Our office received a snack gift basket of local vendors. The shortbread cookies from GIB were by far, the best thing in the box. I've eaten a lot of cookies in my life and they are the best shortbread cookies I have ever eaten. They were delicious! Thank you Green Island Bakery!

GreenIsland Bakery makes THE most delicious shortbread cookies you will ever taste -- my family enjoyed the light, melt-in-your-mouth flavors so much that we ate all three packages we bought in one sitting. I tried the shortbread cookies which tasted like pure baking powder. It lacked flavor compared to Lorna Doone shortbread cookies. If this is authentic Irish pastry, let it stay in Ireland!
