Google
We visited on a Wednesday morning, so it was nice and quiet and easy to get a table. The place was easy to find, and spacious enough, and seemed clean and tidy. The service was good, and the food was out quickly and was really tasty, with good portion sizes. We would definitely come back next time we're in North LV.

Google
Overall had an amazing experience! We had come here after receiving bad service from the restaurant next door and decided to eat here instead. The service from all staff was great! Super friendly and attentive! Food was very yummy and big portions as well. The mimosas were some of the best I’ve had. We’re visiting from Cali but definitely would come back when I’m out here again.

Google
This is certainly our last visit here. This area generally hasn't had many breakfast options so we come here but this time service was the worst. It seems they have 1 server to manage the whole room. It took 8 min for the hostess to take our drink order. Never got a refill. I had to go to the station and ask for syrup. I had to give the table next our syrup because they didn't have any. We love to support local businesses but they have to be at least functional and this place isn't it. They stay busy but as competition continues to invest in this area I'll be surprised if this place survives. The pancakes were so doughy I put of a picture of how much we ate.

Google
Breakfast dinner with awesome lunch/dinner options. I got the club sandwhich and was not disappointed. Full of crispy bacon. Fries were perfectly cooked. The skillet plates are to die for. Great atmosphere and good food.

Google
I have eaten here twice now and I don't think I'll be back. The coffee is bland, the food is low quality (at a very high price), and the decor/ambiance is mid at best. It's obvious that the owners put profit above quality in all aspects. I can't emphasize enough how much the quality of the food is NOT worth the price you'll pay. The servers are good and are the only reason I'm not giving a 1-star review.

Google
Took a party of 5 to Griddlecakes at 11am. The place was packed and we had to wait for about 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we had to wait for an additional 20 minutes to even get a drink order started. There was one waitress for a full dining room, which kind of is an excuse, but people who came in after us were served before us, so I think poor table management and organization is the real issue. When we finally ordered, we waited another 20 minutes for our food to arrive, and in between, the drinks we requested (water, orange juice, and soda) came out sporadically. At one point, we were waiting on a 4th water and they brought him an orange juice instead, which wasn't a big deal because the OJ was good, but he'd been waiting 15 minutes for a water and still ended up wrong. When the food came out, it was delicious. The skillets were the perfect amount of food. The pancakes were ridiculously large. We all ended up splitting a short stack because it was too much for one person. We all went with biscuits and gravy as our sides and those came out sporadically as well. We never even got one of them, but, again there was already too much food so it didn't ultimately matter. We never got a single refill the whole meal. Maybe don't come when it's busy. Otherwise it's delicious.

Google
Nice spot we visited for breakfast. There was no wait time when we arrived so that was great. I wanted to try their pancakes which is a breakfast favorite of mine so I ordered the lumber jack. We were seated at a 2 person table, one observation I noticed was the table spacing was small for the size plates they bring out but we made due. They provide good size portions. The pancakes were huge and I was only able to eat 1/3. They were pretty tasty but filling. The potatoes, bacon, and eggs were also good. Overall everything had good flavor and the waitress was nice and attentive.

Google
A GREAT breakfast place. I've never had a bad meal here. Friendly attentive staff. I am attempting to try everything in the menu. Sometimes the music is not conducive to the mostly older crowds.

Yelp
If you're in Las Vegas and craving a delicious breakfast or brunch, Griddlecakes is a must-visit! We arrived on a Sunday, ready to indulge, and even though there was a 30-minute wait, it was totally worth it. Once we were seated, our server was super friendly and attentive. They made us feel right at home and were happy to answer all of our questions. I decided to go for the classic chicken and waffles, and it was absolutely mouthwatering. The waffles were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. My friend had the steak and eggs, and he was equally impressed. If you're feeling adventurous, be sure to check out their specialty griddlecakes. They have everything from birthday cakes to s'mores, and they all look absolutely delicious. Overall, Griddlecakes is a fantastic spot for breakfast or brunch. The food is amazing, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. It's the perfect place to start your day in Las Vegas.

