We had a great experience at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria in Las Vegas. The pizzas were excellent—thin, crispy, and generously topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Prices were more than reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. A great spot for anyone looking for authentic, delicious pizza in Vegas. Highly recommended!

Despite what other reviewers say, as a New Yorker, I can say that this pizza is actually pretty good. Yes, the tomato sauce on the pizza is a little bit watery, but it has great flavor, and the cheese holds it together. I came here multiple times in one week because I enjoyed the quality for the price. I think my favorite pizza is just the traditional with mozzarella and tomato sauce. It’s got a nice, crispy crust, and it folds exactly like a New York slice should. The only reason that I’m giving it three stars is because service is not good. My friends and I all ordered individual pizzas, however, the consistency on when they come out is really bad. The first pizza came out, then the second one came out 10 minutes later, and then the third pizza came out another 20 minutes after. It doesn’t really make sense for us to each order individual pizzas but having them come out at different times over a 30 minute period. Obviously each person ate their pizza as it came out so that I wouldn’t get cold. The restaurant was also not busy at all. Maybe seven or eight people in total at the time we were eating. I definitely recommend the spot if you’re looking for a good New York style pizza, but if you come in a large group, expect to not receive your food anywhere close to the same time.

Honestly, the pizza was quite average for the price. Ordered take out for lunch. Pizza was made correctly which was great because we had a specific order. Melissa was behind the bar and she was super nice and friendly! However, the hostess had a bit of a snotty attitude with us and we're not sure why. Maybe she had a bad day? Otherwise, I might have given it 4 stars. Might try again when in the area, not sure, because I think there might be better pizza out there in Vegas.

Well…. We planed a trip to Vegas and we are staying at the Palazzo. I knew we would eat at Grimaldi’s at least one time during our stay. We decided to unpack and go straight to Grimaldi’s for an early dinner. While we were here, we checked Facebook and noticed that we were here exactly three years ago to the date. Service is great!!! Atmosphere is awesome and truly East Coast in my opinion. The food is beyond good. Danny was GREAT!!!!

Google
The salad and pizza were fantastic. The small Mediterranean salad was enough to feed 3 or 4. We got the 18” pizza with pepperoni, meatball, and onion. Cooked perfectly with a nice crisp crust. We highly recommend you stop in when you are in Vegas!

Grimaldi’s at The Palazzo in Las Vegas delivers an authentic New York pizza experience, true to its Brooklyn roots. Their coal-fired brick oven gives the crust that perfect crispiness with a slight char, while still being chewy and flavorful. The sauce is bright and tangy, the cheese is top-notch, and the toppings are fresh and generously portioned. The classic Margherita is a standout, with just the right balance of basil, mozzarella, and tomato. If you're a fan of a loaded pie, their Don Pizza—topped with Italian sausage, meatballs, and pepperoni—is a must-try. The atmosphere is casual yet upscale, making it a great spot to grab a quality slice while taking a break from the Vegas action. Service is efficient, and the vibe has that unmistakable New York pizzeria feel, even in the middle of the Strip. If you're craving real-deal NYC-style pizza, Grimaldi’s at The Palazzo is as close as you’ll get without a flight to Brooklyn.

The coal-fired brick oven at Grimaldi's is not just a cooking tool; it's a culinary tradition that has been passed down through generations. This time-honored method is credited with creating the iconic New York-style pizza that Grimaldi's is famous for!

Had heard good things about this restaurant in the Venetian so decided to give it a try for dinner. The restaurant was fairly empty and instead of seating us with a view we were seated next to the only other couple at the time in the middle of the restaurant. Service was efficient and friendly. We ordered a Caesar salad (small) which was more than enough for the two of us, and a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The salad was really fresh and very tasty. The pizza was good but you pretty much had to eat it with a fork as the crust was too thin and floppy. With a glass of wine and a beer it was a pretty expensive meal ($60+). Wish they would charge less for the salad and make it an actual smaller size. All in all the food was good and as the evening progressed more people were seated right around us. Did not understand the logic behind this.

