Gregory's Coffee customer service is outstanding. Positive attitudes and all smiles. They even filled an odd request of mine. 10/10 recommend!!

Great, friendly, and prompt service. Solid coffee and tea selections. Happy to start off the day with them. The space itself is clean and modern. I enjoy going in and sitting down.

This place is awesome! I accidentally bought un-ground coffee somewhere in my hometown and I have been asking at places for weeks throughout DC trying to get it ground and no one would help me. I went here and the nicest employee walked me through what to order (since it was my first time) at Gregory's and ground my coffee beans! Definitely will be coming back and buying my next bag here because the coffee is delicious.

(Review for the 1900 L St location.) Wonderful experience! The staff is friendly and efficient. My medium caramel macchiato was perfect (highly recommended). The wifi is great too. Gregory's is one of my favorite coffee chains back in NYC, so I'm delighted that they are now in DC and just as good as back home. I would recommend downloading their app for rewards. As for sweet snacks, the best baked goods are the carrot cake loaf, the chai cinnamon blow out (which dries out fast but is delicious), the brownie and the dark chocolate cookie.

Polite but slow service. Not all key ingredients are listed, and prices far exceed value. Great atmosphere but just not worth it... $7 for a watered down flavorless smoothie (took two remakes to get that) and $6 for a small iced coffee. Never thought I’d say this but you win, Starbucks.

Asked if they had heavy cream before ordering. They said yes. Then they didn't have heavy cream except they did have heavy cream and just refused to give us any. The americano tasted like hot water. We are checking out DC coffee shops and went to Philz yesterday and it was one of the best coffee experiences I've ever had. This place was horrible. Please don't waste your money supporting poor service and even worse coffee.

Website says they open at 6:30. I showed up at 6:57 and the doors were locked. There was one employee inside setting up and he did not acknowledge me. I skipped my normal Starbucks to come here instead. Very disappointed.
