Let me just say it, the people who work here are rude af! Not once, but every single time I've ordered to go (4x's to be exact). Of course you think the first time, maybe even the second time people are having a bad day, and you give them grace, but grace can only extend so far until it just need to be called out as having bad attitudes which equates to bad customer service.
The woman (dirty blonde hair) is the rudest of them all, I believe she is the owner or manager. She's a horrible example of what running a customer service industry business should look like in America. She's rude by phone, no personality just cold like a robot. Then she's rude in person too when you go in to get the food, the workers don't even greet you with a smile upon walking in.
One of these 4x's times that I've gone I walked in to get my called in order and legit 2 workers and the woman just starred...no hello, how are you, are you here to pick up your food. I just proceeded to walk towards them since they were all at the back where the kitchen was, it was awkward af.
I basically had to say "umm I'm here for my order", the woman was already behind the cash register so she just gave me the total, again no smile, nothing and took my card. The other two just stood there like freakin weirdos. No one reached to grab my bag and hand it to me, I had to grab it myself.
The food is okay, like I said it's the only breakfast place within miles of 215 & Decatur, but it's definitely not that great to keep putting up with bad, rude behavior when you're paying your hard earned money.
I truly only believe that the reason this continues to get busy is due to it being the only breakfast spot on Decatur near 215. There's literally not another one for miles, but just like we cancel celebrities out for bad behavior the people who work here should be cancelled out and new staff should be brought in.
The end.