Yelp
After walking around Vegas all day, my husband and I decided to try this place out. We actually have one in Houston but had never been. The service was great, and so was the food! We shared a small salad and got the 12-inch pepperoni with hot honey and mushrooms--10/10! Reasonable pricing as well The place was cute! I think it was inside The Venetian, but I could be wrong--sorry!

Yelp
Stopped by Grimaldi's Pizzeria on Christmas Eve with a group of four, and it turned out to be a great choice! The restaurant wasn't too busy, and the service was good enough--nothing over the top, but we were taken care of just fine. We all really enjoyed our pizza. The flavors were great, and it hit the spot. Plus, the prices were super reasonable for being on the Las Vegas Strip at a major casino. Overall, we were happy with the food, the experience, and the cost-effectiveness. If you're looking for a solid spot to enjoy some pizza without breaking the bank, Grimaldi's is a good option!

Yelp
Great pizza in a nice casual atmosphere. Had the prosciutto and arugula pizza and it was perfect. Prices are a bit higher than other locations but the quality is there.

Yelp
Incredible pizza! What a hidden gem. Reasonable prices, and friendly service. An 18" fed 4 adults two slices each. The draft beer was $7 and heavy wine pours about $16. No pretentiousness. Just a good meal. We sat in the 'patio' with was still inside the plaza but very nice. Quiet.

Yelp
We have wanted to eat at Grimaldi's for a while so stopped in for lunch while we were at The Venetian. They allegedly have "the best pizza" in Las Vegas, so we had to try it! Upon walking up, we were greeted by the hostess. She was nice and took us to a table. The restaurant has a cozy feeling, feels like a New York pizzeria or something. Dark backs cover the walls, there are neat light fixtures made from bottles, and tables have the classic red and white checkered table cloths. Pretty nice place! Almost as soon as we were seated, we met our server and that's where the experience went downhill. We were greeted by Damon, who asked if we had been here before. We said no, it was our first time. He grabbed a menu and introduced us a bit to the place. This was fine, and I asked what pizza he recommends. He started hyping up "The Don", the meat lovers type pizza, and suggested ordering a salad. He said the salads are large enough to feed 2 people, and we could pair it with a 16" pizza for a nice meal. He also showed us the beer and wine menu, but we weren't ordering alcohol. We both ordered water and said we needed a moment to decide on our food order. He whisked away and almost seemed upset that we weren't ready to order immediately. When he returned, he quickly placed the water glasses on the table and tossed down a couple straws. We decided to order a 12" Margherita, after seeing pictures on Yelp showing this would absolutely be enough food for both of us and we didn't want to have leftovers to carry around. Oddly, Damon seemed almost personally offended that we ordered a 12" pizza, and asked "are you sure you don't want a salad?" And we confirmed again that no, we were only ordering the pizza. His reaction was kind of an annoyed "alright' and he scooped up the menus and left. While we waited for our pizza, we heard him giving the same spiel to the table behind us. He was aggressively trying to upsell like he's paid a commission on pizza and salad or something. He convinced someone else at another table to order a salad, and we saw him checking on his other tables around us. Soon we received our pizza from another staff member from the kitchen. The pizza looked and smelled delicious! After letting it cool for a couple minutes we dug in. It *was* delicious. Definitely lives up to the hype! Meanwhile, as we ate, Damon never once checked in on us. He didn't come back until we were finished eating and we asked for the check. It was an electronic handheld device to pay, so we did that and he told us "just sign here and I'll take care of the rest" but I'm not sure what "the rest" was. I did make sure to ask for a copy of the receipt so we could get his name and make sure he wasn't messing with a tip amount or anything. After the pushy and frankly rude service we received and never being checked on, we opted out of leaving a tip. The food was great. The restaurant is cozy and nice. But the service we experienced docked a star off an otherwise 5 star review and has us questioning if we even want to return and face the same experience. If Damon is there, I don't want to be. I have no issues with a server recommending a food item, but the way it was pushed continuously and then the attitude we received after opting for something else was unusual and not cool.

