The 11 Best Restaurants In Wimbledon - London - The Infatuation

"The ethereal glow around Grilandia could either be coming from the hanging lights or our faces after digging into the excellent mezze platter at the Lebanese spot. It’s bang in the middle of Wimbledon Broadway, and you’ll know you’re at the right place when you see foliage spilling out the front door and people with forkfuls of batata harra. Things like a classic shish taouk go from predictable to exciting with the addition of a citrussy, spicy seasoning. Hummus is silky smooth with enough tartness from the tahini to keep you going back for more, and the mixed mezze is always a good idea." - rianne shlebak

We went to celebrate my friend's birthday, it was a lovely restaurant which we discovered. Th staff were so accommodating, when they found out it was my friend's birthday they went above and beyond, playing birthday music and giving up free dessert, which was pieces of their signature coconut, cinnamon and syrup cake. The portions were a good size. I enjoyed the hot pepper sauce and garlic sauce. My friend loved the hummus. I enjoyed the lamb ball starters and the pitta bread was devine. I had the chicken and lamb skewers and rice which was delicious. friends had the fish. Everything was lovely. No disabled toilet which I could see and a small step to get to the toilets. The cocktails were lovely. Car park opposite and on street parking which you have to pay for up to 11pm. Definitely would recommend and planning our next return visit.

I came with my partner for dinner and we absolutely loved the food and atmosphere. I highly recommend the pastries! The garlic sauce was incredible as well! Service was fantastic we got served desserts on the house as well which was a wonderful gesture! Many thanks to the staff and chefs for the hospitality.

Saadia was amazing tonight (I have been here 3-4 time) but her service was excellent today, I was out with the ladies and was one of my friends birthday. Service was excellent and Saadia went above and beyond for us as she was very attentive. Thank you so much. Food was excellent as always! Had the mixed grill and dips

A massive thank you to Saadia and the team at Grillandia, Wimbledon who ensured our corporate ramadan iftar event went extremely smoothly, whilst offering a prompt and 5 star service! The food was super delicious - everyone was impressed by the excellent quality and portions. We’ll of course be back for more delicious Lebanese food. Thank you!

Just walking down Broadway, and there are a lot of options, dined at this charming Lebanese restaurant, and it was a really satisfying experience. You’ll be lucky to find better food or service on Broadway ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even with a large group seated to the front, the welcoming staff set the tone for a great meal. The décor was tasteful, with traditional touches that gives Grilandia a cozy and authentic feel. The food was outstanding. We had the Shush Touk (chicken skewers) and Lamb Tikka (lamb, of course) 2 skewers each, seasoned to perfection, with creamy hummus, salad and an ample supply of pita bread. It was plentiful, it certainly was flavourful, and the experience was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They offered tzatziki on the side, and another sauce of theirs which added a little more zip - highly recommend. The service was most attentive. We had the lunch special, which again, was ample portion … exceptional value for the price. Go and compare. They even offered some tasty bits for dessert after the meal. And taking a skewer with some pita home, wasn’t a problem. This place is a gem. Whether you're a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine or trying it for the first time, this restaurant delivers an authentic taste of Lebanon with heart and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Food is decent however customer service appalling . We ordered 2 lamb tekka meals which is essentially grilled cubes of lamb and waited over 30 mins for our food. We went for lunch and there were 3 other tables occupied When I enquired why everyone else had received their orders except us we were told in a rude manner that "meat takes longer to cook just so you know" and that "we have had a lot of online deliveries just so you know". Online orders as well as what others order are not my problem. I do not understand how small cubes of meat take this long. I was spoken to like it's my first time ordering lamb at a restaurant. I have been to grillandia in Mayfair and had excellent and good and service. Sadly I cannot say the same for Wimbledon. I would have appreciated it someone had just said sorry we forgot to make your food or sorry we are very busy do you mind waiting especially as I was with 2 hungry children! Very very poor customer service!

Delicious food, great service and lovely atmosphere. We shared the mixed meze, mixed grill platter, feta and mozzarella spring rolls and lamb cutlets.

We came to celebrate our cat’s birthday—without the cat lol! The food was fantastic, especially the starters (tzatziki, sujuk, and halloumi sticks), they were so good that I didn’t even have time to take photos. My lentil soup was hot, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!!
