I had appointment at 8a.m they told me turn around we are full no room right now come back at 11 am then went back then they give me dock 1.30pm and got unloaded by 2.30pm no parking and tight spot. There is parking even overnight there is street call Hill drive. It’s in circle and back

reading the comments, I was reserved when it came to my delivery. But the people here are very kind and professional. They received me a whole day early and that's why I give them an extra star. A little tight for the backing, but a little patience and skill and everything is ok😇.

!!!BEAWARE!!! If you’re picking up hello fresh and your broker is Axel Logistics pay attention. If you get loaded late from here but your here on time but the product is not ready or its busy snd taking a while THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A LATE FEE for not reaching your destination on time. Yes you heard that correctly…hello fresh and axel logistics will charge YOU a late fee if you don’t deliver your load on time. Make that make sense? I guess these days people don’t have trucks they have trucks with wings that can fly pretty fast? Axel Logistics does not care if your log book is legal or not because clearly the load needs to get there on time regardless if you reach here ON TIME AND THEY LOAD YOU LATE. If you have dealt with this you can file a complaint and they will be looking into where this so called “late fee” is coming from which is absurd. For anyone ORDERING Hello Fresh your order is refrigerated while in travel once it reaches FED EX it’s not refrigerated anymore! They don’t have any refrigerated warehouses. No wonder why Hello Fresh has so many re calls. Good luck.

Truck driver comment (They unload the load in a very long time and they are very slow)

I check in at 6:40 for my 7am appointment. I get to a dock ASAP…Took over 2 hours to unload 2 pallets. No overnight parking.

I delivered here first time today great facility to delivery very fast unloading and workers very helpful

1 pallet checked in at 6 am and its 1 pm still waiting for my paperwork workers are very rude and lazy here dont know hiw to talk in english knows only spanish place is super tight no overnight or street parkung nearby