Yelp
A thousand times, YES! Multiple folks at the concierge at the Palazzo recommended this pizzeria upstairs - and I'm so glad I went before heading to the airport. Perfect way to cap off a trip to Vegas. The pizza was outstanding - both crispy and soft in all the right places. Salad portions were ginormous. Service was snappy and attentive, with the warm yet casual ambience being just right on a Vegas trip. Must eat onsite, straight outta the oven - don't cheat yourself with takeout!

Yelp
Grimaldi's is cool from the most part, I do enjoy there Mediterranean salad, there white pizza, we also got a margarita pizza. I'm not a fan of the marg pizza but I do love the white pizza. The crust is my favorite.

Yelp
I've eaten here a few times during my stay at the Venetian / Palazzo. It's locating on the second level where the canal shops are. Pretty nice NY pizzeria ambianceWent there last night and had a friggin' outstanding pizza. I'm not sure if it was just that I was hungry , but that pizza last night was amazing. I got a 16" with meatball, ricotta and garlic... my own creation and perhaps that's why I loved it! Also had a great Mediterranean salad to start and some cold beer. Our server was friendly but the pizza took SO long to come out. We got the salad and the pizza was at least another 45 min before it came out. Not the servers fault but I was starting to get irritated. Overall, still a 5 star experience because the food was that good on this night .

Yelp
While difficult to locate, Grimaldi's was worth the hunt. Hint: It's on an upper floor and seemed to be tucked away. The restaurant feels like a pub meets Italian restaurant. I loved the relaxed vibe of the interior. It was a hot September day, so we wore shorts and felt at home. We were told there could be long lines, so we went around 6 pm, and we walked right in. It did get busier as we left. For dinner we ordered a salad and cheese pizza to share between two people. The pizza was so delicious and fresh. We took some back to our hotel to have for lunch two days later--and it was still very good! The salad was large, so it was perfect for sharing too. With all of the high priced food options in Vegas, it was nice to take a break and not brake the bank. Our drinks, a sangria and a glass of Merlot were large and went well with our food. Service was friendly and efficient. We were told to take our time, and when we were ready to go, we just waved to our server and he brought the bill. I will return to Grimaldi's and seek out there other locations in the US

Yelp
I was craving pizza and wanted to stay on The Strip, so I found Grimaldi's which looked super yummy. We got there pretty soon after they opened on a Saturday, tucked away in the corner of the hotel. We got seated immediately and ordered soon after. We ordered the Traditional 12" Pizza with Extra Basil ($18 + $2), as well as the 12" Calzone with Pepperoni ($20 + $4), plus a beer. Our pizza came out relatively quickly, and it was delicious! We figured our calzone would not be too far behind, so we just enjoyed the pizza. Our waiter did not check up on us one time, not even to fill our empty water cups or ask how it was tasting. Honestly I didn't see him much other than when he filled up waters for the table right next to us, but didn't come see us! When he asked if we wanted the check (the first time he came up to us since taking our order), we informed him that we never received the calzone we ordered and to just not worry about it if it wasn't made yet. He said he put in the order and apologized, saying we could get it to-go for free, which was nice. After checking in the back, he came back out and said he didn't know what happened, but the ticket must have gotten lost and they never made our calzone, so he took the calzone (obviously) and beer off of our bill. While the pizza was tasty and hit the spot, I'm not sure that I would be back the next time I visited Vegas.

Yelp
I stumbled upon Grimaldi's while looking for somewhere open at 10 PM in the Palazzo. Casual yet trendy, I thought it was worth a shot. The Caesar salad was amazing, with coal oven-baked croutons and shaved Italian cheese and just the right amount of anchovy sauce mixed in. The prosciutto arugula pizza (took the 12" which was more than enough for one person) was delightful, but even better with red pepper and the garlic salt that's available on the table. The coal-fired flavor isn't overpowering, but adds a nice note to every bite. What I didn't like was that my server never checked on me, forgot my drink, and I had to flag him down while he brought drinks to the table next to me. I noticed that he never checked on them as well, because they were annoyed that they had to bring their glasses to him (he was hanging out with hotel employees at the bar) to get refills. Food is good, price is right, service was subpar.