Yelp
Busy and worth it! Solid breakfast spot with good portions and great service. We were greeted right away and even though we had to wait for a table, they got us seated in good time. We got the country fried steak, corn beef hash & eggs and the birthday cake pancake. As stated, good portions, but the pancake was HUGE lol and we only got the single (thank goodness). Overall, a good spot and would recommend!

Yelp
Tried this spot for breakfast. The service was a bit slow at times, but the servers were engaging and friendly. I tried the mini stack griddle cakes. The were larger than I expected. They were served hot and I had no complaints.
google avatar

Wendy G.

Yelp
We've been here many times and it's always very pleasant, they have soft music playing in the dinning areas. We got the French toast and love griddles since they are red velvet. The staff here is really friendly and kind even though I have allergies they went above and beyond to prepare my meal. We did have one issue with egg shells in our egg whites but the manager was nice enough to Comp. it from our receipt.
google avatar

Mitch H.

Yelp
It's a nice little breakfast nook. I would definitely try a griddle cake. Their waffles looked amazing so I will be going back to try them.
google avatar

Yelp
Packed during breakfast hours. Staff was very friendly, and welcoming. Public Restrooms located in the back. Appears to be an efficiently ran establishment. Very quaint inside, not too loud. They also have non breakfast items. Try their seasonal specials- currently blueberry and ricotta pancakes!

Yelp
I can't tell you how many times I have been to this place. Every time we come they always serve us well. The servers are always prompt with getting us in and serving us our drinks. Mind you this place can be busy on the weekends but definitely worth the wait. The plates are huge and always served hot. If you come regularly they start to know you by name :) Today we came in and it was an all guys shift. They expressed their eagerness to win the most reviews for the store over the girls crew lol I can't tell you how well the whole store is but the guys crew was the first to ask us to review. Luis , and Carlos and Cisco served us today and did it with efficiency. The ambiance in this place is home style and well worth coming back

Yelp
Food was quite good and portions were generous. Wife ordered pancakes and was surprised at the size of them. Said she could have got by with just one with her bacon and eggs. Staff was quick and friendly.

Yelp
The staff are kind and friendly. It feels like hanging out with family. We took our servers recommendations and went with the meat lovers scramble and the monkey business pancakes. I liked it, but it also tasted like something I could make for myself at home. Great place to hang out though so I gotta give them credit for creating a comfortable environment.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday and relieved it wasn't crowded. I was seated right away. Breakfast was simple, eggs/bacon/potatoes/toast and a cup of coffee. A bit like a diner, next time I'll try a griddlecake . The service was excellent, and the prices were good

Yelp
We were greeted right away. It was slightly busy. There are NO coffee drinks, just plain coffee. But it didn't matter because the food was amazing!! Beautifully plated and delicious. My picky kid ate everything. It is a little bright inside, and since it's smaller the noise can carry - but don't let that deter you from trying it at least once. Would be five stars if they had more coffee options and ambient lighting. Yes, I'm that snob.

Yelp
We stopped in at Griddlecakes this morning for the first time and WOW are we sure glad we did. The food was served fast and was very delicious. I had the Western Skillet and recommend it highly. We also had the three egg breakfast with pancakes. You have to try the pancakes. Simply amazing! The staff was very friendly and the service was exceptional. We never had to wait for drink refills or coffee top offs. Awesome experience The restaurant is located at the end of a busy strip center with plenty of parking. They have a good size dining room with both booths and tables and lots of natural lighting. Overall I highly recommend Griddlecakes it's a great local place to get a quick bite to eat. We really enjoyed our experience.

Yelp
The food, service, and ambiance were great, but I'm not too fond of places that assign a tip to my bill, and then they request another tip on top of this preassigned amount. Due to this, I will not be returning.

