Jacob was very knowledgeable about the goods he was selling. He wasn't pushy and seemed to want his customers to be happy with their purchases. He was a delight.

This place was OK although they lack a lot of Shisha, their inventory was quite low when it comes to flavors that have a high preference decently stocked building. I’m guessing it’s to be expected in the VCU area.. a aesthetically wise the place looked nice. The music was pretty relaxing creating a nice environment to do business with figurines and different things for people with varying preferences didn’t have what I was looking for this go round

I love Griffen Vape for their great customer service. I called in the previous day and the cashier remembered me.

I try to avoid Griffin altogether. Less of a selection compared to competitors. The ACAB guy that is at this location has zero personality. He was very chummy with the lady before me but when it was my turn to be waited on he was very cold. I had a question but decided not to ask. Just get what I needed and left. Will probably never go back.

Nice little shop with good selection, but the real reason for 5 stars was this dude George. My girlfriend and I ran into a shop late and he happened to overhear that we wanted Vape’s which the shop didn’t sell. He offered to come back and open the shop up, which had been closed for almost an hour, and hook us up with exactly what we wanted. Thanks George, you’re awesome dude!

Jacob is great, helpful and knows his stuff! I like the set up with the display cases so I can see stock easily. I usually pop in to this shop when I need help with my dripper mod since I know I’ll get help without attitude. I can always find my drop tank here too, no other shops stock it regularly and I like to replace my equipment often. This is one of my fav shops for good friendly service at good prices and helpful staff.

I love coming here when I'm in town! The employees are extremely kind, knowledgeable, & helpful. The store is very clean & everything in view is organized fairly well. The ONLY downfall is that if you need a coil or pod replacement you have to buy an entire pack. They also didn't have the pod I needed, but the employee went WAY out of his way to rig another pod for me so that I had a functioning vape! It worked out great & I'm still in disbelief at the OUTSTANDING customer service he provided!! *I also think it's important to note that NO other vape shop had the pod replacement I needed! They don't have house juices, but they said it's due to their state laws not permitting them to. I was also informed that it's Virginia laws that don't allow them to sell single coils or pods. (In my state, our vape shops are allowed to do all of that.)

I was looking for a vape shop that wasn’t incredibly busy but knowledgeable. I met Jacob and he was very knowledgeable about all the juice and products! He made great recommendations as I was buying juice for my boyfriend and he loved the juice! The prices are very reasonable, the cheapest in town I hear! I will definitely be going back! They always have what I need, they are knowledgeable and their hours are convenient! And they are always kind and have a great customer rewards bonus!

Perfect customer service, very welcoming atmosphere I had some questions and wasn't sure which product was right for me. The person that helped me was so knowledgeable and patient.

Thia place is great. Tons of vape juices, tons of accessories and wraps. And Justin at the Midlothian store is a wealth of knowledge in all things vape, CBD, StarWars and more. If you want to stop smoking, I know this option worked for me. Lowering my nicotine levels was an important part of that process. This is the place to start! No vape snobs, just a laid back crew waiting to answer all your questions!

This was my first visit, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I needed a new tank and I received excellent suggestions. I recommend to anyone who capes for them to stop by. I'll definitely be returning and referring everyone I know who vapes.

As another reviewer mentioned, there was no stuck up vape culture (that I literally experienced immediately before I came to Griffin Vape--but the other store actually recommended Griffin, so kudos to them or I wouldn't have known about this place as it's tucked away off Midlothian. For the first time, I felt comfortable in a vape store! Great service, very knowledgeable salesman who patiently explained all the options available. Great place and I'll be back!

I highly recommend this shop! I visited for the first time yesterday and Rob was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to find me a new juice flavor after my last one was discontinued after 3 years of me using it! Prices and service were excellent and I will definitely be back again!

I've been to all the vape stores in Richmond and this one is my favorite. This is a great store. Quality selection, with attractive displays. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Here you won't find that stuck up vape culture that makes a lot of women skip the stores and order online. I've definitely been back a few times and sent some people here as well. Keep up the good work, guys.

These guys are so awesome the shop is always stocked properly, very clean, great in giving information and recommendations on products. I love the hospitality. This is my favorite Vape shop hands down they win over all the rest. I have sent many friends here and even they won't go back to the other local shops around Richmond city. This shop is closer to home and more convenient by far. Great job guys! keep up the work.