Yelp
We had our group dinner here and they were able to accommodate all 26 of us. Pizza was great! We ordered the margherita, pepperoni diavolo, BBQ chicken, and the prosciutto arugula. They all slayed! Service was very good and they were all super friendly. Great job Grimaldi's - can't wait to come back.

Yelp
The best pizza I've ever had! You guys know how much I love/eat pizza. Thank you to my Yelp friend Cindy S for recommending Grimaldi's. This place is five stars across the board. Service was excellent. Pizza was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent We ordered the Quattro Formaggi and a pepperoni. I love Brooklyn-style coal brick oven pizza. The sauce and cheese were fantastic and I loved the crispy crust. I would go back weekly if I lived closer and try every pizza. Go, you won't be sorry. Location-Venetian Seating-indoor/outdoor Menu- salads, appetizers, and alcohol

Yelp
I work in OC, but was in Vegas for work. Our Vegas branch had a pizza party featuring Grimaldis pizza. It was absolutely delicious. The crust and cheese were superb. Everyone loved the pizza. There was also one with meat, but i did not feel like any meat that day. I didn't order the pizza, or dine in the restaurant, so I can't really comment on the service or ambiance. However, the pizza was top notch.

Yelp
A simple pizza place and easy for the family. We always stop by here for lunch or a late night snack. It's on the second floor of Palazzo. Make sure to download the app for coupons and specials.

Yelp
This place is truly a hidden gem!! Started with drinks and salads, Modelo Beer was perfectly cold and the Citrus Herbs cocktail was delicious paired with caesar salad and the Mediterranean salad and both were amazing. Ended up with The Don pizza and it hit the spot! Servicer was very helpful and nice, our food was brought in short time. Dinning area was clean and the indoor patio seating was very cute.

Elise P.

Yelp
We were so excited for pizza and a nice sweet treat! Unfortunately this trip fell short for us. The pizza we picked up was cold and we were almost charged for the wrong order. After this correction, we had to remind about our side of ranch and dessert trio. The packaging unfortunately set our desserts up for failure - and taste wise they also were disappointing + didn't taste even remotely fresh. Bummer for us! We will keep looking for good pizza in the area.

Yelp
The pizza was absolutely amazing--definitely the highlight of the experience. The ambience and service were pretty average, nothing too special, but I came for the food, and it did not disappoint. The pizza was top-tier, A1.

Yelp
Stopped in while cruising the shopping and foodie mall between the Venetian and Palazzo. Great location. Nice to sit and watch folks walking around. Quiet on this end too. The barbecue chicken calzone was off the hook nice and full of flavor! I added jalapeños, because I could! Any of their specialty pizzas can be a calzone as well. Excellent! Melissa suggested a glass of the house Pinot Grigio and she was right. Perfect pairing. She was the consummate host and I never had to ask for anything. The whole team was top shelf and really went out of their way to take care of everyone on the place. Really awesome. I loved it and will be back. Thanks to Melissa and the team for taking such great feeding care of me.

Yelp
They are exceptional in every aspect i love the regular, crispy, with fresh basil, onions, red bell peppers, & jalapeños. Also the lg house salad add fresh mozzarella. 2nd 2 none.

Yelp
We came here for a group dinner to enjoy some good pizza and great conversation. We ordered a variety of salads and flatbreads to start and 4 large pizzas for our group. The pizzas are big so keep that in mind when ordering, all the portions are large which is a great value for the money. The Cesar salad was fresh and tasty, definitely could have had a second helping! The flat bread was ok, not my favorite as the bread did not have much flavor and was a bit soggy. The pizza was very good and the favorite by most was "The Don" followed closely by the Brooklyn. The service staff was overall very nice and the restaurant was clean, it was a bit loud which made talking a bit difficult.

Yelp
My family loves going here when we are in town. Delicious pizza and service is great! In our last visit, they gave my daughter a piece of dough to play with and it made her really happy. Definitely extra points for their attention to kids or families with kids. The ambiance is chill. They have some screens to watch sport. I love everything about this place.

Yelp
I love this unique pizza and I always will. Always a special treat when I visit a town with Grimaldis. Their pepperoni and sausage are the best. I love the crust and their salads are excellent as well. I wish I had Grimaldis in Northern California!

