Our office received a snack gift basket of local vendors. The shortbread cookies from GIB were by far, the best thing in the box. I've eaten a lot of cookies in my life and they are the best shortbread cookies I have ever eaten. They were delicious! Thank you Green Island Bakery!

Received some of their Irish shortbread cookies in my Rounds order and now I have a new favorite shortbread cookie! Lightly sweet, rich buttery taste, and they melt so nicely in the mouth. I can't wait to try all of the other cookies they sell!

I tried the shortbread cookies which tasted like pure baking powder. It lacked flavor compared to Lorna Doone shortbread cookies. If this is authentic Irish pastry, let it stay in Ireland!

If Lucky Charms could get away from the bratty menacing cereal kids, he’d run right to Green Island bakery for their chocolate chip biscuits. Any more authentic and you’d need to order a Guinness with ‘em