Yelp
We came in on a Saturday morning and there was a wait as expected. The tables were pretty small and felt a little crowded. The food was okay breakfast food. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Yelp
Don't get the Turkey Sunrise This review is in no way a reflection of the service my party and I received. We were a group of 6 and our waitress was wonderful. I don't recall her name but she was blonde. She and a young man were great about bringing our food out in a timely fashion, with no mistakes and they were all over refills. This less than great review is about my meal specifically. I always get a veggie omelet with egg whites no matter where I go for breakfast or brunch. I saw that the gluten free menu offered an egg white omelet with turkey bacon. It didn't come with a gluten free toast option which I was fine with because I'm not gluten free. The omelet itself appealed to me because of the egg whites. It also did not come with a side of potatoes but fruit instead . Also totally fine. I never get potatoes as a side anyhow. I take whatever the sub is ie fruit, tomato slices etc. I asked for an English muffin instead of the fruit which our lovely server was happy to sub for me. Here's what was disappointing. Our food started coming to the table plate after plate with giant omelets and hearty sides of potatoes AND toast placed in front of my friends. Mine came out last and my sad lonely little omelet with an English muffin was placed in front of me and no joke it was HALF the size of everyone else's meal. I expect to pay extra for egg whites. My order was called the Turkey Sunrise which already came with egg whites. It was priced @ $16.99 which comes with the less the usual sized egg white omelet and a side of fruit. If I had "built an omelet" and subbed egg whites for $2, I could have had a giant omelet with 2 veggies, a meat and cheese AND Potatoes AND toast for the same price. One positive about the meal was it was served with a generous amount of avocado which was fresh and tasty. Bottom line, the Turkey Sunrise is not of equal value to the other options on the menu. I literally left hungry. If you are seeking a healthier but still filling omelet that's worth the money, build your own omelet get 3 veggies, a lean protein, skip the cheese and sub egg whites instead of whole eggs.

Yelp
Chicken fried steak is so good Home fries delicious The staff helps each other out and it's great to see Thanks for a great Sunday brunch

Yelp
Terrible Service after ordering to go and ended up having to wait 55 minutes for to go Orders. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. Just Awful service and long wait time while servers stand around talking to each other regarding their personal lives.

Yelp
Food was great, service was fast, morning crew the best!! We loved it!! Their hard working and customer service was A Plus!!!

Yelp
Strange pancakes. I had the blueberry lemon pancakes. Sounds so flavorful. They weren't. Tasted no lemon and very little blueberry. They were also dense, not fluffy. Maybe the batter was over beat? I also got a side of bacon . The bacon was tasty, however, $6 for 3 pieces? Not cool.

Yelp
Service - Stopped by to dine in on a Tuesday morning around 10 am. They had the hostess stand outside with the "please wait to be seated" message displayed but no employees in sight. I waited for a few minutes then stepped inside. 2 employees (one male one female) kind of side eyed me, I assume maybe because I should have waited outside? Anyways, the male gestures for me to sit in a small corner table. Cool. I wait 10...15.. 20 minutes. Mind you the place is semi busy for a week day so that's fine. A waitress finally gestures over to me in acknowledgment that she'd be over in a minute. Another 10...15 minutes pass. I see said waitress go over and greet another table that just walked in. I'm about to leave to go elsewhere when she notices me and comes to take my order. Food - this is what I was willing to wait for. I've heard great things about this location. So I was excited to try. SUPER LET DOWN. Not only with service but taste. This crab benny left much to be desired. Terrible flavor. SUPER MUSHY and the hollandaise sauce?? Needs a new recipe :( #disappointed (fries were good however)

Yelp
Stopped by before a Costco run, we almost didn't eat here because the initial wait estimate was 45 minutes and we were about to be seated at a nearby restaurant when they called to say our table was ready. This is typical American breakfast spot. I ordered a basic plate with eggs, hash browns, and Portuguese sausage. I was not expecting the Portuguese sausage that I received, for some reason I thought it'd be the sausage served at Hawaiian restaurants. All in all, it was good, I cleared my plate. My wife's ordered a skillet, it was good and she had no complaints.
google avatar

Yelp
It's food and for breakfast. Large portions and quick service. Very attentive staff. Needs siracha!!!!!

Sarah W.

Yelp
I've been your biggest fan until today when you gave me french toast for churro bites. You cut up a slice of French toast. Maybe you should take that off the menu. I'm very disappointed. I've had your churro bits before
google avatar

Lance L.