Yelp
I've eaten so much pizza in my child and adult life. Not quite Barstool Sports, but I think I'm up there. From Hawaii, to Cali, to New York, even Japan, and Italy, and England. All things considered, this might be the best tasting pie I have ever had. On the thin side, but not so thin to be one of those fancy Napoli types (which I also like) - it was the perfect thickness to have enough body to not flop over itself when you pick it up. The undercarriage had a slight crisp and chew at the same time, and when you bite into it, you can taste the char from the woodfire oven they use. We got a large traditional and a large Don. The traditional was perfect - the star of the show was the tomato sauce. Never tasted something so flavorful yet so simple. Where do they get this stuff? I could eat this daily. The Don had some meats on it, but not overly filled. In pizza case, more is not better. Some meatballs, sausage, and pepperoni, and we're talking fire pizza. Nice hints of saltiness and flavor in nearly each bite. Did I mention I love the pizza here? Definitely be back on my many trips to Vegas.

Yelp
10/10 pizza Amazing crust. We had the margherita pizza with bacon added 9/10 Mediterranean salad Fresh, ample amount. Exactly as advertised. 8/10 service Hostess was welcoming, server was accommodating and understood the assignment. As much as I wanted to be at the Grimaldi's in Brooklyn to be my first experience with trying their pizza. Vega will do. So glad we went. It was delicious!
google avatar

Pooline N.

Yelp
Service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was almost empty. Hostess was on her phone on a personal call when we got there and she just carried ok the call and ignored us for a few minutes. After we ordered, it took quite a while for pizza to get to us and the pizza was nowhere near as good as the NYC version, the base was overcooked
google avatar

Yelp
The best pizza I have had in Vegas, well, it's actually the only pizza I have had in Vegas, but it was delicious and satisfied my hunger at 10 pm, so thank you :) Grimaldi's is located inside The Venetian. The interior looks small, but there's plenty of seats if you keep walking to the back. It was also a plus because they had a restroom inside the restaurant. Service was super friendly and so were the staff! Ok, let's talk about the pizza. We ordered a medium Prosciutto Arugula Pizza, and here's the description from the menu - classic white pizza topped with thinly sliced prosciutto, shaved cheese blend and fresh arugula. We also ordered a salad to increase our veggies intake lol. The pizza and salad were perfect. Plenty of prosciutto and arugula on the pizza. Perfect amount of crispness on the crust too. Mmmm! If you're hungry and craving good pizza while in Vegas then definitely come here for a bite!

Yelp
Walked in to a near empty restaurant on a Friday around 3pm. Got a 16 inch pie of the pepperoni and hot honey and it was absolutely delicious! Never had the patience to wait in line for the one in NYC to compare but we were all very pleased and devoured the pie in seconds despite already having eaten lunch. Would definitely return!

Paul S.

Yelp
This Grimaldi is located inside the Palazzo, which is part of the Venetian complex. We stayed at the Wynn and it's just a 5 minute walk from the Wynn Esplanade exit. Grimaldi was on our to do list. It is the only meal we ate outside of the Wynn. Food. We got a Margarita pizza and a salad. The waitress suggested the small salad ($ 13), and the small pizza. She was right. The crust was the best crust we have ever had. The entire pizza was excellent but the crust was so light and so delicious. There was a nice amount of sauce on the margarita. I mention this because many restaurants don't add sauce to Margarita pizza. The salad was nice and had a nice type of lettuce, olives, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and house dressing. Perfect appetizer for two people. The waitress said the large, only $ 2 more, was appropriate for four people. Strongly recommend.

Yelp
My bf and I were struggling to find a place for our last meal in Vegas for my first Vegas trip, but stumbled upon this one on Yelp. We were staying in the Palazzo and decided to just try it. We had eaten so heavily the whole trip, so we settled on a BBQ Chicken pizza with a side of hot honey. It was a small place and not that busy on a Sunday night at 6pm, but it was refreshing since we had been in the hustle and bustle of Vegas the entire weekend. I can't lie when I say this was the BEST meal we had the whole trip. A thin crust, super flavorful bbq chicken pizza was the best thing ever. I'm so happy we came and our server, Dan(?) was so sweet. Highly recommend. I'm definitely coming back.

