Greens and Grains Mays Landing

I’m so thankful for the existence of Greens and Grains! Met up with my other longtime veg friends for lunch and we were drooling over every menu item. Growing up in this area in the 90s we longed for any veggie food options but they were nonexistent back then. Now, it’s a dream come true to be able to get delicious food, at incredible prices, in our own neighborhood. Thank you, G&G! I finally tried the Cuban Ciabatta and I loved it!

First time having it and I fell in love. Ordered a classic açaí bow with no coconut flakes and added strawberries. 100/10!! Love the taste of the granola! I also got the Avocado BLT and loved it as well! Very light and filling! I will be coming back, thank you!!!

Whether it’s the wraps, smoothies, or bowls—everything is top-notch vegan goodness. A special shoutout to Kayla, who made the experience even better with her warm energy and helpful recommendations. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for delicious, plant-based food in a welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back again!

I’ve been going to G&G for awhile now and it’s always delicious, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the staff members are great! Especially Bri, who is always welcoming and makes sure orders are prepared perfectly. I recommend Greens and Grains to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians!
