I was looking for a trainer last year and several people recommended Sarah Moore to me. I started off with her online program and was beyond impressed with her workouts. I then had a private training session with her and loved working with her so much I am now part of her group training classes! She's a great coach, knowledgeable in exercise and nutrition. She keeps us motivated and always checks in on us! I highly recommend her!

Every workout is unique, which is great for someone who is easily bored (me)! Sarah is knowledgeable about how to make minor adjustments to ensure that every move is targeting the proper muscles. I had an old injury that used to cause pain after workouts, but Sarah is incredible at helping me adjust so I don’t have day-after pain. I have seen great results from working out with Sarah…she is amazing!

A friend asked me to join one of Sarah's 6-week challenges with her at the end of last summer and I liked it so much I signed up for another 6 month commitment. Sarah is a fantastic fitness and wellness coach. I originally signed up for a couple months of sessions at the beginning of the pandemic. Working with her immediately became such a positive influence on my physical and mental health that I quickly integrated working with her into my schedule permanently. I'm so grateful to have found Sarah to help me achieve my fitness goals. It is an absolute pleasure to work with Sarah. She is incredibly knowledgeable as well as incredibly empathetic. She has been able to work around a number of old sports injuries I have to get me to a place of health and fitness that I haven't been in in a long time. When you work with her you really know that she has created a program specifically for you and your needs as well as one that fits your personality and what ultimately motivates you best. I really respect Sarah because she really cares about the overall wellness of her clients- physical, nutritional, emotional.... she is incredibly well rounded. I've only been training with Sarah for a few weeks but I'm hooked, I've already purchased more sessions! I hate working out but when I train with her I feel like the session goes by quickly and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in. She's also really knowledgeable about the body in general and has been awesome modifying my training due to past injuries and weak areas. Definitely check her out she's the best.

Signed up with sarah last May with the hope to have amazing results. 9 months and thousands of dollars later I feel worse than when I started. I was beyond patient with her and stuck it out. Constant cancellations and excuses absolutely no accountability and lack of unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor and find another trainer. 0/10 would not recommend.

Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable on all things fitness and nutrition. Her explanation of proper form and body movement to prevent injury is very reassuring. And if you happen to have an previous injury she will cater the workout around that injury so you are building strength, burning calories and healing your body all at the same time. She has been an amazing trainer and she will push you exactly how far you need to go. Very flexible schedule and she makes you feel like a friend right away. Anytime I have specific needs to my preference/body type/past injuries she can come up with a perfect alternate on the spot. Sarah has been my trainer for a few months now and I'm already down 24 pounds! She's always available when I text her with questions and she responds pretty quickly! We've built a really cool relationship and she always checks in with me throughout the week to ask how I'm doing. If I had a bad weekend she motivates me and reminds me to just get back on track. She made me realize that when I tried dieting and working out before, that I wasn't eating enough calories and now I realize that's what always made me give up the diet. Now with her help I'm sticking with it. I know she will be able to help me achieve my goal!

I started working out again after years of being dormant. I couldn't get motivated to go to the gym. Then I met Sarah! She began training me and I haven't looked back ever since. She not only assisted me with proper nutrition, she worked by body into shape in a matter of weeks. Sarah took my measurements and conducted a health questionnaire before our training session began. We work a few days a week and on the non session days, Sarah provided me with exercises that were manageable for me to work independently. I owe all the complements I get from my friends and "the ladies" to Sarah. Because of Sarah, I'm healthier, happier, and am getting my beach body back just in time for Summer! Thanks Sarah!!

Going into a new place to workout is always intimidating, but I never felt that for a moment with Sarah. She is so warm and welcoming, and is incredibly dedicated to what she does. It's hard not to feel like you've known Sarah your whole life upon meeting. I always feel so encouraged, supported, and challenged. Finding Sarah has been such an incredible blessing. She's humble, fun, and has an incredible way of making you feel well taken care of throughout the workout. She's helped me correct my form in workouts to make them much more effective, in turn making me much more confident.