Yelp
For the money. I was expecting a little bit better. Came for the egg's benedict. I am kind of a eggs benedict snob who makes this a breakfast go to dish whenever I eat lout. My biggest caveat was they didn't toast the English muffin. Eggs benedict 101. After the yolk broke the bread was a mushy mess from there. The hollandaise sauce was good, and the breakfast potatoes were outstanding! The atmosphere was okay. Located in a strip mall off the beaten path, I don't think there are many breakfast places on this side of town, so they are a good spot. It was clean and my breakfast was slightly above average. Would I eat there again. Sure, why not. I believe they have a few locations around town. Don't let the wait stand outside the front door fool you. Walk past it and when someone looks at you point to the table you want and sit down. Waiting to be seated is not necessary unless they are busy. Move the thing if it's not being used. The girl (waitress) looked at me funny when I walked in. Not the warm hello you normally expect. Being one of the only places to eat breakfast in the area besides Denny's, it's not bad. Would I bring my family? sure. It's good for a one and done.
google avatar

The Hungry H.

Yelp
Very chill environment So chill That service is slow . The food is good , but there was no hostess to regulate the front area or greet so people were getting seated in incorrect order of arrival . Everyone is hungry and that could escalate quickly . This was the situation on both visits of a party of two .

Ted D.

Yelp
40 minutes and no food. No apologies. It seemed like they were more interested in serving pickup orders than seated customers.
google avatar

Melanie M.

Yelp
Prepare to wait on the weekends as the inside is very small. My mom and I came here on a Saturday morning so we had to wait about 20 minutes. The wait is worth it though. I got the ABC skillet which is avocado, bacon, chicken, and shredded cheese mixed and served on potatoes. You get 3 eggs any style you like. I got scrambled. You also get a biscuit and gravy or toast. I got a biscuit and gravy and put some of the gravy over my scrambled eggs. It was so delicious that I ate every single bite and was really full until late at night! The service is awesome! I would come here often if I lived in Las Vegas!

Nicole H.

Yelp
Let me just say it, the people who work here are rude af! Not once, but every single time I've ordered to go (4x's to be exact). Of course you think the first time, maybe even the second time people are having a bad day, and you give them grace, but grace can only extend so far until it just need to be called out as having bad attitudes which equates to bad customer service. The woman (dirty blonde hair) is the rudest of them all, I believe she is the owner or manager. She's a horrible example of what running a customer service industry business should look like in America. She's rude by phone, no personality just cold like a robot. Then she's rude in person too when you go in to get the food, the workers don't even greet you with a smile upon walking in. One of these 4x's times that I've gone I walked in to get my called in order and legit 2 workers and the woman just starred...no hello, how are you, are you here to pick up your food. I just proceeded to walk towards them since they were all at the back where the kitchen was, it was awkward af. I basically had to say "umm I'm here for my order", the woman was already behind the cash register so she just gave me the total, again no smile, nothing and took my card. The other two just stood there like freakin weirdos. No one reached to grab my bag and hand it to me, I had to grab it myself. The food is okay, like I said it's the only breakfast place within miles of 215 & Decatur, but it's definitely not that great to keep putting up with bad, rude behavior when you're paying your hard earned money. I truly only believe that the reason this continues to get busy is due to it being the only breakfast spot on Decatur near 215. There's literally not another one for miles, but just like we cancel celebrities out for bad behavior the people who work here should be cancelled out and new staff should be brought in. The end.

Yelp
Came for the first time today and honestly, it was disappointing. I ordered a skillet with over medium eggs and confirmed that this means the whites will be fully cooked. They brought out eggs that were overcooked on the outside and still had slimy runny whites. I sent it back and asked for the whites to be cooked -- they came out undercooked a second time. They did re-make them a second time... but by then, I was just grossed out. Will not be returning.

Yelp
Love coming here on the weekends to have some great pancakes. Atmosphere is great and the drinks are good too!

Yelp
Love Love Love Decatur GriddleCakes location! Staff super nice & patient! Always get me in quick & their friendliness never fades. Oh yeah.. pancakes not bad either!

