Grind

Did not enjoy the visit, the coffee we had was at best average, i really expected more. We found this coffee shop on the European coffee trip app where we expect to mostly see speciality coffee shops. This cafe did not fall into the category since the batch brew (sold as filter - staff did not know the term batch brew) was very avrage at most and the flat white was just tasteless. The prices were a bit too high for the coffee we got, i'd say that you will pay for the brand, not the coffee you get. The staff was however very nice to us.

My favourite City of London coffee shop and in a great location, especially when emerging bleary eyed and in need of a caffeine fix from Bank station! A special mention goes to Howard and Adam. Howard is friendly, provides great customer service and always takes the time to talk to me about my latest bird sightings. Similarly, Adam is lovely and starts making my coffee as soon as I walk through the door (as I'm a regular customer so he remembers my order) and creates a fun atmosphere by playing great tunes. Always happy when I walk out the door. Thanks Howard, Adam and Grind Coffee. :)

I go to Grind in Royal Exchange most days. The team are amazing as is the coffee - so much so I buy the ground coffee refill pouches to use at home! Emma is usually the Barista that makes my drinks. She makes fab coffees and is super friendly!

Great place for a quick coffee, Howard, Adam, and Emma were outstanding today! This, plus the takeaway coffee I enjoyed on the square while drinking in the scent of newly bloomed hyacinth, magic.

Perhaps less accessible than the other Grind siblings in town since this one doesn't open in weekends. Although they still manage to have friendly staff to deliver a consistent quality of their signature products, not only the coffee but also the classic-chic interior with a modern hipster twist. However I can imagine how busy it becomes in the mornings during the week. My flat white was one of the best ones in the recent few weeks time, creamy texture, gently punchy taste and subtle but firm aroma. Absolutely worth to check it out when in this side of the town during the week.

Adam and Howard are amazing. It is great to see them first thing in the mirning as they are always cheerful and welcoming. They are a great team.

Good coffee! Expensive coffee. Annoyed at the service (went to shop near Bank), asked the guy for extra hot, was just barely hot enough to not send back. Also he said they didn't have ground beans so I had to buy whole beans when my colleague told me they had offered to grind his beans for him to the texture he wanted!

Good branch, good coffee and a really great team ! Adam was super friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Thank you !
