"Orleans’ Rock Harbor Grill will get a sibling restaurant soon, Grill 43. 'We are a neighborhood restaurant with something for everyone,' co-owner Stephen Baroni said. Dishes might include smoked haddock chowder, candied bacon mac and cheese, Korean fried chicken, portobello burgers, wood-fired pizza with a variety of toppings, and more." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

Great red sangria, fish and chips/tartar are fairly bland, fennel cole slaw was a hit, burger was good, pork belly and truffle fries were wicked salty (and I love salt). Pizza was perfect and the chowder was also delish.

Great find on 6A! Friendly staff and server Kayla amazingly attentive and caring. Calamari and pizza slightly underdone, there that is the 4.0… carpaccio clam chowder oysters fish and chips and were great. The burger on another level, maybe the best burger I’ve ever had. The caveat, I haven’t had a burger in six months, and the truffle fries were tasty

It’s good that they don’t have a huge menu. Just the right amount to have a good quality of food. Nice variety of wines, the carpaccio and the wild boar ragout we had was very tasty. Also the service was very attentive.

We came in to this restaurant as our first stop on our 10 day tour of the Northeast. HOLY BUCKETS BATMAN! this place was a party of unique and amazing flavors. Mixed drinks like I have never experienced. And the food..... let me just say..... you are a FOOL... like with ALL capital letters, Mr T. pitties you FOOL if you do not try the seared scallops. This probably ranks in the best tasting 5 meals I have EVER put in my mouth. Great staff, great atmosphere... casual. But the food and drinks are top notch stellar! I wish I could give you all the stars in the Milky Way! A foodie guy from Texas....

New to the neighborhood and ordered takeout for the sacred first dinner in the new digs. Safe to say our expectations were blown out of the water. Steven took our order over the phone and was so lovely. Even included a container of ice for our cocktails since we had none at home. Everything was perfect - each dish we tried was so flavorful and delicious and our cocktails were outstanding. We can't wait to go back!

I went to Grill 43 for the first time and was blown away. The dining room, bar area and outside dining are all nicely appointed to create a very comfortable and casual dining experience. The staff was very friendly and professional from the hostess to the waiter(Paul, who was awesome!) to the expediter. We had a few of their cocktails: Their version of a Moscow mule and a drink called a In-Di-Go-Go with blueberry vodka and other magical ingredients-it was awesome! Both drinks were tasty with a cool presentation. We had the Bistro Salad, which was great for sharing which had a fantastic dressing with crisp greens, then onto dinner where I had the Halibut with Vegetables and my date had the Calamari Appetizer. The halibut was cooked perfectly and had an amazing mixture of contrasting flavorful vegetables(I could have had just the veggies and been happy, they were that good!) and the calamari was perfectly fried with great dipping sauces. We didn't have room for desert but will be returning soon for the vanilla bean crème brulee. I loved it!!

We had an amazing anniversary dinner at this restaurant while visiting Cape Cod! The service was outstanding .The quality and taste of the food was exceptional. We both had fish and loved our dishes. Take a look at their drink menu while you are there. The cocktails are unique and have a very sophisticated touch. Highly recommend this place!

I have to say first was our waiter Tim, he was able to recommend a wine to start, then was able to recommend a appetizer. He knew the menu and was listening to us. Our dinner was outstanding. It is so nice to be able to have so many options for GF and have great food. I will definitely be back as a regular.!