Yelp
Jet lag and a long day of meetings meant needing something "easy" for dinner so I wandered down to Grimaldi's for some pizza. I first ordered the seasonal specialty cocktail, Bourbon & Blues, to be told they don't have it anymore (although it was on the menu they handed me. I ordered an Old Fashioned instead. It wasn't the best old fashioned I've ever had but for $14, it was perfect fine. I settled on The Don for my pizza. The pizza was very tasty and I liked the coal fired crust. It was a little pricey for a small pizza, but this is Las Vegas so it wasn't a surprise. My only real complaint was on the service. The bartender not only was tending bar for everyone, she also had to serve everyone seated at the bar, at the tables around the bar; but also the table "outside" the area which there were 5 parties out there. I can not fault her as she was doing her best with a smile. I thanked her by way of tip; but it was totally not fair to her nor the tables the hostess kept giving her. I would definitely consider coming back as I am in Vegas often for work, but will know to allow a little extra time.

Yelp
Would love to give this more stars. We visited Grimaldi's 3 times in the week we were here. Used to have a Grimaldi's where we live but it closed many ears ago. Our first visit was amazing. The gentleman who was our service was friendly and very attentive. Our soda and water glasses never a dry. The special sausage and peppers pizza was delicious. Our 2nd visit was good, the server was friendly and some what attentive, not amazing but not bad. Had the special pizza again and my go to lemon arugula salad, which is delicious. Our 3rd visit we felt invisible. The server took our order, brought us our sodas and then we didn't see her again until we asked a busser to track her down for the check and for more soda. Someone else brought out our food, no one ever checked to see how things were. Sodas ran dry and sat that way for awhile. The food was delicious as always, but the lack of service from our server put a damper on things. We plan to go back this weekend to use our remaining gift cards. We will be celebrating our anniversary. I know the food will be delicious, just hope we get the guy we had our first visit for our waiter.

Yelp
Margherita Pizza with Mushrooms, tomatoes and basil. It was ok, nothing spectacular. I wouldn't pay $35 again for it.

Yelp
Probably more like 2.5 but I'll round up since the service was quick & friendly. Look, your perception of Grimaldi's is really going to depend on where you come from. If you are from an area where the big name chains are what people get when they want pizza this is going to hit like a 5 star experience. If you're from the NY area, well, it's serviceable. Don't get me wrong it's not complete trash but it's not the real deal either. Margarita pie was ok but the crust should really be thinner and definitely crisper, especially when I've requested well done. In a pinch to grab a quick bite it's fine but definitely nothing to write home about.

Yelp
Fricken delicious pizza! Located on three second level of the Palazzo. Got it to go and I made my own pie with spicy chicken sauce, white sauce, and pesto. Sooo good. It's best enjoyed fresh and really had me drooling. I need to go back for another creation even a classic pepperoni pie. They don't shy away on the sausage which I was pleased with because I had a lot of meat with every bite

Yelp
This is one of my few bright stops in Las Vegas. I attend a few trade shows every year and when I get on people overload I break away to Grimaldi's to get some time to myself away from the crowds. My most recent visit found me sitting in the bar where I ordered a 12" cheese pizza, Garden Ranch salad and an Old Fashioned. The bartender was simply amazing taking care of everyone at the bar who were ordering lunch and drinks. I have to say the pizza was cooked to perfection and the drink was great. Even something as simple as a salad was nothing short of amazing.

Yelp
This Grimaldis Location is EVERYTHING. My husband and I have been coming here for over 8 years and still return, every trip to Vegas. The employees are sweet and provide excellent and quick service. The pizzas are piping hot and delicious, with a wide variety of topping options, and not to mention sides and delicious deserts. What's not to love? Carbs, a beautiful setting and retail shopping just steps away? I think yes! Cheers to years of consistency Yelpers! Bravo xx

Yelp
Just what I needed. A solid pizza pie! Exactly what I expected from a New York style pizza. And I think all the staff were authentic because I heard a New York accent with the staff. Fun place and I'll be coming back.