Yelp
Stopped by for breakfast this morning and was not disappointed! I've been to the one on Eastern and love it. Today I was on the other side of town so decided to stop here. We did have to call as the location was a little difficult to find, but the girl on the phone was sweet and even walked outside to look for us! Service was great. Staff was super friendly and kept our cups filled. The food was delicious! Will definitely be back again!

Ike M.

Yelp
The service was friendly. I ordered pancakes and eggs Foot was greasy, potatoes not crisp. It too ten minutes for the pancakes to come out on my combo. Pancakes are large but very heavy. I could only eat about 1/3.
google avatar

Walter H.

Yelp
This was my second visit to Griddlecakes, different locations. Both times I got the Churro Bites! French Toast, cut, deep fried then tossed in a cinnamon sugar mixture. Don't mind if I do! For my meal I ordered the ABC w/ turkey bacon instead of pork. The flavors worked well together, although I like my home fries crispy, these are not. My partner ordered a BLT also w/ home fries. Nothing too special about it. On the day of this visit, one of their cooks quit about an hour after opening. This did not stop the service from being good!
google avatar

Porter S.

Yelp
Great food, service was fine. Waited a good minute, Griddlecales just needs a larger dining room.
google avatar

Kimberly H.

Yelp
Best service I've had post pandemic. Very refreshing and grateful. Then you add the fresh and great tasting crab eggs benedict and you can call it the best breakfast you've ever had. I got an iced coffee and house potatoes to pair with my eggs Benedict and it was a match made in heaven. My friend got the make your own omelette and it was so fresh and tasty, I wish we had just ordered a bit of everything! The line does form so be patient but it moves quickly and it's so worth it. Food also took awhile to come out but freshness takes time. If you're in a rush, order ahead.
google avatar

Melinda E.

Yelp
This place is delicious ! I'm not much of a pancake person but they exceeded my expectations. Everyone is so helpful & willing to explain the menu & popular items . The morning atmosphere was a great mix of families , couples, and different kinds of people . The coffee could of been stronger but other than that I have no complaints. I will be back!
google avatar

Jes Anne G.

Yelp
The service was great - attentive and genuine. The food was okay. Just okay. I got French toast and the hubs got the country fried steak. Some of his home fries didn't get seasoned, but the ones that were he enjoyed a lot. We came with a party of 8 and two kids, the total was $200 - about $20 a person. For the price, we expected more from the food. The rest of our party reflected the same sentiment about what they ordered; just okay. I don't know if we'll be back. Edit: my sister got the waffles. She's used to a strawberry syrup but this just came with sliced strawberries and whip cream. She asked about it and the waiter offered her a raspberry sauce. It didn't cover the whole waffle. She said it was a dry experience. She doesn't like regular syrup for her waffles.

Yelp
I have passed this place a couple of times going to other restaurants so I was surprised when I pulled up here based off the reviews. It was packed but I was able to be seated right away. The table was wet so the server and I dried it and water was bought out right away. Another server(female) came and took my order, a Garden skillet, side of Turkey sausage and a pancake. Everything was charged separately, just a note. My pancake and sausage came. The pancake was luke warm, tasty but not hot at all. Finally, my skillet came and it did not disappoint. Food is amazing! It's a quaint little restaurant think local Mom and Pops. Unfortunately, my server never came back other than to bring me the check. Had she come back I would have asked for another pancake. The server taking my payment asked if everything was okay and I let him know my pancake was cold and they took it off my bill. He also apologized for it not being hot. If the server had just checked on me once, maybe twice this would have been a 5 star review. I'll definitely come back, the food was delicious!!

Yelp
Finding a great breakfast establishment that you can eat by yourself or with your family, is a blessing to the balance of your day. Griddlecakes in Las Vegas fits very neatly into this category. Although the dining area was not hugely impressive, the staff makes up for it with smiles and great service. The menu was diverse, ample, and well put together. My wife and I lean more towards the vegetable side of the house, so we ordered bowls which were filled with fresh vegetables, potatoes, and all the other great breakfast stuff that makes morning eating great. So if you find yourself on the northwest side of town after a long night of gambling or reveling, stop by Griddlecakes to fill your stomach with some morning goodness!

