"Sitting within the luxurious Whatley Manor Hotel & Spa, but with a feel all of its own, is this elegant grey-hued restaurant – ask for a booth or dine in the garden in the summer months. It presents a slightly less formal alternative to The Dining Room, serving a menu of globally influenced small plates that's divided into 'Earth', 'Land' and 'Sea', often featuring salad and vegetables from the kitchen garden. The cooking showcases well-defined flavours and careful craft, in dishes like prawn tortellini with coconut bisque. On Sundays, you can enjoy a traditional roast lunch." - Michelin Inspector

Ordered about 10 different teas from Greys and each time the tea is perfect. Their Yunnan black and Mangalam estate Assam are excellent quality. Assam teas are my absolute favourite and the Mangalam is just the perfect Assam for me, I really do enjoy that tea so much. Thursday I ordered a few Ceylons, a Rwandan and a Kenyan teas, they arrived today (Saturday and they also look so beautiful). I’ve never seen an TGFOP1orthodox Kenyan tea, is got beautiful big leaves and smells amazing. The St Andrews OP1 Ceylon also has big beautiful leaves and again smells so good. The Rwandan leaves are on the smaller end but they smell amazing, if they’re anything like Fortnums Rwandan then it’s a winner, fortnums suprrised me on how good an orthodox Rwandan tea could be so I’m really hoping this is similar, fortnums was beautiful with a rich flavour full body and quite a good morning / mid morning tea. I’ve just brewed a cup of the Kandy Ceylon and it looks beautiful, nice clear coppery gold colour and it’s a very brisk and refreshing brew, but at the same time has some depth of flavour and it’s got a pretty unique flavour to it. Highly recommend greys and not had an issue with any of their products.

I ordered greys teas online several times and was very happy with the teas. But since trying to query a problem with an order twice (using two different greys teas email addresses) with no reply to either, I've been going elsewhere for my teas.

Didn't eat here but looked nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Has outside seating and based in a very peaceful place. Would go again.