Yelp
Pretty overhyped pizza place. Don't get me wrong it is not gross it is just plain, the dough is good but overall is not tasty, lacked of salt and flavor. I know it is on the pizza rustic oven but I believe it did not tasted like it. If you don't believe me go and check it out for yourself but for $40 for a pep pizza and two sodas it is not worth it. Sorry.

Yelp
Excellent pizza. We went to Grimaldi's after reading the many excellent reviews. It is located on the second floor of the Palazzo, which is part of the Venetian complex. The distinguishing feature is the crust. An odd thing to say, but so many reviews mention the crust. The price for the pizzas are very reasonable as is the salad. When we ordered the salad, the waitress looked at us, elderly, and suggested the small salad. A good recommendation. We stayed at the Wynn next door, and our meal at Grimaldi's is the only time we left the Wynn. Ambience. Old fashioned. You feel comfortable Highly recommended.

Yelp
We built our own Pizza Capricciosa. It was very tasty: thinly sliced ham, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, on tomato sauced thin crust with extra fresh mozzarella cheese. The service was a little hectic but we were there during one of the largest trade shows held in Las Vegas. So, it was understandable that the wait staff was stretched. The Italian Margarita was strong and refreshing! We sat on the "patio" so we didn't get a good look at the interior of the restaurant. The restaurant is about as far as you can go within the second floor of Shoppes attached to the Palazzo. If you like a thin crust, not sweet pizza that is good the next morning as well as the night you order it, this is a place you need to try.

Yelp
Visited this location today and thought it was just ok. We got the Don, a small caesar salad, and tiramisu to share. The crust, sauce, and service were pretty good.

Yelp
Wow, if you are craving for some good pizza, this is the spot. I've never heard of this spot until my friend told me about it. We were seated right away and it's a large seating area with plenty of tables. You could sit near the edge and could people watch looking down if you'd like to. Their brick oven pizzas are so delicious! Crust is perfectly charred and the consistency of the dough when you chew is amazing. I was surprised to learn that Grimaldi uses a custom water system pumping "New York water" in every Grimaldi's Pizzeria to ensure that the dough tastes as authentically New York style! If you are craving pizza in Vegas, this is the spot to go to!

Yelp
Good margarita pizza !! The 16" was enough for the two of us for dinner. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Yelp
I get it. You're at The Venetian in Las Vegas. You're hungry. You aren't interested in going out into the sprawl of the resort, you just want something quick, but not food-court-quick. Enter Grimaldi's Pizzeria. They had me at coal-fired. There's something about coal-fired cooking of a pizza that can't be replicated in an electric oven. Think of it like the difference of a burger cooked in a skillet versus the burger cooked over charcoal. There's a different smell and taste with charcoal. There's a clear winner there. I got a couple of pies, for a variety, but the basic cheese pie is what tells you if the pizza is good. The cheese was a 16" pie. All totaled, both were under $50, so it's a decent price for Las Vegas. The pizza had a nice underbelly and some good char on the crust. The cook was spot on with doneness. My issue was with flavor. I was looking for something NY, I got Las Vegas. I'm not asking for John's of Bleeker. The pizza I got was "meh" at best. Is it fast? Yep. Is it pizza? Yep. Is affordable? Yep.

Yelp
Although I gave Grimaldi's 1 star previously, I did it while I was heated and mad. I was too hard on this absolutely tasty Pizzeria. I keep going back because I just get this quality pie in So Cal. Im giving Grimaldi's 4.5 stars, 5 rounded up. I've never been to New York Pizzerias so I can't really compare. This happens to be my favorite Thin Crusted Pizza and I've tried allot of them in California. I feel that you have to eat it at the restaurant where you'll get it piping hot. The crust is absolutely delicious, Crispy Tasty and Fresh!!! The Don (my favorite and most popular) has the perfect amount of meat toppings. Grimaldi's is a must if you're ever in Vegas and looking for some very amazing pizza. May be a wait so don't be surprised.
