Greggs

Egg Mayo Sandwich is absolutely disgusting, bland and hard to finish. Their Potato Wedges are lovely, warm and indulgent. Their Tuna Melt Baguette is delicious too, but I do wish there was more tuna in it. Service is efficient even when there is a considerably long queue. Good value for money as £5 for a meal deal is pretty good, just don't get the Egg Mayo Sandwich.

Only one picture of an eaten sausage roll as they are too good to let go cold while faffing with a phone! THIS GREGGS GETS BIIIIZAAAAY! If you are lucky to bag a seat you can have a decent priced coffee,drink,sarnie, pastry and watch the hustle and bustle of Westfield. During peak times the food always seems to be hot as I am sure the ovens are on constantly! Also, what happened to the pizza? I'm sure it never used to be this good. The staff always seem to be lovely but very busy so don't expect a conversation about the theory of relativity you might have at a local Greggs lol.

Most incompetent staff I ever seen they are not trained proper I ordered bacon and omlette roll she wrote it down on the end I still got bacon and a sausage baguette. I had to wait more than 15min The security guard treating people very disrespectfully touching everyone and pushing to the other line.

Employee kept rushing us and forcing us to order quick. She would not allow us to use a code we had for a free drink. She told us “to hurry up because the place was packed” when we were just asking what we can get. She made us feel overstimulated and uncomfortable and felt judgemental.

Really huge shout out for Nita she is amazing lady served me a nice warm food with good options of sauces and huge smile on face. Whereas, Another great place of Greggs! Menu keeps evolving to meet every budget and the range of products means there is something for everyone at any time of day! I personally love the great value coffee (gives pricier merchants a run for their money any time!) and veggies, which I somehow manage to add to all my orders! Just need to get long chairs to seat whereas it prefer more and more customers while having seating to have food. The points scheme is also fabulous and those points quickly add up to genuine freebies from the menu - but please add the option to buy a larger meal or subs with points 🙏

Greggs in Westfield, it certainly lives up to it’s reputation. It has a good variety of sandwiches, and pastries. It is clean, plenty of space, quick service, open late. Their chicken korma baguette is just as you would expect from Greggs. Maintains a good temperature, filling. Subtle flavour not overpowering. Filling just tight, it does not gush out all over the place.

Waiting time was around 10 minutes, some of the pastries were burnt, when I got my patty it was cold had to ask for it to be reheated. Customer service was alright, service was a bit rushed other then that Greggs is Greggs you can’t go wrong with it !!

The Food in the *Counters* (Burnt & Overcooked) all the Time, also the *Cleanliness* not Good Either. Last time i put my Food on the (Table on the Right) Completely Wet with some form of Liquid... yuk. ☹️👎🏼