Yelp
Food was so good! Lots of choices. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Have gone 2 weeks in a row. Ill keep going back!

Yelp
I come here quite a bit, today was weird. Service was very sporadic. On average for me today, I was checked on every 4 or 5 passes of my server. My coffee cup stood empty for too long. But DAMN, the food was amazing. I would only recommend that the server in this small place br more attentive to the people's beverages.

Yelp
If you are craving for pancakes, but not just any ordinary pancakes THIS is the place for them!! I went here for brunch with a friend at 11 am. It was packed, but when I added my name to the waitlist we were told that it will only be a 10 minute wait. So plan accordingly and call ahead to ask for wait times! We ordered the Blue Jay single stack and the Gobbler skillet with a side of biscuits and gravy. We decided to share but didn't know if the servings would be enough. When it did arrive we looked at each other and said "good thing we're sharing because this is a lot of food!" Every staff was attentive and kind to us, the place looks like it is well maintained, and it is located in a pretty known plaza! I believe there are a couple of locations around the valley. I don't remember how much the bill was, but I do remember my friend saying "wow! Cheapest date I've ever had!" LOL

C D.

Yelp
Considering other reviews, it must have been a bad day the morning we were there. After we received our coffee it was ten minutes before our order was taken. Then when we received our order another 20 minutes later, my hash browns were burnt and tasted of burnt oil. My husband's pancakes didn't come until after he was done with the rest of his meal and they were tough. And the front of the store where people wait was a mess. I don't know if we will be back, but it was a bad day.

Yelp
I've eaten at this location many times in the past. All my previous experiences were 5 . From the food, staff, and wait time, all of which were top tier service. However on today 4/3/2024 at 10am. Everything went left that morning. We had a horrible waiter. I found hair in my food . Which, unfortunately, forced me to leave a $0 tip. I hate doing that cause I know servers live on tips. However thinking it through during my experience. I couldn't find one reason to leave a tip. 1. We waited for a booth. Our server never came out to let us know our booth was ready. 2. When we ordered drinks, the waiter gave me a drink with no straw. He even acknowledged there's no straw and said he would bring a straw. I had to get my own straw. 3. No ketchup at the table. Our waiter never checked on us during our meal, so you guessed it, I had to get my own ketchup as well. 4. Only had two napkins. You guessed it, I had to get my own napkins as well. 5. On top of all that, I find a piece of hair in my food. I had no grounds to tip for that service. Any tip (even $1) would validate their service. Yesterday's experience gets 0-1 stars from me. But overall I've had a great experience so I'll give them another chance. However I won't eat there if I see that waiter again. I don't know if he had a personal problem with me or what but I have to protect my family. Never know what else was in my food other than some hair.

Yelp
Got here about hour before closing a few tables still eating food on the other tables look good, so tts menu has a nice selection for breakfast and lunch and decided on breakfast this time. Ordered the special on the board Razzle dazzle French toast, and the country combo. Server was very nice and our food actually came out pretty quick. Food tasted really good eggs were prepared correctly, gravy on the biscuits for me it's a little bland but everything tasted good. French toast was nicely done wasn't too sweet. Will definitely return and try some lunch menu items.

Yelp
pancakes tasted very uncooked. my partner asked for regular buttermilk pancakes and he got peanut ??? his eggs tasted like nothing like water. the service was good just not the food AT ALL. wouldn't recommend, just go McDonald's for breakfast.

Yelp
Stopped by Sunday morning and the wait time to be seated was surprisingly quick for a party of two. Our ticket time after ordering was very delayed I almost asked for some help but the wait staff is pretty scarce. Overall my vegetarian Garden Skillet $13.99 was amazing and I enjoyed nearly every bite. Funfetti pancake was a bit on the dry side and with no re-fill beverage service in sight I didn't bother taking more than two bites. Decent spot but the staff is not attentive enough. By the time the check arrived I was more than ready to leave.

Yelp
Really disappointed with food. Hash browns were greasy, the corned beef was from a can and not fresh, the pancakes were dense and not good! I will say the service was friendly so I gave them an extra star. I really was looking forward to this place because the reviews but I was highly let down. I will not be coming back.
