Greggs and Its Sausage Rolls Arrive at Primark on Oxford Street | Eater London

"Described by the company as its 'flagship' when it opened in July, the Leicester Square location has also faced skepticism — a critic labelled the concept a 'fucking scam' — underscoring the divide between widespread affection for the brand and criticisms of its commercial theatrics." - Adam Coghlan

We had potato wedges and vegan sausage roll which was really good. I would recommend to try it out

What can I say about this Greggs. As always it's located in a convenient and easily accessible place. The menu is the same and they have started adding new items which is great to see and try. The staff are friendly and prompt. The food is always consistent and if the item you want is not hot they will let you know the wait time to make an informed decision. It's a feel good place to snack that just hits the spot, or breakfast lunch or evening snack. Great service, location and food. Well worth a visit for your pastry and sandwich needs.

Greggs offers relatively cheap food in the heart of London's Leicester Square. Unfortunately, with the low price also comes low quality and the food is simply junk. Great location by the park, where you can sit if you manage to find a bench, as the whole square is crowded with people.

I asked for a sausage and bacon baguette with hash browns. They had no hash browns, and had no sausages left ( this was as 10.15AM) and had to wait 5 minutes for the bacon to cook. Lady behind the counter seemed pretty miserable and didn’t want to be there. Love Greggs up and down the country but the service and food lacked at this store.

The staff training is poor 👎👎, always very slow, completely indifferent to the waiting customers. Every time they act as if their work doesn't care, and is passive. Is this chain so unpicky about their employees? The efficiency is too low! If they really don't want to open this place, they can have someone else manage it! Please operate or close it well!😡

A handy place to eat with a good location, but long wait times and customer service could be better. I visited the Greggs store and the queue was very long and almost out the door, it took a while to get served. It was hard to distinguish where to actually wait and there were no markings and the central reservation with products on confused me as to where I should stand and wait. The store had a security guard and there were several staff but by the time I got served the experience was average and the customer service wasn’t bad but it was by no means good either. The food selection was plentiful and there is also a refrigerator with cold drinks. The location also advertises that it’s part of the Refill London water bottle refill scheme but I haven’t used it yet. I ordered a sausage roll and it was hot, crispy and fresh. I assume due to the high turnover of customers this allows the food to be fresher. Overall experience was average and I would go back again, the food was good which is the most important part but the atmosphere and service could be improved. The location and opening hours are very convenient.

Same as any other Greggs you get good food at a good price. Leicester square Greggs was let down by the girl that served me. I had a bottle of come abd asked for a sausage roll which was almost thrown at me. The server did not say a word, make eye contact very rude.
