The 38 Best Restaurants in New Delhi, India | Eater

"Price Range: $$$ Vegan restaurants are recent and rare in Delhi, and always upscale. This has often meant that vegan spots offer poor copies of something someone has eaten in the United States, with foreign vegetables clumsily stacked into bowls. Greenr Cafe retains the fashionable clientele and California-esque aesthetic associated with veganism in India but features locally sourced vegetables, often delicious dishes, and even better desserts. Know before you go: The Greater Kailash branch has an adjoining bar with wine and cocktails, as well as a vast selection of teas." - Sharanya Deepak

It is a very quaint and rustic set-up with an excellent selection of vegetarian and vegan fusion food options. The service by our server Sanju and the manager Abhishek was impeccable and we will definitely be revisiting in the future! One of our party had some dietary restrictions regarding onion and garlic, so the options were a bit limited, but the entire staff, including the chef, were very helpful and accommodating. Great experience overall!

From the moment you walk through the simple glass door of Greene Café in Greater Kailash, you feel like you’ve discovered a little hideaway. Muted greens and sunlit wood give the place a gentle, comforting warmth, and potted ferns hanging from shelves make it feel like a cozy greenhouse. Soft acoustic music plays in the background, and the clink of cutlery blends with friendly smiles from staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. Avocado & Cucumber Sushi These rolls arrive on a slate platter, looking delicate yet inviting. The creamy avocado meets the crisp bite of English cucumber, all wrapped in perfectly seasoned rice. A light yuzu-soy drizzle adds just the right hint of citrus, turning each bite into a small moment of joy. Moroccan Red Earth Bowl This dish is where Greene Café really shines. Roasted beetroot, sweet potato, and parsnip sit atop fluffy quinoa, accented by bright ribbons of preserved lemon and crunchy toasted pistachios. The harissa-infused tahini dressing brings it all together, adding a gentle warmth that makes the flavors sing in harmony. It’s both a feast for the eyes and a delight for your taste buds. Garden Vegetable Pizza Far from a heavy, doughy slice, this pizza has a thin, blistered crust that crackles at the edges. It’s topped with heirloom cherry tomatoes, charred broccoli florets, zucchini ribbons, and creamy goat cheese. A scattering of micro-basil leaves and a drizzle of olive-oil reduction finish it off, making every bite feel fresh but satisfying. Service here is just as impressive as the food. Your waiter refills your water before you even notice you’re running low, checks in at the perfect moments, and offers thoughtful recommendations when you ask. In the kitchen, the chefs quietly work their magic, delivering each course with care and flair. All in all, Greene Café is a hidden gem in Greater Kailash. Whether you’re out for a peaceful lunch by yourself or catching up with friends over dinner, you’ll leave feeling that everything about your visit was just right.

Greener Cafe is honestly one of the nicest little vegan spots I’ve come across in South Delhi. The moment you walk in, the place gives off a cozy, bohemian vibe with warm lighting and a relaxed atmosphere—feels like a hidden gem tucked away from the chaos of the city. The food is the real highlight here. I tried their sushi rolls and nachos, and they were not only beautifully presented but also super fresh and flavorful. Honestly, it’s hard to believe vegan food can taste this good! What I loved most is how they manage to keep everything light, healthy, and natural without compromising on taste. Each dish feels wholesome and crafted with care. The staff is really friendly and attentive, which makes the whole dining experience even better. I’ve seen other reviews mentioning the same, and I completely agree—the hospitality here is top-notch. It’s not just about the food, though. The vibe of the place makes you want to sit for hours, whether you’re with friends or just looking for a quiet meal. Overall, Greener Cafe combines delicious plant-based dishes, a charming ambience, and excellent service. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Delhi and want to enjoy something fresh and different! It was paid review I got 150 for this

A very impressive plant based cafe. The burgers were awesome and bakery items really fresh. The service is polite and prompt. Good view of the N block park. Perfect to sit at the window on a cold winter day and absorb the sun

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—hard to believe vegan dishes can taste this good. The staff was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet modern. Every dish had a unique twist that made it stand out, and the desserts were simply heavenly. Highly recommend this spot whether you’re vegan or not—you’ll walk out satisfied and wanting to come back again! 🌱✨

The pizza was outstanding. Superb. The choices available for vegetarians is refreshing. We got a table in the 'outside' section. Seating was tight on a busy Saturday with the servers sometimes nudging my friend with the sliding door. Our table was small and wasn't able to accommodate our appetite and plentiful food. We did not enjoy the dessert at all - a berry cheesecake. Overall, recommend a visit for the food.

Discovered this cafe by accident and couldn’t be happier! It’s a very big space, so make sure to check out the second floor too. Very spacious, great atmosphere to come chill and work on your computer or have a healthy vegetarian meal. It’s all vegetarian but delicious. The like mousse was to die for and the coffee was delicious. They also sell some products there too. Bathroom was stylish and hygienic. The only downside was that the first waiter I got, obviously seeing that I’m a foreigner was not able to speak even basic English and just kept repeating what I said, without even thinking of calling someone who can understand me instead. So I had to introduce this idea 😅 After I got a waiter who could speak English, the service was good. Just took some time to catch someone to get the bill. Hence the -1 star for service.

I always enjoy the young vibes of this restaurant. Also they have variety of twists in their menu. Pizza was good but sushi was ok. Saffron tea was nice. Service is good n so is the staff. Ample of space to sit so no waiting last time their nachos were good n so was done burger
