Greenock Brewers Barossa Valley

7 star review. This is a hidden gem!!!! Amazing service from what I presume was the owner, great beer and exceptional venue. As a result of our brief stop here we will be coming back and staying a weekend in the caravan park.

Wow, what an awesome place. Beers are magnificent and Chris ( the owner, brewer, barman) is really knows his stuff. I tried all beers and couldn't fault any. Great to see someone who is so passionate about his business. Nice Sunday arvo to chill and chat with locals.

Sensational local brewery with a great range, especially fine pale ale. Chris and his partner have created an outstanding venue with a fabulous offering and a real passion for warm hospitality and great hospitality. Ask Chris to explain how his products are unique:-). This cosy hideaway is so atmospheric! Had their lovely beers in front of an open fire and great conversation with the owner. Call in if you're staying in the beautiful Barossa for some true Australian hospitality!

Their dark ales and stouts are excellent,in fact,I thought all their beers were excellent.I also had their "Dinner ale" which was flavoursome and layered. Their little garden was great with bluesy music in the background.The dog came to greet us as we pulled up and made friends with our dog straight away which was just the best thing we could have expected on arrival. Highly recommended. We will visit first next time and then move on to the distilleries.

It felt like our experience had everything you could ask for. The owner was friendly and accommodating and gave us a tour of the brewery. The place was full of locals who were all super-friendly. The 'Aussie-ness' of this place felt like a scene out of Crocodile Dundee. They had nibbles on the counter to share as we sampled the beers. We bought a mixed 6-pack and then sat outside in the courtyard to enjoy another beer in the sun. It was perfect.

Chris showed us around his microbrewery and revealed the process behind his top quality beers and the history of the town. Chris was very knowledgeable and eager to share, ripping out some top shelf dad jokes in the process. Great to support Chris the great man! Highly recommended!

Brilliant micro brewery. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Beers delicious. Great food. Highly recommended.
