely time at the Paperhand opening, beautiful and inspiring art.

Community arts gallery spaces for local and regional artists to display, share, and sell. A great resource and time well spent visiting. I don't love the postmodern architecture, but that's not why I came. I came for contemporary art by local and regional artists and I found that in spades. It's one of the best things in Greensboro and I wish more cities had a place like this.

Such a cool way to experience art in an accessible way - and the best place to find a local, artful souvenir.

The art studio for kids is lots of fun and we even made a new friend. Love the ability for them to explore different art forms and have it all at their disposal. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was very organized and a fun afternoon.

Free gallery that always has great, innovative artists and artwork. At this facility there is an African American art gallery and a Native American gallery. Not big galleries, but always have nice, unique work.

Literally the coolest gallery I have ever been to. If you like modern, funky multimedia art & "think pieces", this place is amazing. No photos to add, as I wasn't sure of the policy. The gift shop (which sells arts & crafts by NC artists only, I believe) is equally amazing. Housed within the larger Greensboro Cultural Center (a gem in its own right), this place is not to be missed. Uber friendly staff also.

Green Hill Center for North Carolina Art is a very cool art gallery that hosts unique art exhibits. I've been to several exhibitions at the gallery and each one has been very enjoyable. The most recent showing featured the design of motorcycles with real motorcycles dating from the early 1900's through today. In addition to providing a history of the evolution of the motorcycle, the exhibit shows the evolution and future of motorcycle design. Green Hill has hosted a couple of events around the motorcycle exhibition with a craft beer night and a blues night. Look out for their exhibitions and also be on the lookout for special events.
